Experiencia fantástica: I truly have no complaints. My aids have been highly attentive, Miss Jocelyn from admissions has been nothing other than helpful, kind & thorough. The only nurse I’ve met thus far is Toni I believe & if it were up to me she’d be the only one I do meet because I simply adore her. I’ve met one person from the wound care team which was also super pleasant and attentive.

Experiencia positiva: I was there recently for respite care and it was a rough start but it got better especially first and second shifts are the best.Some of the aides are very caring and good at what they do. Yes they are short handed but they do what they can to accommodate you. Yes there are a few things that need to be cleaned up and fixed and I'm praying that they get it done, as I suspect with other nursing homes too. Nursing staff was cool they Listened and again first and second shifts. A few on third shift. Food good sometimes. Over all thanks for taking care of me

Experiencia positiva: Was here for about half a year in 2018. I have Medicaid/care and this is the best your going to get without sum good insuranse. I never had any serious issues here everyone was great. I am currently in another nursing home on west side right now and comparing the two there is no comparison: candlewood was great with medication friendly kept up with appointments cleaned your room every day. I don’t get 20% of the effort where I’m at now.

Experiencia fantástica: I work here sand it is amazing !!!!!!!! I love it here, this is the most i have learned and experienced being a nurse. The 2 other employees im sitting here with love it here as well

Experiencia positiva: I have my mother here. The staff treat my mother as if one of their own. They provide great services.

Experiencia fantástica: I love the new renovations to the facility. The staff takes time with each resident, to make sure that they are receiving the most patient centered care. One of the most impressive things I encountered at the facility, is there therapy gym. I have never experience such an amazingly detailed area. From the realistic shopping experience, to the ATM, they have taken the rehabilitation process to a higher level. The customer service from the admissions office is superb. I see the changes of the new company. GOOD THINGS TO COME!
