Experiencia fantástica: I strained my elbow/forearm and had major impingement in my shoulder as a result of exercise... the pain had been evident for several months, and I finally gave in and went to see a physical therapist. I chose Anchor because they were referred by my physician, and I had never employed phys therapy before. Bottom line, they were excellent in all aspects. Scheduling around my availability, listening to my concerns and issues, using current technology and skills... absolutely every aspect of my experience with Anchor was excellent. I would recommend this group to anyone... really fantastic!

All have different styles and have been able to suggest helpful stretches. I’m very happy coming here and will be coming here again if I ever need physical therapy again!

Experiencia positiva: I came in for extreme knee pain. The staff at Anchor P.T. In just a few visits I was completely free of Ibuprofen and Tylenol. They found the real problem. I feel stronger and I am able to more physically than before.

They have helped me recover from 2 neck fusions and knee replacement. I have rotator cuff impingement when my pcp referred me to anchor PT. In 4 weeks the pain is almost completely gone. From Cory and Kyle who are are amazingly kind, detailed and informative in helping me heal , and to the happy , smiling faces of Mike, Amber and Frank , I know I’m on way to healing. I would give them a million stars.

After seeing spine specialists who had no idea what was wrong with me and numerous physical therapists who advised me I’d be in back pain for the rest of my life (I’m 26…75 years of back pain doesn’t sound right even to a backwards child) Cory figured out it was an SI joint issue and not a total breakdown of my discs. After months of work I am finally pain free! Thank you so much for giving me my life back!

Experiencia fantástica: I chose Anchor due to the close proximity to my office and it turned out to be the best choice I've made in a long time! The team they have in place is absolutely amazing and I really appreciate all the time and effort they put in to help my shoulder recover from labrum surgery. After 4+ months and 30+ session, I'm back to my normal self and they did everything possible to get me there. Just to be surrounded by laughter and positivity is as therapeutic as the physical body work. Terrific therapists--and that's really saying something!

Experiencia fantástica: Honestly, there aren't enough stars to give this clinic. ALL of the staff are professional, personable, kind, really thorough, and constantly informative. At no time have I had to question why something is happening, because it is always explained.... and THEN I'm always listened to, so if I do have questions or doubts, they are always dealt with. My Dr sent me to Anchor PT as a pre-cursor to seeing an Ortho Dr. The very first appointment was an assessment where my therapist immediately concluded that the Ortho appointment needed to happen asap. Getting that appointment took a couple of weeks, so in the meantime my therapist worked on supportive muscle groups, making sure that once an official diagnosis was made, we'd be ready to dig in. 10months ago, I was in the hospital with Acute Pulmonary Embolism. It was incredibly painful to breathe, let alone function. That breathing difficulty persisted up until recently. My team of drs were getting concerned, going down the expensive mri and pain management road. Interestingly enough, it was my Physical Therapist working on the support muscles and giving me exercises at home that ultimately fixed my persistent breathing pain issue. Turns out it wasn't my lungs at all, but back muscles over-compensating. At no time have I been encouraged to purchase anything. My exercises at home involve a stick, moving my body, and a cold pack inside a pillowcase. This clinic is so amazing that my mother, a health professional, is now going there for hip pain. She was upfront and said the most she can go is 1x a week, and they completely got it. As for her needing to buy anything? A $3 ball from Walmart, and that was only because she didn't feel like making a trip to the dollar store. If you want the RIGHT results in a pleasant, upbeat environment.... this is your clinic!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been to many PTs for my shoulder in the past 7 years. Robin listened and built a specific program to rehab my shoulder after surgery. She is truly knowledgeable and her staff is helpful and friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: I recently tried Anchor PT for post foot surgery. The experience has all been positive from the first person I talked to at reception to my Physical Therapist. Everyone is kind and interested in your well-being. I always feel that my time is valuable and am never passed on after a few minutes to someone else. The location has plenty of room for all patients and for those that like dogs, they have two canine 'physical therapists' who will bring a smile to your face. I have another foot surgery and will be using Anchor PT for this and any future PT needs.

My pain improved so quickly and I loved learning ways to help myself at home. They always had my personal goals in mind when planning workouts. They checked in on every visit to make sure the exercises were working for my lifestyle, schedule and were making me feel better. I still do most of them everyday to maintain my strength and keep the pain away.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff at Anchor Physical Therapy make you feel very at home. I work with Matthew Smith for a frozen shoulder and he is really great. He explains his plan for your therapy, explains the process as he is going through it and happy to answer any questions. He also makes sure you are comfortable with all the exercises he gives you to do at home. I would highly recommend that you request Matt should you be looking for a physical therapist.

Experiencia fantástica: I'm halfway through my PT for regaining my range of motion after total shoulder replacement . Even though location is a little bit further away than other Physical Therapy locations, it's been well worth the drive! Matt is my therapist, and I believe the faster-than-average progress I'm making is due to his hands on work. He's very personable, friendly, good humored, knowledgeable, and willing to answer any and all my questions. Every session he pushes me a little more, but only up to pain, then stops. And this approach is really working! He knows his craft! And the whole staff has been helpful and pleasant. I definitely recommend this PT!

I was very impressed with Eve's attention to detail, asking questions and really listening to my concerns and the pain I was experiencing. Eve came up with a treatment plan and went over the exercises making sure I understood the proper way I needed to be doing them and their outcome . Experiencia fantástica: Having been in a bad car accident 30 years ago I have multiple issues with my ankle, knees, hips etc. If I am in pain or part of my body isn’t functioning correctly, first call I make is to Anchor Physical Therapy. They are very professional and friendly. I have worked with most of the therapists over the last 11 years off and on. I feel like family there. Every therapist I work with has been excellent, that’s why I keep coming back! Physical therapy is much less invasive, therefore better for you than any surgery. The staff at Anchor help keep me going and lower my pain greatly. They have many different tools, exercises, equipment, and Knowledge of techniques that they may use to help any part of your body. Cory provided me a tremendous amount of relief for a back pain issue that was so bad I was having to take pain medicine to be able to sleep at night. His expertise and experience with dry needling helped relieve the pain from my first treatment, and when it came back it was less each time. I am now pain and med free. Thank you!!

Experiencia fantástica: I am a veteran and was assigned here by the VA Choice program. I was only here for a little over a month going twice a week for issues with my shoulder. The 2 therapists i did see were awesome. My issue still persists but its not cause of the treatment/care i got here i put that blame on the VA for not listening to me in the beginning and to fix my problem will require surgery but they like to exhaust every avenue before surgery. I will be going back here in a week for more therapy on my shoulder and possibly my foot. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone that is looking .

I was sent to Anchor by Alex Maybach, then sentenced to months of PT with Leshelle Lencioni. Skeptical from the start, by the end of our time together, my left arm and shoulder is better than my right and likely more flexible than it ever was. I HIGHLY recommend Leshelle and the warm and attentive staff at Anchor. I owe them a great deal of comfort, mobility and happiness.
