Experiencia fantástica: This facility is great. I had an ankle fracture and was operated on in December. After I started my treatment at this facility I had great improvement in my range and in my strength. I am able to walk without any crutches or braces. I was told to come to optimum physical therapy by my doctor and am so glad he referred me here. The staff is helpful, accommodating and caring. they worked with my schedule and always made sure I was comfortable and improving. highly recommend !

Experiencia fantástica: I recently completed my physical therapy at Optimum Physical Therapy as a result of a sprained ankle. The overall experience was terrific. The facility is clean and staff is professional and extremely knowledgeable. My therapists, Margaret and Gina, were great. The family atmosphere made me feel comfortable and we worked at my own pace. Within a week I was back to walking normal! They truly are miracle workers! I highly recommend Optimum Physical Therapy wholeheartedly.

Experiencia fantástica: I was referred to optimum physical therapy through a friend that attended therapy there. I had a broken collar bone and suffered nerve damage after the surgery. When I came to see Margaret I couldn't move my arm or reach my mouth. Margaret never let me know how bad I was, instead she encouraged me each visit to keep trying and improve. I cannot be more thankful to Margaret and Gina for my recovery. I am now able to do everything and workout with weights. Highly recommend this place for the knowledge and compassion they provide. Go to Optimum physical therapy if you want to get better.

Experiencia fantástica: I went to optimum physical therapy for a injury in my shoulder, I was absolutely blown away with the service I received, Joe was amazing and gave me some stretches that I could use before I play golf. And Margaret was extremely attentive and helpful with all the questions I had and how to prevent this from getting any worse, Sabrina at the front desk was extremely professional and helpful with scheduling follow up appointments! Don’t look any further than optimum physical therapy!

Experiencia fantástica: I recently had reconstructive ACL surgery and had absolutely 0 movement in my left knee for weeks. It felt like i was lugging around a log, not a leg. After one visit at Optimum Physical Therapy I regained so much movement I could not believe it. I look forward to my visits and working with the staff to improve further. Everyone is so kind, welcoming and supportive. I could never EVER recommend another physical therapy establishment after coming here. I have compared my progress with Optimum Physical Therapy alongside my friends who have had the same operation but went to other PTs and I am farther along in my progress than they are even though their operation was 3 months before mine. Needless to say I am very happy I started to come here, and of course extremely grateful to the wonderful team here. Thank you very much to Optimum Physical Therapy for all they've done for me. They made a terrifying journey into a hopeful and enjoyable one.

Experiencia fantástica: Optimum is a small business Physical Therapy center that really stands out for providing expert PT in a loving and caring environment. I was a former athlete and now mom of 3 kids with hip pain - and I figured this is just my life now - pain probably forever. After a particularly bad spell (after trying to ice skate!), my husband encouraged me to see a doctor who said "you probably tore something, start with physical therapy and if it doesn't get better we'll do an MRI and surgery." I really didn't want surgery, so I found the closest PT and decided I was going to do everything I could to avoid surgery. I was worried about walking into a place with tons of large muscular people trying to work on their Crossfit careers, but luckily I found Optimum. Optimum PT was not intimidating and treated me with kindness every step of the way. So many different ages and abilities all working together in a positive environment to get back to normal life. They made a plan for me to get stronger, not only in my hip, but in my knees and core. In only a few weeks, I already felt different. Stronger, more stable, more flexible. They never pushed me (this is not boot camp!), but just guided and supported me through exercises and progressions slowly. The more I came to Optimum the better I felt, but in the end I did need surgery (torn labrum of the hip) and they re-set and guided me through surgery and recovery too. I asked 1 million dumb questions, and no one ever let me feel dumb. Even though they can get busy - they spend all the time you need with you. I love this place and I can't even begin to describe how much better and stronger I feel! Some logistical pieces that I generally look for in a review: They are on Central Ave but have a private parking lot. Parking is generally easy, but can fill up. They take insurance, but copays are only in cash. I wish they took health credit cards. Some PT's assign you a dedicated person that you do 1on1 with. Optimum has you see everyone - you sort of float around. It's nice because everyone ends up knowing you and is invested in getting you better. Overall, great place and great people. Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: Optimum Physical Therapy is the best!!! I came in pain and now I feel so much better . The therapy provided relief from intense pain in my neck and I can now have movement with ease. Teamwork provided by staff is exceptional . Starting at front desk with Sabrina, to therapists Gina and Margaret you are made comfortable. Assistants Erica and Amber, are professional at all times. Nick and Joe make sure you are exercising on the machines carefully and properly. I cannot say but wonderful things and would definitely recommend Optimum Physical Therapy

Experiencia fantástica: Family practice with amazing attention to detail and rehabilitating you back from injury. I’ve been working to recover from a bad Achilles injury and everyone here is great. From Sabrina (who warmly greets you upon arrival) to Margaret and Gina (who provide expert advice) and Joe (who devises a tailored plan and helps you recover at a steady pace so you gradually get stronger), I highly recommend. Not all physical therapy places take the care and concern like OPT does. You will notice the difference.

Experiencia fantástica: I finished my Physical Therapy today and walk out like a new person. I have 1 herniated discs in my lower back and my right side leg w/Sciatica and my right side hand has caused me a great deal of pain and discomfort. The Mother and Daughter and Team are Amazing not only are they professional and extremely knowledgeable to your needs. My therapists was Gina she took care of me with my lower back and Sciatica etc., excellent job. From the team Joe who worked me out on the exercises was amazing. I rate them all a 5.

Experiencia fantástica: This is an excellent practice.The staff are exceptional,from Sabrina who warmly greets you at reception to Joe who works you out on the exercises to Gina and Margaret who are the doctors who treat you. Their professionalism is exemplary and Gina makes the patient feel like their recovery is the most important item on her daily ‘to do’ list. It is a very modern facility with the cleanest public bathroom I’ve ever been in. And to top it off,they email you YouTube videos of exercises that you can follow up on your own time at home .

Experiencia fantástica: The fact that I have 3 herniated discs in my low back for 47 years has caused me a great deal of pain and discomfort. It also has prevented me from taking part in many activities. I have tried everything you can imagine. Meds mask the pain but the problem still exists. Not until my cousin recommended Optimum Physical Therapy, did I finally began to find relief! Optimum is family owned. The mother/daughter team is amazing. Not only are they professional and knowledgeable but they are empathetic to your needs. When I could not drive, sit, get out of a car or carry out my daily routine, they got me up and about in 3-4 sessions. They can help rid you of the pain and improve your lifestyle. The staff is wonderful and they offer a very flexible appointment schedule. I rate Optimum Physical Therapy 5 stars!

Experiencia fantástica: i am giving a review unknown to the còmpany. i had hip replacement surgery in may of 2022 and i went tò certain physical therapy ço. for 4 months with out any ìmpròvmeñtthen ònee day as i eas driving on central park avenue ìn yonkers ì sàw a sìgn that read " optimum physical therapy,. ì was hesitant to gò in and after a week òf passing this beautiful whìte and bĺue buiĺding i decided to ģò in beacause my hip was gettìng wòrse and very painful. my first visit i nòtice something that did not happen to me in the four months at the previous therapy. after the second visit my wìfe told yòu look like you are waĺking better. margaret the cèo of optimum physical therapy said to me on my first visit ni am going tò make yòu feel better, after the third visit i was walking with out my cane, i didn't want tò admit it tò her but ì had to be honest and i tòld her that yòu have done magnificent jòb on me and she reminded me that i promised you that i will make you better. ì pray that i dònt get in trouble for writing this review, but as a pastor. it ìs my calling tò help òthers find relief from pain añd çrippĺing , ìf yòu try òptìmùn therapy and dont get a positive results ì wouĺd eat a horse. my name is rev. haroĺd w morris sr pastor òf the asbury united methodist church in mt. vernon ny. òptimuñ is the best yòu will find the women are also beautiful and very m processional, try optimum and you would thank a stranger that you have nevr met. 2025 central park ave. yonkers ny , they are the best that ever did it .

Experiencia fantástica: I was extremely pleased with the treatment given to me at Optimum Physical Therapy. I have severe work related injuries to my back including herniated discs, spinal stenosis, and severe arthritic changes, and was in severe pain when I came to Optimum. I met with the owner, Margaret, who gave me a thorough assessment of my injury and formulated a customized treatment plan. To my surprise, she then proceeded to do the initial treatment herself although having other qualified physical therapists on staff that she could have delegated to. Margaret is a highly experienced and knowledgeable Physical Therapist who takes the time to listen to her patients and is a hands on involved owner. I already have had a tremendous reduction in my pain and am so glad that I came here. I have met and worked with the other physical therapists on staff here and I can honestly say that they are all excellent. The Optimum facility is very clean, spacious, and in a great location, easy to get to by car or public transportation. I highly recommend Optimum Physical Therapy to everyone!

Experiencia fantástica: Love this place. Just had my first appointment yesterday. My first PT appointment in over a year. New place for me and it was a pleasant surprise. I have a lower back disease called Degenerative Disk Disease and usually I can't stand 'nor sit for long periods. After my appointment I'm waiting for a ride back home and I must've stood 25 straight minutes. I felt great all the way up until 3am. My appointment was at 11am yesterday so they gave me over 12 hours of pain free relief. I'll take that any day of the week 100%

Experiencia fantástica: This facility is well maintained and is following all the appropriate covid related safety procedures. They sanitize there equipment after every patient and have everyone spaced out 6ft apart. All of the staff are friendly , helpful and knowledgeable at what they do.The physical therapists are professonal not to mention great at what they do. I have been a patient here for about 4 months after having rotatorcuff surgery, and have made great progress in my recovery. I highly recommend optimum for any physical rehabilitation need!

I was ready to go for surgery for herniated discs due to extreme and constant pain but within weeks not only my pain is completely gone, I can lift weight and drive for hours too. I was kind of weary of going to physical therapy based on my past experience (lumbar surgery). I made an appointment for Optimum Physical Therapy hoping that my experience would be different. When I made the appointment Sabrina was so pleasant to deal with. Gina made me feel like family and told me what I should expect going forward. Everything she told me was accurate. Margaret was also great-- smiling all the time. She took care of me also and the treatment was great. I would highly without a doubt recommend Optimum to anyone who is in need of Physical Therapy. It has been about 3 weeks and my knee feels great and I am returning to work this week. On the recommendation of Gina. I know that this is the best Physical Therapy place that I ever went to!!!!
