Experiencia fantástica: I am more than happy that I chose West Billings Physical Therapy for PT for my second post knee replacement surgery . I have been blessed to be Linda Sperry's patient. She has been a gift from God to me. The thouroughness and knowledge that she has is incredible. This knee has progressed already further than my first knee did, and I still have another week of therapy to go. I was fortunate enough to be assigned to her during a short window that she is working full time covering for someone else's leave. Any other time on the calendar she would only be working part time. So, I am more than grateful that my PT happened to fall at this exact time to coincide with her schedule. Like I said.....Heaven sent!! The facility is clean organized and professional. Evan has been extremely knowledgeable in understanding my limitations due to rheumatoid and osteoporosis. Most importantly she has developed a treatment plan that has dramatically improved my daily functioning. Evan listens to my concerns and is quick to adapt her treatment approaches as needed. Experiencia fantástica: This is my second time through West Billings Physical Therapy! 1st time was after my Rotator Cuff surgery, and this time after I tore my meniscus in my knee and had to have surgery! I would highly recommend Cal, he cares, he pushes, he listens and he is there to help you to get back to your activities! The front office staff is top-notch, super friendly and always able to answer questions. It is a very clean, well-kep space with state of the art equipment and therapies! I hope I never have to go there again, but know if I do, I am in great hands!

They have been able to get me an appointment in a timely manner according to my doctor’s instructions. Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to West Billings Physical Therapy for 5 years now and it has been nothing but amazing. From Dan to Doug to even Barb in the front they are all great people and truly want what is best for you. My PT is Chloe and she is not just my PT she is also a friend. She truly wants what is best for you even if it means giving me the look… you know the look of “do what I say and stop complaining”. With all jokes aside she is the reason I have been able to perform in college athletics with the least amount of discomfort. No matter what is hurting she will do anything she can to get me back to it. She is amazing and there is no one I would rather see after all injuries. Without hesitation I would recommend West Billings PT to everyone.

Experiencia positiva: They do a nice job overall, but WATCH THEIR BILLING. I was double charged for services on multiple occasions. They were supposed to fix it, but instead added billing to other days to get their money. Whether billing insurance or not, over billing for services is illegal. The other issue is they bill by time in small increments (RVU). Even if they’re running over with another patient, the ‘billing’ clock starts when your appointment starts. You’re paying to sit there and wait until the physical therapist is ready (based on what they billed me). The physical therapists are charging for the services (as opposed to the front desk staff). They also take their time because that’s how they bill. If you’ve got to meet a deductible or out of pocket, tell them ahead of time that you’re looking for a short appt to get the minimal of what you need to do the work at home. They also push dry needling. It may help, but the cost of the time and service is appalling. I was also billed for services not performed. Scheduling was a month out for an initial evaluation post surgery! On a positive note, the front desk staff and therapists are nice. Just WATCH YOUR BILL FOR OVERCHARGING!

Experiencia fantástica: Had a great experience working with Dan S to heal my achilles. He was knowledgeable and as my abilities increased he provided a regimen that stepped up to match my capacity. I communicated to him how I was doing throughout and I felt heard. I was doing PT at their office and given homework to do PT on my own and that worked well for me. He was very willing to help answer questions regarding health/exercise while I was there and even helped create a workout routine for me after I ended our sessions, so I could keep working on my own. I felt he went above and beyond and he is a joy to be around! Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Hello! West Billings PT has been amazing for me. I fell and injured my shoulder badly and suffered a pretty moderate-severe concussion + a lot of pain in January 2023. I was able to start Physical Therapy in February 2023 ended up needing surgery after all by April 2024 and now I’m leaving for the last time August 2024!!! And I’m so SAD! Because I have loved my Physical Therapist, Lana Farr, so much. As much as I hated my arm being injured and keeping me from doing the daily things I needed to do, I absolutely LOVED my PT. Not only is she so stinking smart, she is so encouraging, kind and caring. She gave me a lot of grace when I needed it! We giggled and laughed, talked about anything and everything! And she just brought a light to my life that I really needed this last year and a half. She has such a special place in my heart and I’m really going to miss her! But YAY to a healthier, stronger version of my shoulder and a healthier stronger ME!! Thanks to the help of Lana! And a big THANK YOU to Barb and Dani AS WELL! Experiencia fantástica: Thirteen years after 6th grade graduation I made my return to Highland Elementary and quickly established myself as the school’s top athlete. My combination of size and speed was unmatched, enabling me to dominate any competition I entered. Then, on July 21st, tragedy struck when I crashed my mountain bike. As I lay in the dirt covered in dust and blood, staring at my dislocated patella I began to wonder was it all over? Would I ever dominate a game of dodgeball or tag again? Fortunately, my body rejected the poison of self pity and my fingers instinctively dialed West Billings Physical Therapy. The next morning Cal Chase, PT, DPT, OCS, greeted me at the door and promised me I would be ready for the first recess of the school year. For the next month, I worked with Cal a couple of times a week. Each session he provided me with challenging and engaging exercises, while keeping the banter fun and lighthearted. Cal’s miracle came to fruition last week as I was described as “agile and mobile” playing extinction tag. I cannot recommend WBPT strongly enough.

My therapist managed my pain for the first few visits before beginning strength building routines. She was very gentle but consistent with what she expected from me between visits to play a part in my own recovery. I am truly amazed at what a change there is in increased flexibility now. I worked with Dan and with his guidance I left fixed and armed with a list of exercises. He has given me exercises that allow me to maintain muscle strength and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Experiencia fantástica: actually, This is Mark Astle. I had a problem with my neck. I went to Chloe for 4 appointments, and was completely healed. The first session was awesome as the release and relief were almost instantaneous. The follow ups were to finish the healing and to give me a couple of tips to stop the problem from re-occurring. The treatment was great, and the office staff were very pleasant and helpful as well. a 10 out of 10!
