I personally have had treatment with their Chiropractic, Joseph Recchia, Acupuncturist, Andrea Gurciullo & PT Brittany Duarte all very knowledgeable. I initially started Chiropractic treatment with Joseph Recchia, due to a automobile accident that left me feeling sore & in a lot of pain to my neck, shoulders, upper & lower back. He's amazing! He completed a thorough evaluation and with lots of patience explained everything to me. He immediately started a treatment plan & I can honestly say that I feel a whole lot better! I still have ways to go, but I find comfort knowing that I'm in great hands! Their front desk staff are also pretty amazing, welcoming & very helpful. Would definitely recommend to family & friends!

Brittany and Elaina have been amazing. They are responsive and strict on making sure I get the most out of my workouts. Experiencia fantástica: I was suffering from neck muscles that were spasming and shooting out bolts of pain. Daniel Bogart, PT, NS, CSCS worked magic on my neck and the between my shoulder muscles. His treatment of heat, perfectly placed massage, and exercises that slowly and steadily increased in weight has resulted in a welcomed relief from pain.

Experiencia fantástica: I was so impressed with the physical therapy I received at ProClinix in Ardsley — by my main therapist, Brittany, as well as Matt, Dan and Adam. I was referred by my orthopedist because of an injury from ballroom dancing. They showed me how to exercise so I wouldn’t get injured again. I learned so much from them. Over the years, I’ve done PT at various places in Westchester and NYC, and this was by far my best experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Went to ProClinix for a frozen shoulder and neck pain. Dr Brittany, Elena, and the physical therapy team did a great job teaching me the proper form and exercises I need. Noticed a significant increase in range of motion after just a few sessions. Brittany's manual techniques targeted the exact areas that needed attention. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. Supportive and relaxed atmosphere. Will always look to this team for any future PT needs!

Experiencia fantástica: Danny at the Ardsley location is the only person to advise me to see an orthopedist for the chronic lower back and hip pain I have lived with for years. I discovered through X-rays exactly why I have been in so much pain. I’m now receiving injections, and the pain is gone! Thank you Danny! I was seeing Danny initially for plantar fasciitis. With Danny’s therapy that was eventually resolved. We then got a new order to do therapy on my back and hip. When things weren’t improving that’s when Danny suggested I see an orthopedist. I wish I knew to do this sooner. I thought it was just signs of aging coupled with my career as a freelance makeup artist standing for long days on weddings and shoots. No other medical professional I mentioned my back and hip pain to ever suggested I see an orthopedist. It was always shrugged off as part of aging. Well that’s not always the case! The entire staff there is lovely and personable. The facility is modern and clean. Danny is fun, smart and genuine. He shows a genuine interest in learning who you are. I am very personable so this spoke to me. He will be my choice of PT when the next body issue from age comes up. Thank you to the entire staff.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been rehabbing my knee through 2 knee surgeries since 2020 and from being treated in other facilities I can honestly say Ardsleys Proclinix is my favorite by far. Staff makes you feel very welcomed and are very helpful. The therapist are great and pay great attention to detail and take the time to make sure to answer and questions and concerns you may have. Minimum wait times, easily scheduling, and a remarkable staff.

As for Dr. Elan Michael he is one of the best chiropractors I’ve been too. I started seeing him and i was in so much pain and after 2 visits i felt so much better. They were both very positive, encouraging, and friendly, which made the recovery process that much easier. They were both knowledgeable and attentive, making sure I did all of my workouts correctly. The gym is clean and the equipment is nice and up to date as well. After working with Daniel and Alexis, I have seen a great deal of improvement in my shoulder and would definitely recommend working with these two gentleman.

Experiencia fantástica: I went to Physical Therapy at ProClinix Ardsley for my torn meniscus. I have been blown away by the level of care that they provide for me each and every day I am there. Pre-surgery, I was a patient of Amanda's and she always helped me providing different exercises to get stronger and prepared for the operation. After, due to scheduling conflicts, I switched to Dr. Danny Jacobs. Him and his assistant Alexis have been kind, friendly, and personable. Every appointment, they fine tune my treatment in order to give me the best success possible. My doctor is thrilled with my progress through physical therapy and says because of it, I am weeks ahead of the recovery schedule. There never is a boring day at ProClinix as the exercises aren't typical and are crafted for each person. The benefit of being at the House of Sports is that all patients are able to go upstairs to utilize the facilities such as the turf or various courts to get back to doing what they love. This is very hard to find at other physical therapy offices. I love ProClinix and I am very happy that I chose them for my PT care.

Experiencia fantástica: For the past 1 1/2 months Dr. Daniel Jacobs and his PT associate Alexis have been treating me for a "frozen shoulder". I can't say enough about the level of care I have received and the comfortable atmosphere overall in the Ardsley facility. Danny has a firm but gentle approach. He has answered all my questions and concerns throughout my treatment in easy to understand terms. He easily alters my exercises as my condition improved and gave me all the tools and instruction to continue my workout at home. Any after session questions I might have had were always answered quickly and satisfactorily by email. This is a great team!!!

The front desk staff was always friendly, courteous, and willing to help in any way needed. Danny and Alexis were a great team. They were both knowledgeable, caring, and devoted to my rehabilitation. They listened to what my issues were and designed a treatment program that helped me leave in better shape than before my injury. They were always in good spirits which made the rehab much easier. Experiencia fantástica: I would recommend ProClinix to my friends and family, any day. When I first walked in, my shoulder was in so much pain. I felt the pain constantly even while trying to sleep at night. I was doubtful that PT would, or even could, fix whatever issues I had with my shoulder. Whelp! Today was my last day of PT with Danny and Alexis. I walked out with no pain and full range of motion. Not only did they help me recover from this injury, but the journey was friendly and full of laughter. While I'm happy to be back to my normal self again, I will miss seeing their faces, including the friendly staff at the front desk!

Danny and his assistant Alexis were great to work with. I found them to be talented and caring professionals dedicated to helping me rehab my elbow after surgery. The open treatment area and people working and talking together made physical therapy fun and something I actually looked forward to. And most importantly, my surgeon literally said that he was ecstatic with my results.

Experiencia fantástica: Amanda /Rebecca are amazing . They really care and are extremely knowledgeable . 1 month of therapy and feel much better! They are extremely knowledgeable and was able to explain my injury to me as well as what my program entailed. Amanda was able to explain and discuss with me my body mechanics and how my ankle mobility was contributing to my pain when squatting. I feel confident moving forward that I am already on the right path to getting back to living pain free. I highly recommend Amanda and Proclinix.

I have some chronic neck and shoulder pain issues along with the need for postural retraining. Amanda and her team were knowledgeable and professional, empathetic and caring - putting a great amount of effort into figuring out what would be the most effective treatment for my cluster of symptoms. In the past, I’ve been to many different places for physical therapy for various injuries I’ve acquired from soccer, but I can honestly say that ProClinix has been exceptional. Not only was I able to recover physically, but their support throughout my treatment also helped me gain back the confidence mentally that I needed to get back out on the field. Amanda’s personality is so bubbly, she will make you feel right at home. The best part is that she gives amazing massages! I started going to ProClinx in Ardsley because I was having new pain from playing volleyball. In no time, Amanda and Brittany had me on an exercise regiment that began to strengthen the muscles around my knee. We found out that I was jumping wrong so they made sure I had the correct format. Long story short, I’m able to play volleyball and jump pain free. Thank you! *shouts outs to Dannie for calling me everytime I missed my appointment or was late. She definitely held me accountable :)

Experiencia fantástica: I have been to many Physical Therapists due to many sports injuries. At all the places I have been to i ended up leaving before i was supposed to because every thing they had me do I could have easily done at home for free. After attending Pro Clinix in Ardsley for the last 4 months and working with Amanda and Rovi, I will not go to another Physical Therapist location. From day one Amanda and Rovi have been amazing in helping me to rehab a major knee injury. They make sure to hold only a couple clients at a time this way they can be directly involved in all the workouts that I am doing. Many PTs just do this work as a job, but it is clear Amanda and Rovi truly care about their clients and want them healthy. From the administration side, Danni is completely on top of it all. Due to an issue with my insurance I was unable to attend PT for a few weeks, but every day Danni was on the phone with my insurance company, and then immediately called me to keep me updated. The entire office is very professional and amazing at what they do. I would only recommend them to anyone in Westchester.

The office and treatment areas were extremely clean at all times. The stretchers and equipment were sanitized after each client use. The gym/treatment area is well appointed with appropriate equipment. The therapists and aides were well prepared and engaged with clients quite well. I was taught exercises that I can continue at home. Thank you Shara and Katie! The most outstanding comment I want to make regards the entire staff - everyone was so pleasant and accommodating. I worked with Amanda who was very knowledgeable and helpful in addressing the scapular pain in my back and shoulder issues. She took the time to listen, and provide specific treatment options to the areas of concern. Robie, who assists, was very attentive ensuring all reps were correctly performed. Overall, everyone I met in the Ardsley office, including Danni at the front desk, were extremely kind, compassionate, and competent. I am grateful to all of them for all of their help, and I recommend their practice most highly.

Experiencia fantástica: I went here for a slight strain in one of my foot muscles. Everyone, from the front staff to the physical therapists, were so nice and knowledgeable. I felt 100% better after 3 weeks (6 sessions), and god forbid I injure myself again, this is absolutely the place I am returning to. I worked with Shara and Katie, and both PTs were so good in making sure I felt like my best self. I liked the at home app the office uses as well, to keep track of PT stretches and exercises in between sessions at the office. HIGHLY recommend for all your PT needs ~ Isabella

Through working with her I am now able to walk and even run after being in so much pain I had trouble with even short walks. The whole team at the Ardsley location is skillful and friendly. Katie is wonderful in helping me with my exercises. Kathy is always friendly and extremely helpful with booking appointments and processing everything for insurance. I also go to the Armonk location to see Katalin Simon for massage. I have been to many massage therapist and she is by far the best. She does a great job of easing the tension in my back muscles and overall tension that has built up in my muscles from my injury and regular stresses.

She willing to help, and answer any questions that you have for her. The physical therapy team of Amanda, Brittany, and Katie work very well together. They display different strengths, increasing the quality of the PT sessions. They are extremely patient, and informative, willing to answer any questions that you ask. The facility is always clean, and the staff is professional across the board. I would recommend this place to anybody, and happy I chose it.

I have been so impressed with the caliber of care at ProClinix. At my first visit Brittany immediately established a treatment plan for each visit, plus a detailed and customized home exercise plan. Every visit my progress is assessed and evaluated with new exercises added as needed. Katie is instrumental in supervising my exercises to ensure I am using proper body mechanics and technique. At the reception desk Kathy is always welcoming & friendly, available to make appointments to fit my schedule and has assisted me with obtaining prescriptions for treatment. I always leave my appointment at ProClinix with a big smile!

She analyzed my injury thoroughly and developed a treatment plan that had me feeling better quickly. She was always attentive during my visits and showed genuine concern for my well-being. Katie Streeter, the Physical Therapy Assistant I worked with most often, was also great. Like Brittany, she was super attentive, helpful and kind throughout each of my visits. ProClinix will definitely be my first choice if I need physical therapy again in the future and I would highly recommend them to others.

All the staff and therapists are exceptional and the care I received there helped me come back from a knee surgery that I had last winter. Without their above and beyond efforts to help me regain strength in my knee, I don’t know if I would have the same recovery and bounce back from the surgery I had. I would recommend them to anyone they are a 11/10 experience.
