Experiencia fantástica: I want to make a big shout out to Therapy Excellence Physical Therapy. Last year I had to have a hysterectomy and I had some issues after surgery. Thank you to Sara, Jed and Erin for getting me stronger and better. I can’t thank them enough for listening and paying attention to my concerns and working with me over this time. This tshirt says it all “excellent care and excellent results”. ❤️

Experiencia fantástica: To get this out of the way, the place is a little off-the-beaten path, next to Vet Clinic and some other health care businesses. Your phone and/or internet may or may not work all the time, but I anticipate that is the because of the office building and whatever intent provider they use. On to the facility, while smaller than their place off the intersection of I-20 and Little Road, the therapists are doing everything they can to maximize the new tables and equipment. The office manager, usually Shannon, and sometimes Jaesha when the other facility can spare her, is very attentive and good at scheduling your appointment times and checking in on you if you are running late. There's a set of bathrooms and a water fountain, but bring you a bottle to use for sustainability purposes. M physicaly therapist is Dr. Kaelah. For a brief background, I was recently diagnosed as a Type 2 diabetic and have had problems walking, standing, sitting, twisting, carrying, and lifting, coupled with extensive neuropathy from the line beneath my shoulder blades down to my feet. I have always had and been successful at classical dance training and work out regularly with kickboxing and Brazilian Butt Lift or Country Heat, so physical impairments affect my movement extensively and are very limiting. Since working with Dr. Kaelah, she has very quickly and effectively reduced my neuropathy in my back down to a band the size of a 3-inch wide belt around my entire waist and some of the numbness and tingling has subsided in my thighs and parts of my feet. She has used some type of shake therapy method to get more to the deeper parts of my pain and numbness that I believed was untreatable. She had helped me begin to get my "center" back, while we practiced a few dance moves i have been unsuccessful at attempting until my treatment. I am able to stand longer than 10 minutes, typically grocery shopping for about 30 minutes to an hour without using a driving cart for handicapped persons. Another significant improvement is in my gastrointestinal system (GI tract), despite the unpleasantness of having to discuss these issues out loud with another person. Dr. Kaelah has used a stomach massage technique all over my tummy that had improved my major GI disturbances. This massage technique has worked better than every medicine my GI doctor will prescribe me, including drinking the colonosopy-prep mixture without even doing the actual procedure that it precipitates. The massage is painful, as are other physical therapy techniques, but the results greatly outweigh the pain caused during treatment. Dr. Kaelah has done and is still doing things to help me improve my everyday lifestyle and even more. I am even able to go to a gym now, albeit for only 10-15 minutes at most, but i am still able to go now, and I haven't been able to work out at a gym for over 2.5 years. With her treatment, I am able to walk up and down 20 stairs both directions several times, and I can take a shower by myself without fear of falling or getting in or out of the bathtub-shower combo. She has helped me significantly reduce my swelling in my tummy, ankles, and legs, and now I have to reduce my insulin intake by more than half because all of the positive results combined have made my body start working again. If you need help with old or new injuries or physical ailments brought on my various chronic pain and illnesses, please give this facility a chance to help you, even if it's out of your way. Make the effort. It will pay off in more ways than you will anticipate. While I have not worked with the other physical therapists there, Zach and Erik (sp), I would be willing to work with them if Kaelah was out of town or too busy with other patients to work on me during times of need and pain or physical restriction. They are a good group of people working there and my doctor, Dr. Kaelah is amazing. She will always get a 10+ rating from me. ☆☆☆ Many thanks to the folks at Therapy Excellence! You all really excel at therapy and healing, and of course, Dr. Kaelah you are the best!

Experiencia fantástica: Best place for prenatal and postnatal exercises! Girls, if you are planning pregnancy, being pregnant now, or having the little one with you already, pls pls pls get safe EXERCISES! It can help to control weight and gain strength, which will be sooooo beneficial for after birth recovery. Below is my personal experience, hope this is helpful if you’re searching for the right treatment. I had weak pelvic floor and diastasis recti (abs separation) after child birth. When I see Sara the first time, I couldn’t workout due to joint and muscle pain, and had very weak and unbalanced muscles (my right side is so weak that I looked like limping). Sara helped me with professional knowledge and great empathy. She evaluated and diagnosed specific muscles I need to work on. And she built exercise plan that can work directly on my pain point. In addition, she combined these workout with internal exercises to treat my lower back pain and hip pain caused by weak pelvic floor. By now, I can run without pain. My abs closed almost to pre-pregnancy. My right side is getting much stronger, and I don’t limp that much anymore. I would highly recommend Sara to women who suffer pelvic floor and abs separation problems like me!

I had excellent recovery after shoulder surgery with Jad, as he is very knowledgeable and helped me a lot with different areas of my shoulder after surgery. I highly recommend Therapy Excellence!! Also, Jad, Shannon and Jaesha went above and beyond to get me worked in yesterday, as I had a flare-up of my back pain over the weekend. Today, my back pain is gone and can move freely again. Experiencia fantástica: Therapy Excellence is a great facility! The entire team is wonderful, and they all work toward a shared goal of helping their patients. Jad is an excellent PT. He is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and compassionate. He helped me tremendously after my first knee surgery and again after my knee replacement. He focuses on functionality and utilizes techniques to improve his patients. He explains our goals for each session and is with me monitoring techniques the entire session . He is truly gifted and cares about his patients. I am extremely pleased with my progress, and I am thankful for the guidance, encouragement, and care Jad provides.

Let me tell you, everyone working there is very helpful and a joy to be around. As of today I no longer take any medication. Thank you TEAM for all you do!!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: My physical therapist, Sara, is the absolute best!! What a Godsend! She figures out things that no doctor, specialist, or other physical therapist has. My pain levels are greatly reduced for the first time in many, many years. Sara also has very understanding and gentle bedside manner. She really makes her patients feel comfortable. The other physical therapist and staff have all been wonderful too. I tell everyone about Sara and Therapy Excellence.

The ladies at the front desk was kind enough to personally hand me and take all my needed documents when I got seated, since I was in crutches. My therapist felt like a friend I knew for a long time. I didn't feel like just a number. They've got a great app you can easily track exercises and communicate with your therapist for any extra advice or questions you may have. Overall, a very positive experience which encourages you to begin your journey on the road to recovery.

Experiencia fantástica: Recently I received physical therapy at Therapy Excellence. The front desk staff was terrific. They sold the clinic almost as soon as I walked through the door. I visited other clinics but they did not compare. My therapist was Quan Tran. Quan was focused on providing what I needed to rehabilitate after joint replacement surgery. Quan is very knowledgeable and very personable. When I discussed goals, he worked with me to achieve those goals. At the time of my discharge, I had achieved all of my goals. Quan Tran and Therapy Excellence helped me get there.

There is no better way to return to an active life after surgery than with the competent, professional staff at their therapy center. I not only feel healthier, but also more confident in my core strength and balance. From handling referrals to scheduling appointments, they are very courteous and work hard to ensure appointments fit your schedule. The two therapists I’ve seen are fantastic - they guide you through all exercises and ensure you can also complete them at home. Experiencia fantástica: I'm not the patient but when I take my wife they treat us well. They treated us so well, in fact that we visited other places thatcwe assumed would offer the same treatment. They were simply depressing. Therapy can be a hard process and to have a reception staff remain polite and upbeat is a feat all in itself Aside from that the office is updated and clean and the therapists are experts.

Experiencia fantástica: I have to say in a very direct way that the people are the kind of people you can trust your recovery to. I have been blessed with Jodi as my therapist as an example of her expertise she noticed that I had been doing my cold pack on my knee incorrectly, I didn’t say anything but she informed me that I had the ice on so long. I had no idea, but shy showed me an area that was developing frostbite. No one told her about the ice and it was not their organization at all but she saw a danger and rescued me from a dangerous situation. THAT KIND OF CARING ATTENTION LET ME KNOW THAT I WAS WITH SOMEONE THAT CARED FOR MY RECOVERY NOT JUST PUTING IN. THE TIME.

They tried their utmost to find solutions to my rather difficult to diagnose and treat conditions and documented their approach quite well. I would highly recommend them for any therapy needs you may need.

Experiencia fantástica: This is the very best Physical Therapy practice I have ever been involved with. I have had therapy and treatments in the USAF Hospitals in the USA, Germany, England, Asia. I have also had treatment in major civilian hospitals, several private practices, and facilities associated with State supported University Medical Schools. Therapy Excelence, and in particular the owner, Jodi Blacketer, have the best assessment skills and treatment abilities of any one facility I am even aware of. They are very concerned for each patient as well as their families and caregivers. They work closely with the physicians and are quick to refer patients back to the doctors or other medical practices when ever it is appropriate. Their concern for each patient also reaches out to the families or other care givers to ensure that their patients will be able to resolve any extended cares or concerns. This is a superb practice on every level of treatment and professionalism.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is a lifesaver! The office staff is polite, efficient and super friendly. They do all they can to get you an appointment that works for your schedule. When I first came I was feeling very low from long term pain and the fear it would never go away. My physical therapist, Janelle, listened to my entire history and gave me hope and started on a plan of action on my very first visit. She not only taught me how to do the exercises and treatments but explained the why as well. She is encouraging, kind and very knowledgeable. I have followed her plan and have begun healing and seeing very positive results. I am beyond grateful I was referred here. I happily drive an hour each way for my appointments because the care I receive has been life changing.

Experiencia fantástica: I have truly loved my experience at Therapy Excellence - both Arlington and Mansfield locations. However, my physical therapist, Janelle Topliffe is exceptional! She has brought me enormous relief from constant back pain/nerve compression during the last two months of my pregnancy. I was unable to walk without limping or sit in any capacity and within weeks I was able to drive myself for my therapy session (while sitting in drivers seat) and walk significantly smoother. Her suggested home exercises have been extremely helpful in getting me through random pain spikes and improving my core strength. I highly recommend this physical therapy company and especially Janelle!! 10 stars

Jodi Blacketer, owner/operator, a highly qualified physical therapist, successfully kept me off the operating table for 3 years, and now that I've had my major back operation, she is helping me with post surgery therapy. I believe that all of her associates are equally as qualified.

Experiencia fantástica: I was referred by Dr. Sadar and after several sessions of physical therapy; I highly recommend Therapy Excellence to anyone experiencing sciatic nerve/back pain, etc. The therapists are excellent and provide individual hands on muscle therapy combined with exercise. I accepted acupuncture (fear of needles), my range of motion has increase, and I can tolerate walking for longer period of time. I thank Corey for encouraging me and helping me to regain confidence in my ability to get better (I was losing hope). He’s professional, patient, likes to sing while working (loves his job), easy to talk to, and provides good feedback towards progress. If I could give more stars....I Would!!! Paula H.

Experiencia fantástica: This was the 3rd place I had to go to for my therapy. I’ve been to many different therapy places over the years for various reasons. Everyone here works as a team, sharing what they learn, working together instead of using each other as a show of who’s version of therapy is better; mine or yours. They are a brand of therapy separate from everyone else. I joke all the time and say they should rename themselves as V.I.P. Therapy lol. All joking aside though.... I had a lateral release with a scope on my left knee. But from the day of surgery I couldn’t move my left leg. Than the uncontrollable muscle spasms started. I showed improvement, finally, after coming here. Then, I back tracked. My Dr was worried about my leg ever being the same. My therapist said, more than once, she thought it was nerve pain related to my back. She asked the other therapist and they agreed with her too. Turns out they were all right. I have retrolisthesis with a bone spur growing and touching a nerve in my spine. Now I’m working on that. But I wouldn’t have thought of my back being the cause of this until maybe it was too late if it wasn’t for this place. Don’t go anywhere else people.... this place is a brand of their own making.
