I have spent much time with Cassie since coming here n always ended up satisfied w the outcomes. She's got a heart of gold. She's caring, hardworking, smart, and empathetic, to say a few, n I don't have to ask twice if I need something done with her. She always sticks her head in my door to see if I need anything n it's very much appreciated bc I've had a hard time here w a few others. I'm proud of her bc, at her age, she takes her job seriously n very much cares for her residents. Kim, as well. Thank you, Cassie, if u ever end up seeing this. Experiencia fantástica: Ambassador Kimberly she is a hard worker and helps every one out. Jen and her whole activity crew gets there job done. They really care about the patients. I recomend every patient that is here to join in the activity room.

Experiencia fantástica: My mother was a patient there and I cannot say enough about how wonderful they were! My mom was very happy and felt she was well taken care of and entertained- the activities there were exceptional which made my mother’s stay easier and kept her chin up on the days she was feeling down. I cannot recommend them enough!

Experiencia fantástica: With not enough staff due to the current shortage of available staff they struggle with paitient cna staff. But they try. The highlight here is the recreation director jeniffer vale. She is always there with a smile and is very ingagingshe and her staff have made a activity packed calender. And is always open to suggestions and requests. The house cleaner paulie who has been here for almost 40 years is also a joyful ancheerfud welcoming joy to see every day. Nursing staff is great and do well with what they are given. The main dark piece of here is the parent company athena and the lack of support financially and personally towards both client and staff. This makes it burdonsome on the staff to be abel to be all they could be.l

Experiencia positiva: I was there for a year and there was bad things and good things. Nurses were kind, and very helpful. I never had an issue with any of them. I actually made friends. Yes there was mice but maintenance was right on it. They fixed anything within a day or two. Kitchen, -the cook went to all the rooms and asked what you wanted for meals. The only complaint I have is the laundry person was caught not taking any care doing my laundry and $400 of my clothes disappeared and I had pictures and receipts for all of it. I was promised to be reimbursed but they always had some excuse why I hadn’t been paid and when I left their shuttle stole 1 box and my new suitcase with all my new clothes in it! They wouldn’t even call me back or talk with anyone here at the new place I moved too. I could say a lot more but I have wasted to much time trying to get a lot of money that I am owed. :(

Experiencia fantástica: My aunt had a recent stay here. What stood out to me as an exceptional aspect of this facility was the efforts of the recreation department. When I was there, they were talking about earlier in the week where there is a Cafe run by the activities staff and people living in the rehab. I thought that was pretty creative. My aunt loved Name that Tune and the way Jennifer the Recreation Director would run bingo. She and her staff sound like they went the extra mile to make my aunt's stay pleasurable. Kudos to those involved in that department.

Experiencia fantástica: I am in this facility. Some staff are good. The activities here are fun and Jennifer Activity Director is the best. She goes out of her way to make people feel good about themself. She cheers us up and puts a smile on our face. The activity girls are a huge help also. They make it fun here.

Experiencia positiva: I'd like to take a moment to say nice job and thank you to Latonya, the Activity Coordinator on the Fourth Floor. Latonya has made a difference in the quality of life for my family member who currently resides at Worcester Rehab. She is kind and has a wonderful sense of humor which are qualities that have enabled her to help him feel successful and not frustrated. We have been grateful for the hard work she does to help him achieve his goals.

For always being there and listening to me and giving me such encouraging words that took me out of the slump i might have been in at time she seem to always know what to say to always brighten up my day once agian i just want to say thanks again and keep up all the good work!

Experiencia fantástica: To whom it may concern. My brother peter tsoumas has been here for two plus years. Hes been at three facility's prior to this one and this one is the best one of all. In the 2.5 years im very satisfied with the care that hes been giving. The staff lead by latanya sims whom is the director of the unit has been most attentive to peters needs. Latanya sims is a huge asset to this organization and hopefully she will remain with peter for years to come. Every time i have a problem i deal with latanya personally and she ALWAYS accommodates peters needs. Sincerely john toumas.

Experiencia positiva: I'd like to recognize Buru a nurse on the 2nd floor. Buru saved my life I was very sick with a pneumonia and went into acute respiratory failure, his quick actions saved my life. Thank you Buru

Experiencia fantástica: I am a current resident here with absolutely no complaints on this facility. Care has been exceptional. I have been very well taking care of. The staff and residents are all very nice and very helpful. I honestly don’t want to go. It’s almost bitter sweet for me.

Experiencia positiva: My name is Tanya Beeber; jeff is my email. I had an issue with the rehab and I spoke with corporate; they fixed it immediately. Everything that I said that I needed fixed was addressed right away. Just like any place, you need to speak up if you have a problem b;t will fix it. I am one hundred percent happy that that was addressed today. I can say that it is a great feeling to know somebody cares when you're away from home, and away from the people you love and who love you.

Experiencia fantástica: Worcester Rehab is 5 rated rehab to me because they don't only take of physically hurt people but all kinds homeless , people that need OT ,PT rehab and people with drug problems. They treat us all the same, they are always right there for you . I'm in tears as I'm writing this! It is very very clean and you always have a choice to eat. They don't just serve you with anything . Medication is always on time. the CNA's take care of you like you're family. I love this place. God says never judge anybody and they don't. I want to say thank you Worcester Rehab.

Experiencia positiva: I put in an application and the lady at the front desk LOST IT how do you lose an application obviously she didn't care and probably just tossed it to the side like really if u can't even keep track of an application why are you even working there?

Experiencia fantástica: I work security in this facility and it is just absolutely amazing the staff knows what they are doing and every hall smells very clean. I would recommend this rehab for your family or friend because progress is our known talent.

The staff is amazing and are always right on top of things and the management here is also amazing and on top of everything, the building is really full of amazing residents as well such a wonderful place to send your family memebers and loved ones

Experiencia fantástica: Unfortunately as you can see there are a lot of negative reviews. But personally knowing the facility I would have to say that the staff here are kind, they deal with a lot of circumstances and give it their best. A lot of the clientele in the building are hard to deal with and they feel entitled but the staff try their hardest. The food is far from disgusting as the food service director takes a lot of pride in his work and the kitchen tries to accommodate everyone's needs. This building opens their door for all which is not something you see for a lot of other skilled nursing facilities.

Experiencia fantástica: Know a few friends who were placed here for additional help and resources after detox. This place changed their lives. They entered in bad shape and came out changed forever. Great staff that truly try to change the drug addiction population for the better in Worcester.

Experiencia positiva: The reviews on the page are funny, I believe the kind of clientele they take at this facility is more of the issue then the building or staff itself. Staff do the best they can given the situations they are put into at that building with behaviors they have to deal with. I get the sense that patients don’t like rules and hence all the negative reviews.
