I avoided surgery for protruded disc L5-S1 with Physical Therapy with David. I came in barely walking with tones of difficulty, but David’s exercise routine and discipline yield to my full recovery.

The exercises that he is helping me with have seemed to improve my flexibility and strength in areas around my neck that have been very helpful. He really challenges me, which is the very thing that I need.

Doctor NJ (Normajean Farr) is very knowledgeable, professional, kind and is also very patient as I had many question. Coming off of knee surgery, I had lots of concerns. She provided a great and clear explanation of the treatment plan and that put those concerns to rest. I feel very confident about my recovery. The Point North facility is fantastic and has everything you can think of that will aid in your successful recovery. Even Jiu Jitsu classes! Definitely recommend 10/10

Mistie their massage therapist listened to my concerns and attended to my problematic areas. I felt so comfortable with her and instantly felt relaxed. I walked out feeling so much better and with much less pain/soreness. I will definitely be back!

Experiencia fantástica: I feel lucky that I found Point North physical therapy online and gave them a call. Recovering from serious injury and orthopedic surgery most would dread going to PT. Different place originally recommended by my surgeon never called, didn't return my phone calls and started to worry a bit, because I was under strict order from doctor to start therapy right away. Figuring that there should be another place in town who does post-surgery physical therapy. That's how I found Point North. To my delight someone picked up the phone right away, they were very upbeat and took care of my appointment right away. Next I got to see the facility and meet the team. This place is modern, spacious, well equipped. Best of all everyone on a team is such a pleasure to interact with. This makes you feel at ease, comforted. When you are in pain and little nervous it is so important to have caring, patient and encouraging people helping you. I must mention great treatment/exercise plan and even an App for home exercises. The App has demonstration video and verbal description of each exercise. I find it very helpful. I don't dread going to physical therapy and highly, highly recommend Point North to anyone. Thank you David, Rachael, and Jessica for your smiles, care, support and being awesome!

He did some stretches & movements, then had me do some exercises. The pain-relief and improvement was incredible!! And the personal/focused attention made it a top-notch experience. I’d been off-track a few years already compensating for this bad knee, so my core, back, hips and knees all needed to learn to work together in healthy movement again. Dr. Quinn listened carefully to symptoms, prepared exercises for improvement and payed close attention to form. I’m ready to keep it up on my own now. Thank you!

I’ve never had such a fast meld w/a masseuse and she shares a wealth of information to help you manage your well-being beyond visits. North Point PT has great staff who are cheerful, helpful and genuine. I’m so impressed w/all my contact there. Jump on this treasure before they book out for months!!
