Experiencia negativa: Went into this facility to make a quick delivery, was greeted with misinformation about where to take my delivery by the receptionist. Another worker redirected me back to the reception desk, which is where I was originally instructed to drop off. During drop off, the receptionist flipped out saying I wasn't allowed to drop off there because "that's not her job" to allow me to make a delivery? To the place I was instructed to? Isn't the receptionist is quite literally suppose to accept deliveries? She had me set the items on a decorative table not 1ft away from the reception desk instead. Because she couldn't be bothered to do her job (which entailed the bare minimum of allowing the item to sit atop her desk for 1-2 minutes). Very rude interaction. I've tried finding a name or email of someone to contact to inform them of how people are being greeted when they walk into their facility, just trying to do their own jobs, but I can't find any contact info other than the reception desk phone number. Not a good look for this facility as a whole.

Experiencia negativa: They seem to over medicate and even if you inform the staff multiple times to various people and different people voice this concern nothing is done. We checked my mother in on a Thursday and she died 5 days later. Careful placing your loved ones in their care.

Experiencia fantástica: My brother has been a resident there since Feb. 2025. I can’t say enough good things about the facility, and the staff they are great. My brother has been very happy there, he has made friends with many of the residents and also staff,they all look out for each other. They have care conferences every three months. Resident council meetings,also family counsel meetings. So if you have any complaints go to these meetings they are very interested in what you have to say and strive to correct things if at all possible.

Experiencia negativa: The office staff is neglectful and treat like crap. Don't work there they will call police if you go visit old friends or residents. The reviews that are 5 stars are from staff. Not residents who are miserable.

Experiencia negativa: I would 100% not recommend this facility for working. I have only been there for a week and when I first started, it seems like a good facility. I unfortunately have been pretty sick lately and I called off two days in a row… I was told by the CNA coordinator if I was sick the second day do not come in so I called, the on-call phone and the administrator was extremely rude to me. It’s no wonder why this place has a Huge turnover. He had asked me to get a doctors note which wasn’t the problem. I would’ve gladly done that. But the way he was speaking to me was unacceptable. My husband had overheard the conversation and immediately told me to tell him if that’s how I’m going to be spoken too tell him you will find work elsewhere. So I did. I am 40 years old and married and I literally never leave my house and I’m not a drinker so obviously I’m not calling just for the heck of it.. if this facility is going to talk and treat their employees that way, it makes me wonder how the residents are treated.

Experiencia negativa: I was admitted here for rehab what is called Functional neurological disorder which is the same symptoms as a stroke without having a stroke. They are also leaning towards Parkinsons disease because I have all the symptoms of it. The medication part of this place is very horrible. I have a pain contract from previous problems and I’m supposed to get my meds every 4 hrs which to them is anywhere between 4 to 8 hrs not just 4 hrs. They have ran out of my pain meds and I had to go without for about 16 hrs. I have 1 pill left right now and the new prescription is supposed to be here today but there is no guarantee that it will be here. I push my call button for the nurse and it takes anywhere from 20 minutes up to an hour for someone to come see what you need. I would never send anyone to this facility ever. I’m trying to get a transfer to another facility that deals with my problem specifically that is a specialized therapy hospital but not sure if my insurance will cover it. If they don’t I will be checking myself out of here and just going home where my wife and children can help me more that these guys do. It’s not what I want to do but I’m afraid of something happening and I push the light for help and get nothing for who knows how long. I have issues with blacking out.

Experiencia fantástica: Skyline heights was such a wonderful experience while I was staying here. The cnas were amazing to help me when I needed and the therapy team was great with my cares. The place loves to compliment and teach me and I love it! The place was has amazing cheerleaders to encourage you to progress!

Experiencia negativa: It was supposed to be rehab for my husband. He spent 100 days there with poor rehab and terrible pt time. He left there still unable to walk out of there. Repeatedly was told he was not going to walk. Extremely negative place for rehab. Constantly was ignored and not treated like a thriving person. Food terrible. Very poor kitchen management. Management ignores complaints. People are treated like inmates. He was begging for physical therapy time with poor results. Nobody seemed to care about actually regaining a full productive life. Never will recommend. Barely able to even be given liquids to drink. Dehydration and lack of food big problems. Management does not respond to written grievances.

Experiencia fantástica: I have lived here for 3 years. The facility is not just a business it's a family. And our family works together, we love each other and we care about each other. We worry about each other and we make sure that wether its staff or residents, we are all ok and we share our smiles.

Experiencia positiva: My experience here was heart warming because in therapy I was able to open up to them and express myself freely and I felt like I could be myself around my new therapy friends, I would recommend this place to anyone!

Eduro has been by far one of the best companies to work for. The core values and mission statement is what they truly live by. Putting our residents first is our priority and we are always striving to improve.

Experiencia negativa: Don't even bother replying with your generic response of I'm sorry for the inconvenience we may have caused you. If you hate your Job that you get paid to do so much don't work there. The level of care my step mother DIDN'T receive is unreal as everyone else has said the food and coffee all served freezing cold and the staff laugh it off and say everyone complains about that. I can't even believe you have been allowed to operate as long as you have. Shame on Billings Clinic for referring people to you!!

Experiencia negativa: This place. Keep an eye on your elderly while they're there...and get them out as fast as possible. No communication with family about progress, needs after release...etc. My mom fell twice and no one called...I can go on and on. If your parents or grandparents get sent here for rehab...be afraid, be very afraid. (I wish I could give 0 stars.)

Experiencia negativa: My 91 year old mother was in rehab after a broken hip from a fall. She stayed less than a month at Bella Terra before we finally decided it would be better if she just went home. The CNA staff was wonderful but that is all the good I can say about Bella Terra. We were not advised that Bella Terra had any cases of COVID until after Mom was admitted. She contracted COVID almost immediately after her admission. She was shut in her room for 10 straight days. Mom suffers from Macular Degeneration and has very little hearing. Being shut in a room with no stimulation was torture for her. She couldn't watch TV since it was too far away and raising the volume level would be disruptive to other patience. Because of her sight issues, I asked and posted a sign on her door that all her room lights be turned on each morning. She needs bright light to be able to see. Those requests were ignore day after day after day. The food was horrible. It was always cold and bland. I watched one day to see how long it takes to get from the food cart to her room....it was 35 minutes of sitting in a cold cart. My mother would not eat it if it was cold so I tried to take it down the hall to the microwave....but was told I couldn't do that since she had COVID....once something went into a room, it could not come back out. She refused to eat. During the 4 weeks she was there, she had one shower and had her hair washed once. She slept in her clothes for 4 straight days. Even though she had a broken hip, she had to go to the bathroom by herself since it would take too long for someone to come in to help her after hitting the help button. We believe the reports for her Physical Therapy were greatly bloated. We were told she had 330 minutes of PT, 330 minutes of OT and 130 minutes of Speech Therapy. I was there a lot with Mom and she probably only had 4-5 PT or OT sessions and not sure what Speech Therapy has to do with a broken hip.....but she didn't have those sessions either. My family decided that Mom was failing while being in Bella Terra. We went to the Administration and told them we were taking her out ASAP. Two days later, we rescued Mom from Bella Terra and thankfully, she has blossomed while at home.

Experiencia negativa: We pulled my dad out after a week. He was in for pt and he got exactly 1 hour in 1 week. They took his other slots and replaced them with time spent for dealing with administration. Then the same story as every body else - alot of neglect. But you got paid Skyline so good for you!

Experiencia positiva: I was a patient in the rehab wing twice after knee surgery. The entire staff was very nice and theripists were awesome to work with.I am planning on returning again after my neck surgery next month,I was very comfortable there. The worst part was the very cold food .

Experiencia positiva: My dad stayed in the rehabilitation wing of this facility after a serious week long stay in the hospital. I was very impressed with the level of care he received from the entire staff, particularly the nurses and therapy staff. My only complaint is with the nutrition department. If you didn't go out to the dining room you would be served your meals very late. For instance breakfast after 9 a.m., lunch after 2 pm and then dinner around 8 pm. Then it was often cold when it finally arrived. Overall, I am very happy with how my dad was cared for at Bella Terra.

Experiencia fantástica: Traveling here from South Dakota to work for this company has been amazing. The residents are treated like family by most and that is what truly matters. The therapy department is top notch and they work hard to get our short stay residents back on their feet and back home. The nurses and CNAs are some of the best I've worked with and the residents are lucky to have them. All around great place to work.

Experiencia negativa: I would not recommend this place for employment. Poor follow through in general, I have been lied to multiple times, the impression I’ve been left with is that profit is much more important than employees or residents. I got COVID-19 in October and was told it ‘couldn’t be traced back to the workplace’ when I have evidence to the contrary. I was severely ill for weeks. I was refused reasonable accommodation for a medically documented disability. Communication has been poor, at times during my employment it has come across as demeaning. I love the residents who are in the facility and many of the employees are wonderful, but there are so many core issues that need resolved for both employees and residents. ***the canned response to my review is even more proof of just how much they really care (hopefully my sarcasm comes through)***

Experiencia negativa: *sigh* what a bummer... I was beyond ecstatic when I was called back about a job I applied for. Bella Terra offered a good wage, a sign on bonus, and a schedule I could embrace and love. All of this came crashing down today, when I was informed that I was "Disqualified for Employment" because I tested positive for Marijuana, during my pre employment drug test. I am an active Montana Medical Marijuana cardholder, and an ACTIVE CNA/CMA/HHA with the state of MT... Being told that I'm DQ'd from a facility "That is state monitored and different than other Facilities" was a brutal blow to my last 5 years in the nursing field. So, the other places I worked at, that allowed me to distribute narcotics to residents must be below state standards.. Because they were state monitored and accepted my MM card being that I was legal and played by the rules, submitted to random DT's and passed, but most importantly my residents were safe and secure... Bella Terra initially made me feel good about working there..My references, work history, and general demeanor were enough to offer me a 2k sign on bonus and all sorts of perks... But now, I'm told that I'm not good enough... because of my Illness( Intractable Nausea ) and the medication I take for it.... I can only hope other Medical Marijuana patients don't have to go through this form of cruelty... Being told NO for taking prescribed medication...lol.. wow..

Experiencia negativa: Since being at Bella Terra, my grandmother has not been bathed on a regular basis, has been given food that is still frozen, the staff is not helpful, they have lost some of her personal items, etc. And to top it off none of us are allowed to see her on her 90th birthday because they can't get her to a window. As another reviewer said, "if you care about your loved ones, don't take them here". Our family is hopeful we can get her into a different facility soon.

Experiencia fantástica: My Mother went to Bella Terra for PT after being discharged from the hospital. They took very good care of her and worked very hard to help her get stronger. We got updates weekly and we were encouraged to call with any questions. They made a difficult time (not being able to visit due to Covid) easier by letting us know how she was doing. Experiencia negativa: This place is bad my grandpa was there 3 weeks and wasn't showered tell after 10 days and wasn't taken to meals ,and also didn't get his clothes changed very bad staff didn't even know if he was supposed to be on oxygen I wouldn't send anyone to live in this place

Experiencia positiva: I was a patient here and have been to many facilities before .Therapist and nurses are very friendly and effecient. They are clear at what their goals are and willing to work around personal schedules. They do a nice job of keeping patient updated on progress. I will likely return for outpatient therapy . I would recommend .
