All the staff even those who aren't working with you personally acknowledge you by your name and makes you feel at home.

Experiencia fantástica: The Staff there is Phenomenal. They encourage you to do your best and not just the therapist whom attends to you they all encourage you. They are like a Family. For me coming into something new I was thinking oh well another PT that just put you on an exercise and come back when you are done. Nope not here everyone knows your name and ask if you are okay. As I recover from my shoulder surgery, it has been less than 2 months and the quality of my life has drastically been improved/ improving due to the help and care of the professionals here and I would highly recommend to friends and family!

Experiencia fantástica: I never write reviews but Queen City physical therapy deserves all the positive reviews and feedback. I wish I could rate higher than 5 stars. When I got into a car accident last year I felt lost. I experienced back, neck , and sciatic pain like never before. I thought I would never get back to my baseline and routine. Working with the staff members and doing exercises at Queen City PT changed everything. They really take their time with you and create exercises specific to the individual. Every staff member is attentive to your needs. If you're having an off day or feel like the exercise is too much, there is no pressure placed on you and they will even take a step back with the exercise. Every exercise has a purpose and they take the time to educate you about the benefits of the exercises. They acknowledge your limits and potential. Thank you to everyone at Queen City PT, Dr. Joe, Cody, and of course the kindest, warmest receptionist I have ever met, Cheyenne!!! I actually look forward to going to Physical Therapy and I am stronger than before thanks to everyone. Highly recommend!

During a time that can be very stressful due to an injury, their staff is welcoming and attentive to each patient that comes through their door. Cheyenne, their office manager, is friendly and accommodating in setting your treatment schedule, and works diligently to make things as convenient as possible. Cody George DPT, is both dedicated and knowledgeable with his patients. He is open and collaborative in a manner that helps patients have a clear understanding of their condition, and works with them to establish an effective treatment plan that they are comfortable with.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been going to Queen City for just over a year to recover from a herniated disc in my back. Doctors Cody and Joe have such strong knowledge and an excellent sense of how to rehab through both flexibility and strengthening exercises. They’re not afraid to change something if it doesn’t appear to be working. The staff is personable and attentive but not overbearing. I look forward to my PT visit each week.

Joe who is very knowledgable and attentive to his patients, but not overbearing. The place feels very welcoming and has relaxed atmosphere. dr. Joe designed an exercise regimen for me and I am very pleased with my treatment, which fixed my problem. I highly recommend them.

Experiencia fantástica: Very clean! Staff is amazing! Ive been going for about a month now and have definitely seen improvement in decreased migraines, mobility, balance, and posture. I was assessed and given a plan from day one and it’s been working! They are consistent and thorough! Everyone is pleasant and communicates! I love it here! I was in a terrible car accident last June and mentally I’ve been at the end of my rope dealing with the pain and stiffness in my back, neck, and lower extremities. I have hope now that I’ll be ok! It’s difficult to be a younger woman and feel like your body is 90 years old because of the damage that’s been done to it by someone else’s neglect! Thank you Queen City for giving me hope again! I’m forever grateful!

Experiencia fantástica: My experience with Queen City Physical Therapy was therapeutic . The excersises are designed for each client to help them progress at their pace of improvement. I was able to strengthen muscles I haven't been able to use in years. But the excersises improved the muscles and improve my mobility. Queen City Physical Therapy has been a positive asset to my gaining and improving my mobility back. Joe and his staff are positive influences in my recovery .

Experiencia fantástica: This was my first time going to Queen City for therapy. I was having issues with my shoulder area . I have visited several centers for therapy in the past but by far the people at Queen City was very professional, informative, patient and they answered all my questions clearly. Within the first several sessions my shoulder was feeling much better with a pain level of 9 down to 4 and I have been getting better. They know what they are doing and are always seeking other alternatives/exercises to try and tackle your pain. I went for back, neck, and shoulder pain, and they helped me gain mobility, strength and and functional ability, and in the process my pain went away. They also taught me how to treat my ailments on my own so I can maintain my level of strength and mobility. Here, it's nothing like that. The staff is wonderful. They are very caring and knowledgeable. They are attentive and focus on how you are doing every time you come in.
