Experiencia fantástica: The Dream Team! This is my first time writing an online review at my “senior” age. Dr. Ivan has managed to multi-task while maintaining a keen awareness of his staff to follow suit. As a team, they truly have “each other’s back”. If one therapist is servicing another patient, the back-up team immediately takes over. Many institutions overbook and overlook the patients leaving them to “fend for themselves”. This team is “on the ball” and attentive to its patients even while Dr. Ivan is in with a consultation. The strong work ethics emanating from this institution is commendable. If the need arises to get further treatment, this is clearly my top choice. Thank you for your diligence.

Experiencia fantástica: From a third-degree ankle ligament tear to a 5k marathon completed within 5 months is super impressive. My goal was to complete it under 27 minutes, and I found myself crossing the finish line at 26:43. We have worked hard on getting my ankle back to par and the results got me exactly what I wanted. I am glad to have reached my goal and I wouldn't have done it without Dr. Ivan and his crew. Thank you for all of your wisdom and guidance.

Experiencia fantástica: I came to the office to rehab a shin that was injured while training for a 10k. Received excellent care and was able to continue training and rehabbing at the same time. Extremely happy with my results and would absolutely return should I ever need rehab again. Staff was professional and courteous.

Experiencia fantástica: I cant express how grateful I am for Dr. Hernandez and his medical team. My husband broke his writs from a motorcycle accident summer of 2022. Since the beginning of his therapy sessions he has gained 98% full motion and strength. Dr. Hernandez has worked with my husband not only in the office but showed him exercises he has continued to do at home to improve his mobility. I highly recommend Dr. Hernandez and his staff to take care of any injury and they are completely knowledgeable in all areas of physical therapy. The office staff is very accommodating in scheduling appointments that work around our busy schedule. Thank you to Dr. Hernandez and staff my husband can go back to taking the garbage out.

Experiencia fantástica: There is so much to say about Dr. Ivan Hernandez and his team. I unfortunately hit a road block in my training for the NYC marathon. I found myself in need of some major help. My hip and knee began to hurt during my training runs. To the point where I had to slow down significantly/stop running. From my first visit up until my visit just before the marathon they got me through. They helped me get my body to a point where I could complete the marathon. I couldn’t have done it without the support of Dr. Ivan Hernandez and his team. I received individual attention and care and was able to continue training and rehabbing at the same time. Dr. Ivan Hernandez is patient, optimistic, and very knowledgeable about his work. The office environment is very welcoming. The office is clean/well equipped, the professionalism is apparent upon walking in, the support is recognized, and appointment availability no issue. I highly recommend Executive Park Physical Therapy!

Experiencia fantástica: I attended physical therapy for a back injury at Executive Park Orthopedic & Sports Physical Therapy LLC. BEST CHOICE EVER!!! It was an ease to schedule an appointment. The office is welcoming, very clean, well-equipped for PT and located in a great space that offered plenty of parking. The staff is very welcoming, from the front office staff (Charity & America) to support staff to Dr. Ivan Hernandez. My appointments were scheduled afterwork hours, and staff worked with me when time or date change was needed. Upon my first visit, Dr. Ivan’s evaluation made me feel confident that I could recover. He’s very knowledgeable in his field. From my orbservation, He treats patients whom age ranges from young teens to seniors. He and his support staff demonstrate genuine interest in aiding patients’ recovery. They are very good at encouraging you in your progress to recovery. His office environment is very welcoming and friendly. Aside from my back injury, he was able to diagnose and treat another issue I have had for years that other doctors missed. I can definitely say from the first day I went in, to my discharge day there’s been an extreme improvement in my strength, physically, mentally, and overall feeling. I feel more confident and am able to perform my everyday activities without the pain. I totally recommend this office and plan to return as needed. Experiencia fantástica: Dr Ivan Hernández and his team were great: knowledgeable, clear/honest, but also very encouraging. My knee problem was pretty much resolved in 12 sessions, and l was provided a clear program for at-home exercises to keep from backsliding. (Btw the physical facility is good, including big windows that let in a lot of natural light.) Highly recommend!

After a few weeks, I’m able to go back to the gym like normal and the pain doing normal activities like walking and bending down has gone away. This place was really helpful for me and I’m thankful I made the decision to take physical therapy here.

The treatment and understanding of Ivan and his staff was impressive. They are all very professionally and very knowledge. I finished my therapy weeks successfully and free pain. Experiencia fantástica: I am a professional athlete who has played several sports in my career. I have had two major injuries that have been completely healed by Dr.Hernandez. He is one of the smartest and most effective physical therapists that I’ve ever worked with in my athletic career. Much of the strength that I have acquired within my basketball journey has come from working with Dr.Ivan to surpass the point I was at prior to my injuries. He is patient, optimistic, and extremely knowledgeable about his work. I have seen him instill confidence for a full recovery in patients that were extremely doubtful they could get back to the the shape they were in before they got hurt. Experiencia fantástica: I have known Dr Ivan for over 20 years now. In 2019 I fell in the tub and injured my upper and lower back including my neck. Prior to coming to this office I was receiving physical therapy from somewhere else for about 2 years (because of convenience in location). In 2022 I decided to travel from the Bronx to Yonkers to get help from Dr Ivan and his team. I have felt better in the short time of being there than the years at the other facility. Dr Ivan believes in strengthening the affected area. So we have been focusing on my neck. Because of this I have developed more strength to keep going and push through my chronic pain. The entire staff has been remarkable. The climate at this facility is refreshing. You walk in and you feel welcomed. From the hallway, to the front desk, to the waiting area, into the physical therapy area you feel a sense of family. Even the clients tap into the positive energy and vibration that the entire team exudes. Thank you to the entire Executive Park Physical Therapy team! I look forward to continue on this journey towards “better”, with you.

Experiencia fantástica: After months of not getting enough sleep because of shoulder pain, I went to see Dr. Hernandez. The detail he put in to my specific needs went above and beyond, I was doing push ups and assisted pull ups that I haven’t done in years. All of this after only 12 sessions. My shoulder hasn’t felt better and thankfully I am able to get a full night sleep again. Thank you Dr. Hernandez and all of your great staff at Executive Park Physical Therapy.

Experiencia fantástica: Was reccomended this place by a coworker because the location is convenient. Came in for ankle pain that was not responding to any treatment, and the next option was surgery. The exercises here are far from any other physical therapy I've ever done so I didn't really know what to expect. But now three months later I barely have any pain at all. I don't have to plan my entire day around the pain like I used to.

Recommended by my daughter, I visited Dr Ivan Hernandez's office. We talked for about 20mins about how we would tackle my issues. He was very attentive and informative. I have been a patient of Dr Hernandez for about 2 months. My mobility has improved considerably in both my shoulder and hip. Also, I have very little pain. I recommend you give him a try. The staff was pleasant and the clinical staff was up to date with the latest trends in therapy. Dr. Ricardo was great in providing a patient-centered approach that heavily included my feedback in my treatment. The acupuncturist was also great.

Experiencia fantástica: I don’t usually write reviews. But I had to share my experience for others who may be in the position as myself or worse and are looking for a doctor who can provide exceptional therapy. Let me begin by saying that when I initially started at Executive Park Physical Therapy I was in really bad shape. I was suffering from excruciating medial tibial stress syndrome . Which is basically a bad case of shin splints (the worse). It was so painful to the point that I was unable to run, or walk up and down the stairs, etc. People told me that I would never get rid of shin splints and that they would always hurt whenever I run. Just few weeks here and I was already seeing progress. My legs were feeling stronger and I was meeting my goals with great results. Dr. Ivan cares for each and every one of his patients. He listens to your demands and he provides the right therapy to relieve your symptoms. I now have “legs made of Gold”, lol. Dr. Ivan is a wonderful Doctor, very knowledgeable in his work, and has excellent table side manners. Dr, Ivan and his team are very supportive, encouraging and display excellent professionalism. They basically treat you like family and ensure that your needs are met. Last but not least the facility is very clean, and they have top quality exercise machines. I highly recommend Executive Park Physical Therapy of Yonkers.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Ricardo and his team are incredible! The minute you step foot in the office you are greeted with nothing but a warm welcome and reassurance. I could barely walk after ankle surgery. In just 4 weeks, Dr. Ricardo had me walking properly again without the need of a medical boot or crutches. Each and every staff member there truly go above and beyond to ensure the safety and precision of the patient. They make sure you’re comfortable and always explain exercises in depth. To be able to attend physical therapy there is a gift. The care and professionalism that is provided is remarkable. If you’re in need of a physical therapist definitely call the office! They are super flexible and will work with you and your schedule.

I’ve been going to Executive Park Physical Therapy since February 2022 and have had substantial improvement with my back pain. The physicians and their staff members always ensure their patients are performing exercises appropriately, comfortable with the exercise assigned and coach/encourage you the whole way. Due to their amazing care, the back surgery I was scheduled for has been canceled and I will be returning to work. I cannot recommend Executive Park Physical Therapy enough.

Experiencia fantástica: I have used Executive Park Physical Therapy several times over the years. I am currently dealing with a shoulder issue and after the very first session I can feel relief. Dr Ivan knows what he is doing and takes the time to explain every part of my treatment. The entire staff is warm, inviting and friendly from the minute you step into the office. The space is clean and there is a vibe because everyone being treated is at ease. I highly recommend Executive Park PT. I remember a few years back, I was being treated for my meniscus after a procedure. I was coming in for 7am appointments and asked the guy on the table next to me where he lived in the area. This was the Yonkers location. He said he was from Bedford! I asked why he didn't go someplace closer to home and he said, "Ivan is the best." I thought that said it all. My doctor recommended Dr Ivan. His exact words were, "Make sure you back to Dr Ivan's PT."

It’s like having a personal trainer. First you get heat stimulus on your back and massages, they also stretch you out so your muscle don’t get damaged. If you’ve come for rehabilitation then this is your place! The staff are so professional and accommodating.. if I could give this place a 6 star rating, I would❣️

As a former division 1 collegiate athlete I can assure you there is no lack of treatment or services offered! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and does a tremendous job of building confidence while educating during the recovery process. After having two serious injuries that left me unable to walk, the executive park team was able to get me back to playing high impact sports on both occasions. I would highly recommend for anyone in need of PT. The team here really cares.

But more importantly, the staff is what really makes this place so special. Dr. Ivan is amazing! He quickly helped relieve my lower back pain and reassured me that I could live the active lifestyle I desired (despite what I had been told by other practitioners) by really educating me on my condition and answering all of my questions thoroughly and thoughtfully. He even went above and beyond by advocating for me when my insurance denied additional visits so I was able to continue coming in. Dr. Ricardo and all of the aides and administrative staff are all really awesome as well. Everyone here is not only competent but kind, friendly, and welcoming! I can’t recommend this place enough.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to Executive Park Physical Therapy for a few years. I’m currently recovering from a spinal fusion surgery May 2020. I’m now able to walk and do simple daily activities with less pain and discomfort. I’m always able to receive appointments on the day and time I desire. My therapist (Dr Tarek and Dr Ricardo) is always attentive and helpful. The equipment is always clean and The facility isn’t overcrowded. I enjoy the music. My therapist always push me but respect how I feel each and every visit. I may have some good and some bad days. I truly enjoy the treatment I receive at Executive Park Physical Therapy. I recommend this facility to everyone I know. I want to Thank everyone that assisted in therapy. I will be able to return back to work soon. Jen (the receptionist) is very helpful.
