Experiencia fantástica: I had Dave work with me all last year. Then I moved out of town. Came back, after a year, with ridiculously tight neck and shoulder. He diagnosed and then untwisted the facia that was keeping it all bound up .My shoulder and neck are now calmed down. I had been in pain for six months and I was suddenly pain-free! Dave has so many modalities. Counterstrain really works! It’s a bummer he doesn’t take insurance. He’ll fill out paperwork for you and you can submit to insurance. Otherwise he’s worth every penny of the out-of-pocket!

I’ve finally gotten some incredible relief. My daughter told me to look for someone who does counter-strain, so I found David. He had all the credentials. My first one hour appointment and I was able to walk straight. I actually slept that night without waking up every hour from pain. This has been a godsend. I’ve had several sessions with David now and can say whatever he’s doing has far exceeded any help I got from all the other docs. For the first time in years, I feel some hope that I can soon walk normally without pain. I’d never heard of counted-strain but wow, it’s working for me. My wife thanks you David, for getting me into your office so quickly. That morning she called, she was sure I would soon be wheelchair bound. Fortunately it’s not looking that way anymore. We’re truly grateful.

I was struck by how efficiently and accurately my body assessment was and what was causing the many other restrictions in my body. Raoul was spot on with his treatment! It was euphoric to open my hand all the way without a pull or tension around the scar... the first time in 26 years. Their techniques often give complete or mostly complete relief of pain, and regain mobility often in just one visit for me. (Results may vary for each individual). Experiencia fantástica: Definitely highly recommend Raoul. I was having problems with frozen shoulder and neck pain. I couldn't exercise and it hurt to even put on or taken off a jacket. This had been going on for over a year and gradually getting worse. It took a few sessions but I am doing so much better. I had several surgeries and the scarring was causing problems. Hips were hurting while walking and I had Achilles tendinitis, really felt that I had turned a corner and was going down hill fast. The hip pain and Achilles tendinitis are completely gone and I’m able to exercise and feel like I’m gaining ground again. Thank you Raoul !

Experiencia fantástica: Body Systems’ Raoul Treverton has been treating me semiweekly since September, using strain/counterstrain massage therapy. I approached him with gait and balance issues, along with peripheral neuropathy in both feet. The facility is not luxurious, but the quality of therapy Raoul provides, combined with his kindly “gentle giant” persona, more than makes up for professional, but Spartan surroundings. I heartily recommend Raoul for his excellent and gentle work, high level of knowledge, skills, and curiosity to continue learning. My body’s a bit of an enigma, I think, but I notice improvements with each session—sometimes surprising, because I may not have known that something was wrong and could feel better!

The atmosphere was pleasant and comforting, with the treatment being very eye opening and educational. Dave Disselbrett and Raoul Treverton have different, but complementary, approaches. Experiencia fantástica: My back went out on me a little over a month ago- a friend of mine referred me to Raoul at Body Systems. I had never heard of Facial Counterstrain but was willing to try it. I made it to my appointment barely walking with my husband having to help me move. After a month, my back is so much better and Raoul has helped work on improving or eliminating other pain issues that contributed to my back pain. The process is gentle but effective. I highly recommend this therapy to deal with any body pain you are experiencing!
