I never felt uncomfortable and she provided all of the tools I needed to return to my normal activities of daily living after having a baby. I would recommend her to any person that has given birth, even just to get evaluated. She listened to all of my concerns and developed a plan for me specifically to get where I wanted to be.

Experiencia fantástica: I walked into Horizon PT 11 weeks ago with tears in my eyes. I was struggling with chronic pelvic pain for months with no sign of relief. I was starting to lose hope that I would ever feel better and live a normal life. All of that changed after my first session with Nina. After being dismissed multiple times by multiple doctors, Nina was the first doctor in a long time that validated my pain and my feelings. I walked out of her office and felt hopeful for the first time in a long time. After 9 sessions, I feel like a new person. I went from a 10 on the pain scale to almost 0 now. I never thought I'd get to this point. During my sessions, Nina was so informative. She always made sure I was understanding not only what she was doing but why. I was always made to feel so comfortable and safe in the environment Nina created. After each appointment, I was given all of the necessary tools to continue my PT at home. Nina is an amazing PT and an even more amazing person. She's so knowledgeable, compassionate, and professional. I highly recommend her to anyone who is going through the silent struggle of pelvic pain. Horizon PT can walk through your journey with you and get you the help you need! I will forever be grateful to Horizon PT for giving me my life back!

She always takes the time to explain treatment approaches, activity modifications, and the benefits of any given exercises. I started seeing her for pain during pregnancy which she helped me relieve and continue to see her postpartum. She was even able to help me with customized labor and delivery preparation! I especially appreciate her assistance with adapting my exercise program to fit into my day with a young toddler and newborn. I highly recommend her!

Experiencia fantástica: I was unsure of what to expect with pelvic floor therapy, as I have never given birth and it is typically only discussed in postnatal circles. My first visit with Nina was informative and comfortable, and I don't say it lightly when I say that subsequent visits and treatment have been life changing. She has been compassionate and patient as I get to know my body again through working with her. I am stronger, more confident, and feel more in touch with my physical self than I have in nearly a decade. I recommend her to all of my postpartum clients, and those who may not have given birth but feel like something is not quite right (especially those like me who have had abdominal surgeries).

Since starting treatment, I have become stronger, found news ways to relieve chronic pain, and learned so much about myself physically, emotionally, and mentally. Dr. Nina’s treatment is compassionate, comprehensive, and professional. I love that Horizon PT is an out-of-network provider because it gives me control over my treatment instead of an insurance company. Prices are affordable and well worth the investment in myself and my future.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Nina was excellent and her office so so comfortable and inviting. The atmosphere was relaxed, and I did not feel like I was just another number. She was very kind and explained everything to me during my consult and exam. She really takes time to educate you about your health and specific complaint, and then she makes a individual treatment plan just for you. Right away I could see that she identified some of my pelvic and muscular issues, and she gave me tips that I could take home to manage my complaint inside and outside of the office. I look forward to continuing treatment with her. I would highly recommend her to anyone suffering pelvic floor dysfunction, or for those just looking for a wellness check-up!
