Experiencia fantástica: Melissa was great to work with. A lot of questions asked for the initial assessment which I felt helped establish the concerns I had. She was hands on in showing the exercises and talking through the when and how to perform them. The building was easy to locate, but it was confusing if the actual office was in there. Maybe bigger signage or descriptions in the emails leading up to the visit. Not worth losing any stars over. The office space was very big and comfortable, and I look forward to checking back in with her postpartum.

Experiencia fantástica: I only saw Melissa twice in just about 3 months and my life is forever changed. I am so much more aware and comfortable with my body. I feel like I have control over my muscles and am making connections with those muscles that I thought I was doing the whole time (which I wasn’t AT all.) I no longer suffer from false UTI’s, constipation problems, and have greatly improved my sex life. I have no plans of having another baby anytime soon but am excited to know I am more in tune/connected to my body for when that time does come. All the questions I had during my first child birth I now have answers for. I really can’t thank Melissa enough for her help because this will be with me for the rest of my life now.
