Experiencia fantástica: Mountain Land Physical Therapy located in the Heights is an excellent PT group to use if you live in the Heights and do not want to travel downtown or to the Westside for several appointments each week. It is a relatively new option but is already very busy. You work with 1-2 therapists so that they get to know you and work effectively with you. They give you encouragement and support. For example, I needed them to tell me 10 times to get me started and then later learn that I would be doing another 10 later. They develop an individualized set of exercises that you do at home. They have all the equipment needed to help you make a full recovery and vary what you use. I give them the highest recommendation possible. D'Ann Campbell Knee replacement client

She made the sessions challenging and effective, but at the same time so fun he that he looked forward to them. Bri did and incredibly job and completely changed the trajectory of his life. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

I saw Sari Stahl and her ability to treat multiple issues at one time with extremely intentional, well thought out exercises is incredible. I went in for pelvic floor and severe diastasis recti and she shocked me with how efficiently she treated both. Then to make things more impressive, she simultaneously helped me with old sports injuries I hadn’t properly rehabbed. It was amazing how she tied everything together in my exercise plans maximize my time and effort spent rehabbing. I would absolutely trust Sari with all physical therapy needs.

Experiencia fantástica: I saw Sari at Mountain Land Physical Therapy on a regular basis, for a year. I originally saw her for help with my pelvic floor. We spent time working on strengthening that part of my body, and then as time went on, she helped me with my chronic back issues and also nerve damage in my left calf. She is amazing at treating the whole body and teaching you that all the parts work together, and therefore need to be strong and mobile. She exceeded all of my expectations, was kind and caring, was an excellent listener, and was firm but encouraging when it came to my PT exercise plan. I always felt supported by her and like she was cheering me on! I recently “graduated” from PT, but know she is always available if I should need her help again. Experiencia fantástica: I started my therapy 4 days after my total knee replacement. From the first visit everyone was very friendly and so supportive. By the end of 4 weeks I was very pleased with my progress. Briana and Rachael were excellent. I worked with a student, as well, who gave great care under their supervision. I stopped after 4 weeks as I returned to my home town and continued therapy there. I would not hesitate to refer others to to Mountainland or return if needed.

I had real bad pain in my hips and pelvis after having my third baby, and she was so supportive & caring to my situation as well as knowledgeable. The entire staff has a wonderful culture going on there, everyone is friendly and welcoming each time. I went into PT as a 6-8 constant pain and limited range, and with Sari's help I graduated to a 0 with great range of motion and ability to resume physical activity. I hope I never need PT again, but if I do, I'm only going to Mountain Land!

I hurt my shoulder snowmobiling last winter and could not lift it half way up. I could not get a good night sleep with the pain with out Advil. Now I don't need Advil and my arms goes where I want it to go. When you started with the walk up the wall and a rubber band I though we was going no where. My goal was to to return to jogging at the gym, something I hadn't been able to do since fracturing my pelvis nearly two years ago. When I began seeing Sari six months ago, I had chronic hip pain that made sitting for any length of time difficult, let alone attempting to jog. Sari guided me through months of strengthening exercises with the happy result of resuming my previous life—I've jogged a mile at the gym, each of my last three visits. Sari is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I would recommend her to any and everyone searching for an excellent physical therapist.
