Several months ago Madison quickly discovered how to resolve an issue with my lower back that had been hurting off an on for many years. She recommended a stretching and strengthening protocol that has kept me pain-free for the longest time in several years.

I’ve been in many PT clinics where I feel like just another number…I learn a couple exercises and go home. This is not the case here! You are not just another number or case. You have thorough sessions that include manual work , stretching, exercises, sometimes dry needling, etc…. I cannot rave about this place enough!

That's how I ended up trying dry needling. In my personal experience, dry needling is without a doubt the best way to instantly get rid of the muscle knots. The muscle relief you get from the procedure is definitely worth it and Laura knows how to get the job done.
