The doctor was pleasant and listened to me about my pain and prescribed to help me start regaining some mobility with less pain.

Not only did they answer any questions I had, they really work to accommodate my time needs as well. Upon coming to the facility, I was greeted treated with the most kindness and most respect from the staff. My appointment with Dr. Stanley Kaplan was timely, Dr. Kaplan has a wonderful bedside manner, was very eager and interested in knowing my concerns and shared with me all of the options and possibilities handle my matter. I have a follow up appointment already confirmed I’m looking forward to it. If I could give 10 stars to the staff, techs and Doctor, as they are deserving of them. I would.

She listens and asks thought provoking questions. She also understands my perspective based on her experiences. Each week she gives me a task that helps develop me spiritually which helps me mentally. Based on my understanding of the process, she is helping me focus on improving me so that I can be mentally prepared to deal with my situation. I am so grateful that God permitted her to work at Healthpointe. I feel encouraged to keep going knowing that the situation is not me and that the actions of others can’t discredit who I am.

My Doctor Dr Dizay is the BEST She actually cares very much about her patients Dr Dizay helped me and recommends physical therapy that i do on my own at home. which has helped tremendously. Due to a workplace injury, I have used HealthPointe (for 3+ years!) as my occupational health care provider. I have appointments (sometimes several times a week) SO, I feel I am well qualified, enough experience, and credentials to respond effectively to a review about HealthPointe services. Every exposure I have had with HealthPointe - whether it be the administrative staff or the physicians, is one of the best and robust health-care services I have used my entire life. I have traveled all over the world and have found HealthPointe to be one of the best medical facilities that I’ve ever used. The physicians are well attuned to the wants and needs of workers/patients, as well as their nursing staff and office staff!! Equally as impressive is the ability to house many specialities under one roof. From sports medicine to pain management (and many others in between) saving me from driving to several different clinics. They consistently perform well above and beyond expectations and needs of the patients - especially at the Anaheim facility. I cannot tell you how incredibly import It is for patients to be treated with the upmost care and respect from healthcare professionals undergoing treatment. They are especially skilled at handling the psychological needs and impact of the trauma on their patients, EQUALLY. HealthPointe consistently goes above the expected standards, and I can honestly say that I would use HealthPointe as my PERSONAL care provider as-well-as my workers comp’ case. My employer is also pleasantly and equally pleased with HealthPointe, as their documentation and responsiveness consistently goes above and beyond any other healthcare facility that my company has used to-date. I don’t know what magic was used to perfect this at their Anaheim facility, but I can sure tell you it is well appreciated from me. I would crawl across Anaheim on my knees to attend an appointment from my primary care physician, Dr. Shulze. Even their office manager performs above and beyond my expectations!!! She is a REAL SWEETY! I just thank God I lucked out and was assigned this doctor and this facility. From the bottom of my heart, I thank everyone there! They are truly facilitating my way back to work quickly, and with the minimal amount of pain and time off. Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Shin has a very professional bed side manner. She's soft spoken, and pleasant. This attribute is calming when undergoing treatment and I have looked forward to my apts with her during my recovery.

Experiencia fantástica: Very nice and friendly staff. I was called to the back immediately however the only thing that I did not like was the fact that I was sitting in the room for over and hour. Once the dr came in he was there for 10 minutes and I was done. I wish there was a way that if you know the follow up visit is not going to take that long then see that patient first as opposed to making them sit in the room looking at the walls for over an hour.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been assigned to this location for my worker's comp case. My experience has been very good, considering this is not my choice. The nurses, doctor, and even the staff have been patient and kind. The place is clean, although the doors are a little busted in the front. They've been very careful with all the Covid19 precautions, which I appreciate. Social distancing measures have been put into place. That sometimes means on a busy day people may have to wait outside, so heat may be a factor at the moment. Hand sanitizer is available (in all rooms) and they check your temperature when you arrive. I didn't have to wait long at all for the three times I've been there. All in all, it's been a pleasant experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr was very good. I had to be at my appt at 8am. I got a ride scheduled by my medical insurance transportation. I got there at 7:30am. I asked the 2 staff opening at 7:40 am if I could come in and wait inside but they would not allow me. It just finished raining and it was extremely cold outside with no where to sit outside. I have COPD and constant back pain. I feel that the staff was very heartless to have me wait out side in the cold with no where to sit.

I got there about 25 minutes ahead of time walked in, said “Good morning” the receptionist looked at me and said “do you have an appointment?” No good morning, no hello or thank you... she was the only glitch of the day. Beyond that... From the technician to the radiology tech, to the nurse and assistant, to the clerk and finally the doctor, their professionalism and courtesy made up for that 1st impression. Experiencia fantástica: Reasonable wait time when seeing the doctor. No wait time with therapy. There are times when Id arrive few minutes early and they will accomodate me if they can. My experience at this clinic has been very pleasant from the beginning.

Experiencia fantástica: Staff are friendly and my doctor and the physician's assistant take their time to answer any questions I have. I have never had a long wait time. There is not a high turnover of staff so they remember who you are. The front office staff are always friendly and helpful also. I have been to another Healthpointe medical center in Long Beach and I hope I never have to go back. Totally different atmosphere.
