Experiencia fantástica: I went into the Rehab Hospital on October 29th and released November 6th. Everyone there was so kind and caring. They helped with my recovery in every way possible. They guided me to get stronger and I felt safe. They gave me the confidence I needed because they believed in me. Every one cared! The food there was delicious and my room was always clean. I honestly cannot say one negative thing about all of the staff or the hospital. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart ❤️.

Experiencia fantástica: My dad had a short stay at RHOM recently. It was not easy to convince him to agree to go from the acute hospital right to another hospital, but he now understands and agrees that it was the best decision to get him home safer and healthier. He had a fairly long stay in the acute hospital for a back surgery. He had a hard time with the pain and had deconditioned quite a bit from lack of movement. He was hesitant initially about not transferring right home, but was pleasantly surprised about the friendly and welcoming atmosphere from the start at RHOM. The nurses and CNAs immediately took him under their wings and made him feel comfortable! Again, really hesitant about doing 3 hours of therapy every day-until he had his first few sessions. He really enjoyed HOW they delivered therapy. He was anticipating miles on a treadmill and difficult stretches and was thrilled that it was more in the form of taylored exercises and games with an encouraging therapy team. Toward the end of his stay, he actually looked forward to the treatments. He loved the food and dining room workers. He worked hard and progressed much quicker than anticipated given his condition when he got there. I am so thankful for the outcome and am very comfortable with him being independent at home with the help and direction of the RHOM team. We are forever grateful!

All the Staff are Wonderful, very helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to help teach you how to do all of the things from healthy healing meals to therapy. The medical care teams are focused on your well being and involve you in your care with the plans while you are at the Rehab Hospital. They value your input and work with you with your goals. While working towards your goals they do give you challenging tasks and it's definitely worth the challenge. You do have to put in the work to get it done but definitely worth it in the end!!!

Experiencia fantástica: This is a one of a kind facility! Every person we had any kind of contact with was personable and professional. It was clear from the moment we stepped into the facility, we could feel the positive energy we were desperately needing. From the directors and case management, to the cleaning crews, from the doctors to the cafeteria staff, from the nurses to the CNA’s, from the PT OT and SLP, wound care and all other supportive staff, trust me this is where you want to be if in need of any kind of therapy. We had a complicated case, but everyone worked together to make sure all are needs were met to the best of their ability. We made several friends, both with staff and other patients. While this time in our lives was very overwhelming, RHOM helped us find joy and peace in the little things and helped us celebrate the big accomplishments!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great stay at RHOM! I was there for 2 weeks. The staff and facility were wonderful and I couldn’t find a better place to heal. I would definitely recommend the facility for anyone needing care! (That was probably the first time, here’s the rest :). I’ve ended up coming here three times in the last month and a half. First after my first stroke, second after my pacemaker, this last time for stroke symptoms again. Each time it was like coming home. Everyone remembered me and treated me like family. I can’t even begin to say enough about the therapy staff…..every single one bring some magic to your rehabilitation. This last time I had Daniel and Autumn, I just can’t put into words how they were both amazing with me and who BOTH made me look forward to therapy everyday! Liz was amazing at getting me in here each time. The greatest thing is their care doesn’t stop when you leave the building….they’ve done a wonderful job of making sure my needs are met when I get home by setting up the right programs for me :) There are some definite rock stars in nursing (unfortunately my head injury affects memory and names) but I can remember a few names of nursings best Erin on day shift (sorry I don’t know the night shift Erin), Bobby C. Is amazing. The night shift is the unsung heroes as we sleep but I can say that 99% of day shift medical is wonderful. I’ve only had 2 issues with medical staff. A CNA that didn’t wanna help at all as I waited 2 hours for a shower that another CNA that was not assigned to me thankfully jumped in and helped out and an unprofessional male nurse that burst into my room without knocking and made an accusation of not following the rules before asking any questions. He might be better suited to be a corrections officer instead of caring for vulnerable people. I wanted to bring up these two specifically because they do NOT belong here. This place is full of amazing staff that do wonderful things daily to help those of us that really need the care and compassion! When only 1% of your staff is a problem then you know you have some pretty great management! Thank you all for everything you’ve done for me and I hope I never have to come back but if I need the help again, I’m coming straight back to RHOM! :)

Tish, Catherine, Becca, Chris , Sara have been amazing. Estee the dietitian was always there whenever I needed something.Jon in the kitchen was fantastic and the food was great! I would recommend RHOM for anyone who needs Rehab!

Experiencia fantástica: I was diagnosed with Guillian Barre Syndrome and when I entered there I could not walk. Each staff member was exemplary in helping me. (With the exception of one CNA who came in and asked me to not cough so loud when trying to clear the phlegm from my throat due to Gerd.) Of special note are Nicole, Becca, Daniel san, and Dwayne who knew I had to be able to get up stairs to my office upon my release and ensured that I achieved that goal four days before I left. I credit God with my miraculous recovery to walk out using a cane in 19 days from entering, but I know He chose these experts to make that miracle happen. The cook even removed onions especially for me on one meal and made a killer cheesecake. Every meal was great while I was there. One month later I am walking most of the time without my cane. This hospital is rated in the top seven of the nation. But in my opinion, they are the best in the nation. And the Littlest Colonel needs mention for forcing me out of my bed and into a wheelchair which began my miraculous recovery. 15 staff members cheered me out the door as I walked out. Almost had me in tears. This is the only hospital that makes recovery possible.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a stroke on July 15th and then I went to the hospital for 4 days and then I was sent to the rehabilitation hospital on the 20th. I was met with the nicest and kindest staff. Everyone helped me with exercises and feeling better. The facility was very clean and I didn't have a minute to get depressed. I give the facility 5 stars!

It was a huge relief when we received the word he was accepted as we are from Wyoming and wanted to be close to home. He began making progress almost from day one because of their amazing therapists and was able to walk, eat and talk again. We are forever grateful to Lynn and all the staff at RHOM!

Experiencia fantástica: Staff are awesome and you become friends with them. They try to learn about you and they tell you about themselves. Even the CEO came in and checked on me. Food was awesome 3 meals a day. And if you need a late night snack the nurses have a fridge full of snacks. OT and PT were awesome. They also taught me how to walk again with walkers and a simple thing as taking a shower and getting dressed. The whole facility made living with 1 leg so much easier for me to come home and live again. Thank you all so much.

The staff at RHOM is absolutely top notch and amazing. The nurses were always attentive and on point with their care. As for the PT and OT staff, they were just incredible. Specifically Chuck, Andrew, Cadence and Rebecca, just wow. I have no words that would describe their work and dedication enough. Thank you to the four of you for being amazing, caring and just absolutely solid in your field of work. Thank RHOM for setting me up. If you find yourself in the unfortunate position of needing physical rehabilitation after a wreck or incident of some type, RHOM is top notch. You won't find a better rehab facility.

Experiencia fantástica: My father fell in Boston and was in a rehab facility there. I went to visit him. Cliff’s Notes: it was awful. Fast forward three months and he is at Montana Rehab. The experience thus far has been nothing short of incredible. The first thing I noticed was how kind and thoughtful the staff was. Incredible humans working there. Secondly he loves the food and his room is bright and huge. My dad’s whole mood has shifted since coming back here. The physical therapists push his edges in the best way possible and he speaks of them like they’re his friends. It makes my heart so happy to know my dad is in good hands. After every other place denied him I feel so grateful for Montana Rehab: I cannot recommend this place enough. I’d give more stars if I could.

Experiencia fantástica: I recently spent 2weeks in rehab after suffering a stroke. The hospital has a form that you can nominate a special employee. The form isn’t long enough. The entire staff are special people. The way my family was received and treated and my personal care was second to none.

Experiencia fantástica: My Brother in law had a major seizure over Christmas in Great Falls and we brought him to the Rehab hospital for his rehab when he got out of icu. The care he received here was fantastic. The staff so caring and professional. He recovered much quicker than we expected. We are so thankful that he was able to get in to this facility and receive the care he needed. Even the food was great and we happily had several meals with him in the cafeteria. It seemed like by the time he left everyone knew him by name and were sad (but happy for him) to see him go. I strongly recommend the rehab hospital of Montana.

Experiencia negativa: They saved my husband's life by noticing a wound from a previous surgery at another hospital. They immediately called a surgeon and was able to remove lots of blood clots, necrotic tissue and infection. The environment and staff excel compared to other places. It is a life saving place that strives to rehab patients. Shane is our favorite nurse. We are hoping for a complete recovery with an extended time at this Rehab Hospital. We are hoping that we are allotted the amount of time necessary for regaining the ability for him to walk again. He loves the extensive PT and OT. With time and their expertise, he hopes to regain a quality of life again. So to the PT's, OT's, and staff, please continue to work with him and the other's like him, who desire to contribute back to society and their families. Well, today is one of those days when patients really try to slay dragons in the hospital administration. My husband was informed that the rehab hospital is attempting to move him to a regular nursing home facility. I have pleaded, begged, talked, and consulted with the administration about their lack of consideration for my husband. He has had to have more attentive care since being put on a wound vac. It is extremely complicated to care for. It has hindered some of his continuing progress for the care it takes for it. The Rehab Hospital is betraying us by not following through with their ethical commitment to see a patient has the amount of time for rehab and progress. I am sorely disappointed in their lack of integrity to each and every patient. Some patients will regain rehab faster, and some with extremely complicated medical issues require more time. The Rehab Hospital is only at 50% occupancy. So there is no reason to move him out. it is really crushing his spirit and his soul. So know not everyone is treated with the same consideration and care. The administration is not listening and totally out of contact with patients needs. I am very disappointed in their lack of justice and empathy and medical responsibility. I really thought they deserved 5 stars, but now I will only give them a 2 star rating. Shame on you for not giving every patient a full chance to recover. Maybe there are sufficient reasons for only a 50% occupancy rate. Maybe there are some questions that need to be answered. They are supposed to be award winning, but at what cost to the patients themselves. So be aware, most of the staff is excellent. Administration and Physician staff has deficiencies from my point of view.

Experiencia fantástica: this place has been the one happy place of my stroke recovery!!! i would highly recommend to anyone needing a recovery haven beautiful loving drs, nurses and admin, therapists that are the right combo of knowledgeable and motivating, i have yet to experience as good a PT as CHUCK V that I had there, i still try to channel his instructing daily I was so thankful my husband was able to spend time there about a year later, though i was a bit envious, i didn't want anything going on that made it necessary to go back in to RHOM. Experiencia fantástica: On January 16th of this year, my husband Chad suffered a series of medical emergencies, including multiple strokes in his brain, heart failure and thrombosis in both legs. The result of those emergencies was a 56 day stay in the hospital, 16 of those in ICU. The stroke caused various deficiencies in Chad’s cognitive abilities and the stay in ICU depleted Chad’s muscles and weakened his ability to move on his own. I was not sure he would live, let alone be able to function on his own. I had heard of Rehab Hospital of Montana from people at the hospital and knew that was the place Chad needed to be in order to return to life at home. The doctors and nurses at the hospital truly saved my husband’s life and the physical therapists there worked with Chad extensively in order to make him able to withstand the three hours of therapy required at Rehab Hospital of Montana. On March 12th Chad was finally strong enough to enter ROHM. From the moment we entered the doors of ROHM, I knew we were in the right place. Every member of the staff, from the front desk to the kitchen crew, as well as the nurses and CNAs, was friendly and kind. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the building was beautiful. But the coup de grace were the therapists! That team was top notch without being stuffy. They laughed a lot and had a lot of fun, but they also worked Chad hard every day. They treated my husband like a person, not a stroke patient, and found therapies that would engage his passion of cooking. Giving Chad the opportunity to be back in the kitchen after so much trauma and such a long stay in the hospital really encouraged him and helped him feel like he could truly rejoin his life! The therapists also engaged me in Chad’s therapies and made me feel like I would be able to help him when he came home. The therapy team at ROHM showed Chad how to live again after all the trauma his mind and body endured. After so much trauma and such a long stay in the hospital, I wasn’t sure that would ever happen, but Chad was discharged 16 days after entering ROHM. We are forever grateful to the team at ROHM for making living life completely a realistic possibility for us!

Experiencia fantástica: Our stay at RHOM was hard to put into words. From the day we arrived the entire staff layed out the red carpet. All employees from admissions, cooks , nurses, therapists, custodians, and CNA's to the CEO went above and beyond to care for Mary. To say this place is amazing would be an understatement!

Experiencia fantástica: The facility was fresh, clean and comfortable. The bathroom in the room was large and designed to accommodate people with mobility equipment and disabilities. Food was served cafeteria style from the kitchen or taken to the patients in their rooms. The kitchen staff was friendly and brought your tray and drinks to the table where you chose to sit in the bright dining room. The menu had enough options to make every meal a tasty and healthy. There were lots of vegetable choices and I personally appreciated the Dessert of the Day! The gym, where most physical therapy took place, had loads of machines, parallel bars, stairs and even a car to help patient get ready to cope in the outside world. The therapists had the patients best interest at heart. I always understood why I was doing the exercises and how they would help me when I went home.

Experiencia negativa: This place is awful I gave it one star so I could at least leave a review do not leave your loved one here. They expect you to spend the evenings with them. They might as well just be home with us. If that’s the case, my dad couldn’t even walk when he left there yesterday couldn’t even stand up and they said that he was at his highest peak. He was so much better when he left the hospital to go to this rehab it saddens me to say these people do not care at all.

Experiencia negativa: They sent my mother home and she was unable to get up the stairs in our home. They said that she could do stairs. We had to call the fire department for assistance. Their case worker is a joke and does little to assist you with getting resource information. They were supposed to set up home health and never did. My mother's primary doctor has helped way better than that case worker. My mother is currently stuck in the upstairs of our home because the stairs are an issue. She is unable to do what she did before her surgery. This is unhealthy. She is unable to be a part of what happens downstairs in our home. I'm unimpressed with this facility. They did nothing to help her recover.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is wonderful. They really care about their patients. My husband was so weak when he got here and the PT/OT people worked very hard to make sure he would be able to safely go home. I know I made the right decision to bring him here. Thank you!!

Experiencia negativa: They discharge EVERYBODY after 2 weeks, no matter what. They required a family member there with him at all times in order to be admitted because he was a fall risk. This is not only unethical but illegal as well. My family was in the throes of my fathers stroke, and didn’t know we needed to go through the repeal process to keep him there. We thought we could trust them in the discharge decision. Instead, they sent us home without any knowledge of how to shower or feed him or get him in and out of the car. NOTHING. The gal that was supposed to help with resources (should’ve been a Social Worker) had NOTHING to offer to the point that I thought she was joking.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is awesome, everyone has been so nice and my rehabilitation has come so far in such a short time that I can't believe it myself. This place and St Vincent hospital have been the best hospitals I've ever been in!!! My deepest thankfulness to all the staff at Montana rehabilitation.

Experiencia negativa: I'm putting a one star because of one person, Dr Flanagan head of medical. Everyone else from the nurses to the cooks to the therapists were great. My experience with Dr Flanagan, is he put his medical experience over my wishes and I feel like he would not even consider my wishes. I have tried multiple times to explain my wishes but he would not consider it. I deal with serious pain and he thought that the risks of my wishes outweighed my wishes. I am now going home with me needing to financially find a long-term wheelchair because of his choices. They are thousands of dollars and cost way more then I could afford. My insurance would have been able to pay but he refused to right the prescription. I am going to say that Megan, Andy, Mack, all of the PT/OT staff were great definitely a 5 star for them and 5 star for the nurses. Tamari was a 6 star person.

Experiencia fantástica: I went to RHOM as a HIGH MAINTENANCE individual. After suffering major spinal trauma, spending 4 weeks in a different facility, I went to ROHM. I could not ask for a better place!! The staff were ALL exceptional. I never got an eye roll, sigh, or snarky remark. They took care of me when I couldn't take care of myself. A special shout out to Linn Ratcliffe, Bambi, Aami, and Maddie. Such exceptional care from exceptional people! Then the therapists, Chris and Max! What great people. They pushed me to work, and how grateful I am for them. I grew to love all these special people. A seven star rating for sure! I will recommend this place to everyone I talk to!

It is not a retirement facility. But, a stepping stone to rehabilitation. Everyone there fills thier positions perfectly....from the front desk to the cooks, nurses, doctors, and therapists. All of them......it is a safe place with reassurance that you or your loved one will be back into life in a timely manner. There are no words for how thankful I am for the care shown my mom!!

Experiencia positiva: Lovely physical therapy staff. Nursing staff was rarely wearing a mask. It was upsetting to see so little regard for the health of their frail patients. I got no response from nursing management when I lodged a complaint. Also no real enforcement of visitor screening. I walked in and no one asked me any questions.

My mom felt so welcomed by everyone at your facility. I would like to thank her nurses Phil and Ruth , her PT Suzanne, her OT Louise, her ST Gib and her Dr's. She loved working with you all. I would also like to thank Sammi, and Laura they are both amazing and so professional. They kept in contact before, throughout and after her stay with the Rehab Hospital. My mom would have loved to continue more therapy with your facility but it's great she is getting better. If you desire working in a small collaborative team environment then this is the place for you. I loved getting to know the patients and see them recover. This care setting is unique as it is the only Rehab Hospital in Montana where patients with qualifying ailments go through intensive physical therapy. RNs, CNAs, and therapists looking for a steady work environment where you get to know the patients, this is the place for you. It was difficult moving away from my home state Missouri, but the leadership team and front line staff were very welcoming. I always felt that I could lean on my colleagues. Healthcare is going through difficult times so you want a team that cares about the patients and works hard to ensure they are receiving the best care. I highly recommend working here!
