St Vincent Outpatient Rehab

Experiencia negativa: Not a great experience for me. I needed 6 pelvic floor visits. Took 3 months to schedule me in period, then getting the schedule on the books was a nightmare (constant phone tag). When availability opened up it really wasn't open (work nights so I needed afternoons), then they called and cancelled an appointment I had just booked. I developed a UTI from the initial exam so I ended up cancelling on them the 2nd week. Yesterday, I got a cancellation 4 hrs prior to the appointment. You'd charge me if that was reversed. I was skeptical of this whole process to begin with and my experience here validated all of it. 6 visits shouldn't take 6 months. I'm so tired of health care workers saying they are there for their patients when they are really motivated by their own personal situations despite relatively stable positions with full-time hours, benefits, & PTO. I need a therapist who holds me accountable & sets a higher standard. As a busy single mom of seven, thanks but no thanks. She gets a 2 star for printing out exercises so I can do at least most of her job on my own.

Experiencia fantástica: Hi I have been seeing a PT for awhile now for my medical. Not going to get into details. I am really happy, feeling better on the area that she is working on. Thank you Jolynn for everything you have and are doing for me. Even the talks we have. Julie

Experiencia fantástica: I want to say just how amazing Christine R. is!! I have severe chronic pain especially in my back and she is the first person to help me find any kind of relieve. She taught me ways to manage my pain and be able to live more actively then I was ever able. I still hurt but with the exercises and trainings she provided for me I am able to control the pain and live and feel more human again. On another note...I also bring my mother here once a week as I am her caregiver. I also have a 10 month old baby who I have to bring along as I don't have the option for daycare. The last time I was there I got told I could not bring my child in with me because of Covid policies. Come on now. This is getting really petty and ridiculous. My baby is not at risk for catching Covid nor is she at risk for spreading it. Please let's do better with our policies to better serve the community. Some mamas don't have the luxury of having nannies they can leave there babies with. And because my mother is disabled and has a hard time walking as it is I do have to walk in with her. I am not going to just stay in my vehicle as was suggested to me. Sorry. Not going to happen. So please once again let's try to be better and do better. Thank you.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a five star experience with my new physical therapist Christine Roesch. It was my very first appointment, and she fixed a place in my back that has been hurting me for years!!! And not only that she showed me some amazing tricks to alleviate pain. I’m am more than satisfied!!! She is amazing at what she does!!!! Thankyou Christine Roesch!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
