My personal care has taken me from limping, back pain, leg pain, inflammation, with sciatica and compressed discs. I'm walking without pain. Need I say more. There is still a way to go. Now we are working on getting me stronger. Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: In January 2023 I had a back injury that resulted in a recommendation for an epidural. In an attempt to defer this I started seeing Bianca and Johnny for physical therapy. The goal I set in January was to be able to hold my infant daughter without pain. Thanks to Bianca and Johnny I just took a trip to the Colorado Rockies and was able to carry my daughter all over, and carry her for two flights - no epidural needed!! Thank you Bianca and Johnny for making me so happy and allowing me to carry my daughter without pain - I’m so grateful to you both!!

Experiencia fantástica: Staff were professional, warm, friendly and provided me with comprehensive PT care. They provided me with numerous exercises that aided with my shoulder’s recovery. Best of all, they provided me with an app so that I could view the exercises visually to help me remember how to do them. If I ever need PT again, I will definitely return to PT Bianca, and to Johnny, the PT assistant. However, I believe that all staff at NYSSPT meet a high level of excellence and professionalism in their work.

They all kept their schedule accurately for each session , no waiting time . My progress is great. I highly recommend this PT clinic. Experiencia fantástica: I have used 3 or 4 physical therapy places in Westchester over the past 10 years, and this is far and away the best of them. Every therapist is excellent, as are the PT aides, most of whom are preparing to be therapists. What stands out the most is the extent of treatment you get from the therapist at each session, at least a full 30 minutes of direct treatment at each session, followed by one on one exercise with the pt aide for another 30 minutes. All the staff are friendly and very attentive to individual needs. I highly recommend them.

Experiencia fantástica: I could not speak more highly of Bianca (Senior PT), Courtney (Front Desk), and Maryella (PT assistant). The amount of care and attention is second-to-none. I came in with a severely herniated disk/sciatica. I was barely walking and worked from home for 2 weeks to try to get better. Both Bianca and the orthopedist were surprised I was walking at all based on the MRI. I was fairly sure I might need surgery at some point. After one awful PT experience at a clinic, I knew I needed 1-1 attention with a hands-on approach, along with spinal traction. Fast forward from May to September and I am basically cured. NYSSPT is the absolute best. Do not waste a second of your time any place else. I love them so much I have recommended them multiple times, and had my husband start with Bianca for his hip. OUTSTANDING physical therapy and I am forever grateful to Bianca for her work with me.

Experiencia fantástica: I began PT at NY Sports and Spinal PT after a doctor wrote me a prescription due to a very uncomfortable pain in my knees I began experiencing while walking. The first visit was an evaluation, where the therapist was able to determine the root cause of my knee pain (I had weak leg muscles which lead to me putting more pressure on my knees than they would allow). In subsequent visits, we began exercises to strengthen muscles surrounding my knee, as well as a regimen of exercises to do at home in between visits. As I showed progress, the exercises became more dynamic, and I was surprised to be able to walk long distances and jump to elevated surfaces with no pain after only a few weeks of PT. The staff here is very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. The physical therapist always paid close attention to me while I was performing my exercises to make sure I was using proper form and had no discomfort. I just had my last appointment today, and I am confident that as long as I continue the exercises at home, my knees will not be in any discomfort for the foreseeable future. Experiencia fantástica: The Scarsdale team is outstanding: starting with Courtney at the front desk-she was very accommodating in terms of my schedule and able to assist me with my introduction to the facility. My therapist, Bianca Tiberi is terrific-very skilled and was able to mitigate pain I had over several years as well as create a plan for me to utilize upon my completion at their facility. In addition, her assistant, Mariella, helped me learn specific exercises to complement the therapy I received at the Scarsdale office. The entire team is excellent, very skilled, understanding and user friendly. I would definitely use them for any future therapy needs in the future.

She is proactive scheduling appointments; knowledgeable and understanding explaining how Medicare and issuance work; answering questions and concerns politely, caringly and completely, and contacting insurance and doctors on the behalf of patients. My siblings and I alternate taking our mother to PT and we are always impressed by and thankful how she greets and engages us with a smile, asking how we and are families are doing. I’ve observed this is how she greets other patients too, remembering details and events in peoples’ lives – it’s striking given all the patients she must have helped. Working with the entire team at NYSSPT has been a great experience; from Courtney and the “virtual” team, to the knowledge / skill, one-on-one attentiveness and personal interest in the wellbeing of their patients, exemplified by David, Karina and all the physical therapists and PT aides. He is very observant and noticed problems that other therapists were not able to identify. I recommend him highly!

I have confidence in my ability to function well and in my future improvement. His care and knowledge are unquestionable. Experiencia fantástica: I am a child care provider and when I go there I don’t feel out of place like do when I go to other therapy’s Cheyenne the young lady at the front desk is so courteous, Informative and make you feel comfortable. A couple of week ago while I was there my car battery died and she was so helpful she got her jumper cables and with assistance from another lady there helped me to start my car. The office is filled with bright amazing people, such as Bianca and Veronique who I was fortunate enough to be treated by. They’re both young, crazy smart, and are great at conversations which made me instantly feel more comfortable than other places. 10/10 would get treated again, I recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: As an avid marathoner and ultra runner, it's comforting to know where I can go to get back to my 100% when I run myself down. They knew my goals and helped me to reach them. An orthopedist told me I needed to be in a boot for 6 weeks and then rest 6 weeks there after. I told them I have a marathon in 4 weeks, and I plan to be there, and they helped me to get there!

Experiencia fantástica: I had very bad lower and upper back and neck pain. Karl met with me and didn’t just say it was and give me an exercise to do. He actually took the time and evaluated my entire body from end to toe. Looking over any muscle imbalance he could find and correcting it. He then gave me the specific corrective exercise to help improve my posture. I tell him he’s a magician every time I see him. He is a professional person and amazing at what he does. Experiencia fantástica: I was treated at NY Sports and Spinal Physical Therapy over a period of many weeks for Dropfoot. When I began my therapy the toes on my right foot were incapable of moving. Tests had concluded that a pinched nerve in the area of my knee was blocking the movement. Bianca Tiberi headed a team of physical therapists that through a program of exercise and therapeutic machines cured the problem such that I regained full movement of my toes. The team provided me a series of exercises and procedures to employ at home, both during the length of my therapy, as well as once I had concluded my therapy at NYSSPT. I continue to have complete use of my toes many weeks following my stint at NYSSPT without pain. The staff was a pleasure to deal with, upbeat and skilled in communicating the nuances of the therapy. Experiencia fantástica: I found that both Karn and Karl are very knowledgeable about body mechanics. I ask lots of questions, and I get scientifically sound answers. I was facing a three level spinal fusion, but I had the good fortune of trying PT instead. At the time, I felt really depressed, disabled and discouraged. I am definitely getting better, my mind is more hopeful, and I find myself doing socially engaged things, that I have not done in years. I plan to keep going, regardless of insurance.
