Experiencia fantástica: Dr Eric was a great find! During my initial consultation he taught me how to work on engaging my core and stretching my back to actually help eliminate plantar fasciitis. Who would've thought?! I appreciate that he took the time by asking questions and examining my issues to identify what would help me! I will be back as needed and will recommend to others!

Experiencia fantástica: Eric was truly incredible. In a 90-minute session, we dissected all the possible root causes of my most recent hip injury. Turns out, I had been doing some exercises wrong my whole life — even though I’ve had multiple personal trainers who have complimented my form. Eric dug deep to find anything that could potentially affect alignment. He is thorough, knowledgeable, and asks a lot of questions. It may seem that the questions don’t necessarily connect — but they all tie into the analysis - And eventually the solution! I won’t say I was “healed” in one session, but his advice and suggestions were the most on-point of all the therapists I saw for this issue. (He was #3!) and after a few more weeks of work, I was finally up and running again! I HIGHLY recommend his services. He is kind, passionate about finding a solution and so so thorough. Will definitely use him FIRST if I’m injured again or something flares back up.

Experiencia fantástica: Wow!! I didn’t know that it was possible to live without pain. I’m a swimmer and I had come to accept the fact that my shoulder would always hurt. Dr Avery showed me some corrective exercises and gave me new ways to think about my pain. I’m swimming pain free.

Experiencia fantástica: I don't have enough good things to say about Dr. Avery. The name of his practice is very appropriate. Empowering his patients is exactly what he does. Before I started working with Dr. Avery, I had suffered from debilitating chronic lower back pain. After trying numerous treatment options, I began to feel powerless and hopeless. He spent a lot of time understanding the problem and refused to stop until he had uncovered the source of the pain. Through careful and methodical techniques, he completely changed the way I thought about my pain, the way I moved through my day and the way I went about recovery. My current level of pain is greatly diminished and I am able to engage in activities that I have not been able to for a very long time. His goal is always to teach people how to heal themselves. I highly recommend Dr. Avery. Especially for people who have tried lots of other modalities without results. He is relentless in his pursuit of how to heal people.

He takes the time to sit down with each patient and truly understand what's going on and what their goals are and create a treatment plan from there. What I love the most is that he works to find the root cause of the pain. He is the complete opposite from the typical physical therapy "mills" and I can't recommend him enough!
