Experiencia fantástica: I really enjoyed my experience here. The staff was incredibly friendly and gracious every single time. I felt like they really listened to me and worked with me to find movements that I could do not only when I was at PT, but also at home. When I hated certain at-home exercises and found myself avoiding them, they worked with me to find new ones that I would do so that I'd keep healing. I'd been to a couple of doctors about the same issue, and I felt like they gave me answers without really looking into what was wrong — that changed when I found this place. They realized I had a couple of different things going on, explained what they were and why I hadn't been able to heal on my own, and gave me exercises that really worked to take my pain away and get me moving well again. This was exactly what I was looking for, and if I need PT in the future, I will absolutely be coming back.

Experiencia fantástica: I have had four back surgeries over the years and have seen many physical therapist since 2017. Will and his methods of treatment were totally different than any I have ever experienced. He helped me more in six weeks than my pain management has in six years. He will do everything he can to make sure your progress is a success. Not only did he do the PT on my back, he also did needling which helped tremendously. He worked hard to get me approved for an E-Stem to have at home which has made a huge difference in my daily activity. If you are tired of failure at other clinics like I was, you have got to give this clinic a try. I highly recommend Iron City Physical Therapy!

Wil is very attentive and truly listens to his patients and makes sure you are consistently moving on the path to have more mobility and being pain free. I had had some poor experiences with physical therapy in the past, but Wil and the people at Iron City Physical Therapy have restored my faith and trust in the field.

He listens when I tell him what my issues and concerns. I liked him so well for PT that I am now going to see him for Pilates!!! Wil is absolutely the BEST!! Experiencia negativa: Many of these reviews are older before Will joined as a physical therapist. This used to be the best physical therapy office in Birmingham and I’ve been to several over the past six years. Unfortunately Will is a short guy with a tall attitude. We had a discussion about my insurance paying for a procedure and I told him I’d had it done at another office about three months ago so I was sure it was covered. His answer “you’re wrong”. I said well maybe it’s the way it’s coded. His answer “I do it the Right Way”. He wasn’t able to schedule at the time I wanted so I agreed to another time. Unfortunately I had to reschedule due to a conflict with a lab test. I called 24 hours before and spoke directly with him to reschedule Again, attitude. Everything seems to be a personal affront to him. He needs a few hours in a customer service seminar and he might actually have a career. He disagreed with anything and everything I said. When you’re in pain this is the last thing you need. I turned around and came home. As I said this was formerly the best physical therapy office in town. If he’s all they have to offer I”ll pass.

Experiencia fantástica: I would highly recommend Iron City PT! I was dealing with hamstring issues for about 3-4 months. Matt and Ali had me back and able to play sports in only a few visits!

It’s small and it makes every patient feel special and welcome. At the same time the therapists are excellent. CJ Underwood I saw after my hip replacement is absolutely the best!!

When I initially went in, I was looking at jaw surgery if we could not make improvements, and now I am eating normal foods again and pain-free! They have a professional, clean, kind atmosphere and I would highly recommend them to anyone with TMJ issues. Kendall (the secretary) was always so patient in helping me schedule and reschedule appointments.

Experiencia fantástica: I went to Iron City PT for 6 weeks following an awful spine reinjury to my L5S1 vertebrae. In 12 sessions, the team (who you work very closely with you and feel like friends) took me from constant nerve pain to no pain at all. This is ideal, but they also make it clear that pain will come and go, motivating you to deal with flare-ups on your own time after finishing PT. This type of security is unmatched, as they supply numerous exercises and resources to you to maintain your health even when you are not coming to their office. Awesome folks and always there for you.

I have been to many PT offices in my life but this one is by far the only one I have seen this much improvement in such little time. He really cares for his patients and it shows. I recommend him to all my friends and family and you should too!
