Experiencia fantástica: After seeing so many chiropractors and "fake" therapists (people who make you think they're therapists but are actually chiropractors) for my back, neck and migraines, I decided to see an ACTUAL physical therapist. And these people are sincerely legit. They care about how I am feeling and they know exactly what to do and what I should be doing to help me recover from my injuries! While I am not fully recovered yet and am still new to their office, I don't doubt them at all. I feel 99% better than when I first came in and I look forward to not having to see a doctor anymore for my pain as soon as I'm fully recovered. Their goal is to treat me and get me outta there, not keep making me come back for more money. I would highly recommend this office over ANY other office in Utah.

Experiencia fantástica: RPT of South Jordan has been the best PT experience I have had. My therapist is a doctor of physical therapy, Nathan O'Dell. He is legit. The staff there is fenominal and very professional! I would recommend RPT to anyone that needs physical therapy.

In face I got a little emotional as I attended my last session knowing I wouldn't be seeing their wonderful staff again. They were professional and pushed me each week a little hard to help in a speedy recovery. If/when I need therapy again they will be my first choice to provide that service for me. Thank You

Experiencia fantástica: RPT has been great. All the therapists have paid special attention to my situation, needs, progress, and goals. Be prepared to work. That's what it's for. But if you come in feeling tired, they can adjust your session to meet your needs that day.

But Drew has been the one therapist to help me improve (slowly but surely). He’s good at what he does, and the office staff and assistants are so nice.

Experiencia fantástica: Went here hoping for help with back pain. My Physical Therapist, Dr. Drew Norwood, did an amazing job explaining what I was experiencing, with as much anatomical/medical detail as I wanted (I have an engineering background, so I wanted to understand the physio-mechanical reasons for my problem). He gave me a series of exercises to do on my own, showed me how to do them and explained how they would strengthen my core and back. He gave me free exercise bands and lots of positive encouragement. Over the course of three months, following his guidance, I went from afraid of doing certain normal activities, for fear of triggering back pain, to being pain free all day every day. At each of our weekly appointments, his staff recognized me, greeted me by name (even while covered by a covid mask), and made me feel welcome. During our one on one time, he treated me like a peer, instead of just a 'patient'. He remembered personal details about my life that I had shared in previous visits and asked me how I was doing. He showed me the progress I had made and gave genuine praise for sticking to the exercise routine. On one occasion, due to a schedule screw up on my part, I had to leave an appointment early before seeing him. He took the time to personally call me and apologize, even though it was actually my fault. I would recommend Dr. Norwood to any and all.

Experiencia fantástica: RPT of South Jordan was a great place to be for an injury recovery! I was going to PT to help fix my knee when another injury to my knee happened halfway through the process of getting better. I returned after knee surgery and was treated by people that really cared for me! Buck was my physical therapist since day one, and he is a great PT that knows all about your care and helps you tremendously in your recovery process! Alyssa and Kelsey both made sure you knew what you were doing with your exercises and that there wasn’t any pain with doing the workouts. I will miss everybody at RPT! Each individual at RPT made sure you were well taken care of and treated like their own family member! Highly recommend for someone who is looking for a recovery process of any sort.

Experiencia fantástica: I came into see Drew Norwood for an initial consultation because I'm training for a baby triathlon, and my left ankle kept swelling and burning. I was only able to ride my bike for about 3 miles before the pain got severe. After looking at my foot for about 2 minutes, he explained what was happening with my tendons and how I could support it. He had an assistant show me a dozen exercises or so, and then he taped up my ankle. After 3 times of doing my exercises on my own, I rode 15 miles on my bike with no pain during or after the ride. Thank you, RPT!!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience with RPT. The staff is friendly and helpful, and most importantly, they actually helped me. I didn't think physical therapy would work for my specific situation, but after only three months of regular physical therapy, I was back to where I was before I got hurt in the first place and haven't had any troubles since. I will definitely go back to RPT if i ever need physical therapy again, and I would recommend them to anybody.

I went in today to discover why I was still having tension in my neck and shoulder and a very sore collarbone for the past five weeks, and after I was examined it was determined I had a dislocated collarbone which affected my neck, head, and back. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff and the exercises are already helping. They sent me a follow-up text to make sure that I received and understood the email that was sent explaining all the at-home exercises. Appreciate their genuine concern which goes beyond the office.

He is only 9 so they would also do things to help make his experience more fun. Every person we interacted with there was kind and personable. I highly recommend this place.

Experiencia fantástica: All of the staff here are VERY professional, and extremely well trained! They actually care whether or not, a client recovers! They are not satisfied until the client recovers. I have had multiple complications with a knee replacement, including an infection. RPT has stuck with me, and pushed when needed, they know the fine line between too much, and just enough! If you go elsewhere for physical therapy, you are making a mistake!

Very unlike a Dr. office where they fill, bill, and get you out the door. I've been to 9 Dr's/specialists for a foot injury knowing that I'd end up at PT eventually. Leaving RPT was the first time I've felt optimistic that I would actually recover. Really really great people, Drew and Megan stand out but everyone there are seriously awesome.

Every visit was a good one. The physical therapists were extremely knowledgeable, the exercise specialist were friendly and helpful. They provided my home exercise plans in both printed and email formats. My recovery has been speedy thanks to their great help.

My therapist Drew Norwood was extremely intelligent and helpful and kind. He seemed to know exactly what was going on with my body and suspected issues even before my doctor found them. Drew worked with me before and after my surgery. My surgeon was impressed with his knowledge also! After my surgery, Dr. Norwood worked with me and encouraged me and always helped me feel like I could work through my shoulder issues and be stronger than before my injury. I felt like he genuinely listened to my concerns and took his time to explain things to me and help me understand what was going on with my body. The office took my insurance and told me my coverages at the beginning of my first visit, and how many visits my insurance allowed. The staff let me to work through my therapy at my own pace while still challenging me to give my best. I finished my therapy this week and was sad to leave as I have enjoyed working with everyone in the office. If you are considering these guys for therapy don't think twice. Give them a call because they truly are the best. If I have to go through something again, they will be my first phone call. Thanks guys!

Experiencia fantástica: I was referred to RPT through another Dr. and Dr. Norwood agreed to take my case do to the extreme nature. The first day I came into the office I could barely walk, I was depressed and sad from my injury. I am a very active person especially running. I was not able to do any of that. Dr. Norwood and his wonderful staff continued therapy for me and what huge difference it made! I am able to walk, jog, and many other activities. I really appreciate them helping restore the use of my leg. Everyone there is super friendly and caring. I would recommend them to all my friends and family for sure. Thank you again RPT!!
