Experiencia fantástica: Kaizen has saved my body so many times. I am a trans masc (post top surgery), with multiple autoimmune inflammatory conditions and hyper mobility. At Kaizen, I receive respect and the utmost care. Mandy is truly so caring, careful, and communicative with her adjustments. Kerrie’s massage work is incredible, and two specific times typify their work. First, I needed a massage right before the holidays. I had been pushing myself really hard at work, and I just wanted to feel well enough to relax at home. Kerrie offered late evening massages right before the holidays, knowing how helpful that would be. Second, I recently pinched a nerve in my shoulder and was in excruciating pain. Normally this can last up to several weeks. I immediately booked just a 30 min slot with Kerrie midday and they completely fixed it!! Kerrie knew just what to do, and did so while confirming consent and that they weren’t doing more harm. THANK YOU! My shoulder feels good as new. I will always return to Kaizen for care!

The doctors and staff are very thoughtful, and you can tell that a lot of love and attention went into crafting and maintaining the space. Love that it’s a no shoes clinic as well. I’ve been seeing Dr. Tracy for about half a year now, both at the clinic and when she had hours in South Bay. She’s helped me with my chronic TMJ, and I really appreciate that she’s a risk averse practitioner. Always opting to listen to my body and determine whether muscle work or an adjustment would be better suited for me that day. She’s also helped me through some minor injuries I received from my pole dance practice a such as tight shoulders, a sprained thumb, and even sprained hamstring! I feel very tended to under Dr. Tracy’s care, and I highly recommend her!

Experiencia positiva: Lovely people and place. I am only leaving four stars because I feel that my ignorance was taken advantage of. This practice will tell you they will give you a superbill for insurance reimbursement, but leave out that they do not work with any insurance providers. I understand this is on me, but I also believe that as a business, you should go above and beyond to make sure people understand that by choosing your flow state they're choosing an out of network provider, and to check the costs with your insurance. My first visit cost me around $220, whereas if I went in-network, it would have only cost $25.

Experiencia fantástica: My sessions here relieved constant back pain due to red eyes and just simply not consistently stretching. Although I had a consistent chiropractor, they’re all great enough to get the same depth and intentionality of adjustments, often times explaining the exact cause, connectivity, and benefit as they go. My favorite was to get an adjustment and immediately get a message by Adele after. It’s a cheat code. Highly recommend this blissful combo. Super hate I moved and couldn’t bring them with me.

MANDY IS SIMPLY THE BEST CHIROPRACTOR I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. PERIOD. From the first moments of the first visit, Dr. Mandy’s practice convinced me that every previous chiro I’d been to was virtually committing malpractice. Beyond listening to my concerns, Dr. Mandy conducted a full x-ray examination and spinal assessment to reveal the source of symptoms I felt as well as hidden conditions that could later manifest. By the end of the first assessment, I understood more about the muscles and nerves that each vertebrae controlled, as well as the manifesting effects of years of improper posture and head alignment. I leave my visits with actionable steps that I can take to improve my health, which is made *verifiable* by subsequent x-rays and evaluations!! I can literally see how my spine and posture have changed as a result of my treatments with Dr. Mandy! I’m sticking with Dr. Mandy despite the fact that Ginkgo services are not included under my insurance’s chiropractic coverage. Their flexible and cost-conscious treatment packages are excellent ways to make chiropractic care more equitable and accessible. Dr. Mandy has equipped me with techniques to manage my own health outside of care. Years ago, I would go days and weeks with neck stiffness and lower back pain, counting the days until my next scheduled adjustment. Now, I have a toolbox of stretches, pressure points, and other practices that provide near-instant relief in between visits. Dr. Mandy and the Ginkgo team lead a gem of a treatment practice and I’m so grateful to be under their care!

They do incredible work on your nervous system as well as general car accident variety of chiropractic care. Both Dr. Mandy and Dr. Jess are wonderful professionals and their front desk staff are always on point and cheerful. Dr. Mandy Chan at Ginkgo Chiropractic treats me once a week, and thanks to her compassionate care, I am able to continue my work remodeling homes. I have been treated by many chiropractors since the 1980’s, and I must say that Dr. Chan is especially knowledgeable regarding hands and wrists, which is of most importance to me. Dr Mandy even cleared an old volleyball shoulder "stuckness" that I thought for sure was going to require some kind of more advanced medical treatment. Some years ago I had been to another chiropractor and didn't have a very good experience; I walked into Ginkgo with some uneasiness. It's been a great place to go.

I've now been a loyal client for close to 2 years and can't imagine feeling my best without my weekly visits. I've seen both Dr. Jess and Dr. Mandy and know that I'm in good hands with either of them. They've treated me through everyday aches and pains as well as pregnancy and always seem to find exactly what my body needs to feel better. I like that she talks me through her movements and thought process so I’m never unaware of what’s going on. I started going during the COVID-19 pandemic and I feel safe every time I enter the building since they require hand washing, shoe removal, and temperature checks before you enter the offices. I’m an acupuncturist who has worked in chiropractor offices throughout my years and recommend these women with confidence to patients and friends alike. I like that you can sign up for any practitioner and they are all up to speed with access to your chart. My body and nervous system has been really responding favorably to adjustments from their most recent chiropractor to join the team, Rachel Knopf. She’s a gentle soul. Really though, I’d recommend all chiropractors there.

Experiencia fantástica: Had slept very poorly on my neck one night and woke up with incredibly stiff neck and somewhat shifted jaw. Days later developed intense, severe vertigo and after doctor and urgent care visits, was dismissed as something else and given medication. 2 weeks later it didn't ease and found myself at Ginkgo where Mandy consulted and gave me a full proper alignment...within 5 minutes the vertigo was gone. Continued seeing her for 10 more sessions to rework a lot of the imbalances in these old bones and always felt leaving amazing. Cannot recommend enough!

I trust Gingko because the ladies here are amazing and their dedication to the craft shows! I appreciate a chiropractor who uses x-rays. I also judge a chiropractor by their attention to fascia affecting the spine and I get the privilege of receiving soft tissue manipulation, Active Release Technique and trigger point therapy before any adjustment happens. Dr. Jess is very thoughtful and kind with my shy 7 year-old who has made gains following the Brain Tree program. She is very knowledgeable about the spine and nervous system and her explanations are easy to understand. I have been to chiropractors in the past that breeze through your adjustments like they don't really care about your body. Not the case with Dr. Jess. Not only is she very careful and precise with her adjustments, she took time to teach me physical therapy exercises and her cost for service is reasonable. I had been having consistent chiropractic work for 4 years- my first chiropractor retired and the last felt they could do all they could for me- having gone from once a week to once a month after a minor car accident a year prior. After a few sessions with Mandy, I have now gone a few months feeling great! I am very active person and know that I need every 4-6 weeks for maintenance. However, the first thing I noticed about a session with Mandy (aside from her darling bows and badass entrepreneurial spirit) was her incredible precision and how gentle she was in her approach. I have had a recurring shoulder issue- I think due to someone putting their body weight onto mine to adjust- and Mandy is able to complete the adjustment without that area a collapsing, which has resulted in improved stabilization of my body overall. She is intuitive and really spends her time getting to know your needs and your body, and caters each treatment to whatever your system needs at the time. She never tries to force an adjustment, which in my opinion is a very important component of providing safe and effective chiropractic treatment. Experiencia fantástica: Wowza is Dr. Jessica Lips at Ginkgo Chiropractic a great Chiropractor! I initially saw her because my neck was getting less and less flexible. She did a full analysis (which included X-rays) and came up with a game plan to address my neck and lower back. I saw improvement in my range of motion within a few weeks. Her adjustments are precise and efficient and feel good (no pain - for those of you who might worry about that) Throw in a nice, bright, clean office, friendly staff, oh and parking and you wind up with an amazing experience with each session. Plus she's a lovely person. Highly recommended !!

Experiencia fantástica: I was diagnosed with GERD December 2018 and was suffering immensely. I had numerous hospital visits, test yet none of the doctors could identify the ROOT CAUSE of my GERD which was becoming extremely frustrating. After much research I discovered seeing a chiropractor could possibly help identify why I’m suffering from acid reflux/GERD— I then found Jessica’s practice, called the office and became impressed by all the information Jessica was telling me so I set up an appointment. After my first physical examination I found out I have a HIATAL HERNIA! This is one of the first things the doctors should have checked me for yet Jessica was able to find it! I am now on my 10th visit with Dr. Jessica and since seeing her, I’m the best I’ve ever felt since my GERD diagnosis back in December and feel like I’m finally getting back to my life. I still have a ways to go but, I’m just so thankful for her insight and dedication to her practice/patients!
