Experiencia fantástica: Super professional and very patient when educating and explaining medical issues. Very fair and reasonable with referrals to reliable specialists. Excellent staff and front desk is amazing and highly efficient. I feel I can trust this team to help me. Always easy to get an appointment with the doctor. Compassionate doctor and nurse staff always answer questions and take their time to make sure you understand. They even remember you and your name when you come in. That’s a nice personal touch that I appreciate. I have been to this practice several times over the past year with family and now for myself. There is a nice parking lot and plenty of street parking around their facility. They have proven to be consistent with how they show up professionally. I highly recommend Medical Care of Western New York.

Experiencia positiva: I've been going here for years and it seems to have gone downhill since Dr calabrese passed. Waiting room times are constantly increasing, I spent over an hour waiting for my early morning appointment today. I can never seem to get someone to answer the phone, however the staff themselves are always very friendly and professional. It might just be an adjustment proof and I will edit this review after a few more visits.

Experiencia positiva: Always at least 1 Hour visit. We usually go in morning but it doesn't matter what time! Limited parking for at least 5 seperate places in one! I have only ever seen what they call a plaza have 5 places and plenty of parking. However they are great for service, taking care of you and getting things done. Sometimes they just can't word things or change a medication, but they keep up with knowing what medication is covered by insurance which is more than I can say about any other doctor I have been to!

Experiencia fantástica: If you wanna love going to your doctor …Meggan Nolan Shea is your go to Nurse Practitioner!!! She’s the best. Trust me. I hadn’t had a physical or bloodwork in years! She made me feel so comfortable and called me with my results only a few days later. Highly recommended!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I went there for a year of physical therapy after a car accident left me with injuries to my back and neck and my left arm numb. I cannot say enough about the quality and knowledge of their staff. Nearly 3 years after the accident I exercise with no pain and continue to do the exercises which were recommended by the staff of Medical Care of Western New York.

Experiencia fantástica: Stunningly beautiful inside and out as well as all inclusive. Many types of drs and specialists. As well as physical therapy and acupuncture. A great experience and very professional.
