They were good to share with each other and in turn this benefited me. I’ve had several issues from shoulders to neck and hips and legs. I recommend them highly. Love the one on one help too! Would go back there in a heartbeat for therapy as needed!

I would love to advertise for Stepping Up by wearing your apparel to show how proud I am to be a patient! The knowledge and encouragement that your employees show is top notch! The first thing you see when you arrive is all of the employees with big smiles from the receptionist's to ALL of the therapists! I was a patient twice at the Lahmeyer Stepping Up. I had sciatica really bad and the 2nd time was for my rotator cuff. I proudly graduated both times thanks to their expertise! Very proud to be a part of the Stepping Up family! Thanks Riley Miller and Emily Branstetter, Jayma Acres and Brooke Bishop! You all are very good at your profession! I love my Stepping Up family!

Experiencia fantástica: Hip, Hip, hurray...I graduated yesterday! For the last 3 months, I have been going to Steppin' Up Physical Therapy for a back injury that occurred during the summer. Before my injury, I had heard positive things about Steppin' Up and thought I would give them a try. From the first time I walked in the door and each time after, I felt welcomed by everyone. The office staff was professional and friendly. Jayma, who works at the front desk, would do her best to schedule my appointments during a time that was best for my schedule, which I greatly appreciated! I worked primarily with two Physical Therapists, Emily Branstetter and Solomon Assiedu, who were both wonderful! Emily did my initial assessment, treatment plan and my release assessment. She has a pleasant personality and I always enjoyed working with her! Emily demonstrated the knowledge, compassion, motivation and positive reinforcement towards me each time we worked together. She always made sure I felt comfortable and if I wasn't, she would immediately make adjustments. In addition, she taught me exercises that would help strengthen other parts of my body, which would also benefit my back. When working with Solomon Assiedu, he always had a positive attitude and was friendly, respectful, and compassionate towards me! Most importantly, Solomon knew how to adapt an exercise to make it work best for me. With a smile on his face and kind words, he would follow up by making sure I didn't have any questions at the end of my PT sessions. I want to thank everyone at Steppin' Up who helped me transition into my recovery! If your looking for a family-oriented, knowledgeable, positive group of individuals, Steppin' Up will definitely "step up" to meet your needs!

Experiencia fantástica: I've had several issues taking place with my health and body from compression on my spine, weakness numbness and lumps that my primary care physician hasn't figured out the cause to help fix yet. Riley made me feel so much better about any and all issues I've thrown his way. He has been able to reduce the pain and pressure in my back and neck, find stretches and movements to relieve my pain and this is only just the beginning!!!! If you have issues and pain even of unknown origin, he's seen it all and will be able to help. The entire office and every PT or PTA in there are incredible. Friendly. They listen and take action. I'd never choose anywhere else to go to find pain relief in a more natural coarse of action!

Experiencia fantástica: A big thank you to Step Up Therapy on Lahmeyer Road the professional staff far exceeded my expectations. I looked forward of going to therapy to see the friendly staff and knowing that I was going to be better after each session. I worked with several different staff members which all were amazing with their knowledge and enthusiasm. I graduated today, which means today was my last day for therapy.Meanwhile when was leaving the building until I got home my eyes were glassy with a few tears. Experiencia fantástica: I can not thank Solomon, Riley, Sarah and Taylor for all the help they gave me. I had a hard time with the second knee replacement but they gave me so much positive reinforcement that I was doing great and showed me I could do more. Therapy was hard and there were plenty of times I wanted to quit but I knew I needed there help and guidance. Solomon had me doing squats and deadlifts and I am still doing them at the gym!! I would recommend Steppin Up for physical therapy. Just do the exercises at home that they give you and between going to Steppin Up and home you will recover so much faster.

Experiencia fantástica: Emily at Steppin' Up Physical Therapy treated my mother after a stroke that left her Right side almost totally paralyzed. When she was released, she was well above the curve for people her age, etc, that had suffered her exact stroke. She is now able to live on her own again. So happy we chose Steppin' Up!! She was not given a cookie cutter routine to follow. She was treated one on one and her therapist kept everything fresh and new and kept increasing the degree of difficulty as she progressed. I have had PT at another facility and did the same thing week after week. This did not happen at Steppin' Up.

Experiencia fantástica: I went to Steppin' Up due to a referral from my primary care physician for headaches, tightness in my back, rotator cuff and neck pain. In my month there I worked with Sarah, Elizabeth, and Solomon. In my first visit with Sarah, she helped me perfectly identify the motions and muscles that caused me pain and helped me with tangible measurements and goals for improvement. After the first visit I had significant improvement. The subsequent visits with Elizabeth and Solomon helped me understand the muscles that contribute to moving my back and shoulder and how to strengthen and stretch these muscles to fix the tightness, pain, and imbalances within them. Each had techniques and experience to approach my treatment with the most beneficial strategy for that day. All three employees were extremely friendly, patient, helpful, and good-humored. Their personalities really helped me to enjoy the appointments even though the exercises could be difficult and tiring. After my month of visits, I feel so much better overall and no longer have tension headaches from the tight muscles. They provided me with resources and suggestions to ensure that the work they did has a lasting effect on my body. I was very satisfied with my treatment, and if I ever need physical therapy again I would definitely choose Steppin' Up.

My lower back was all messed up and Emily and the crew pushed, pulled and took me to task and after only 6 weeks, my back is 100% better. If I ever start falling apart again, they will be the first to know.

I love the fact that only one person work’s with you through a whole session! They’re knowledgeable, they welcome any questions you may have, and are quick to answer them. I was treated for TMJ and was not overly thrilled to add 2 PT appointments a week into an already busy schedule! However, Liz was great and my jaw pain was excruciating when I started and now is pretty much non-existent. I am so thankful and enjoyed working with her!

What a beautiful facility and all of the staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and caring.. For most of my sessions I was scheduled with Emily. Such a professional, warm hearted and kind young lady. She ran me through my exercises and never left my side. All the while she was being working with me she was attentative to my needs, listening to my concerns and asking the proper questions she was wearing a smile. Everyone was cheerful and considerate making my sessions enjoyable. I would recommend Steppin Up for your physica therapy needs.

Both therapists were knowledgeable, compassionate, and helped my with pain in my left hip and weak left leg improve. Experiencia fantástica: I received wonderful treatment for my ankle and shoulder from Riley and Sam at the Lehmeyer Rd facility. They are warm and friendly and made sure they clearly explained the exercise I was going to be working on and if needed they would adjust it to fit my need. They also made sure I understood and could do the home exercises I was given. The best thing was I had the same two therapists throughout my entire session. Other staff members that I had contact with were very caring and considerate. Brook who handled the front desk was always willing to work with you on scheduling dates and notifying you right away if there were any changes. Ethan who helped with my heat and tens treatment would make sure I was comfortable and check on my needs if any. These are a great group of professionals that care about their clients and the work they do. I would highly recommend their services and would go back if I would ever have the need.

When we came we didn’t know what was wrong with my daughter’s leg and how to help, but Riley was very knowledgeable and took time to really listen. My daughter is doing much better now and has a plan for how to stay healthy and active!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a reverse shoulder replacement. Steppin Up is a fantastic place to receive Physical Therapy! The staff is very courteous and exceptionally flexible. The therapists are extremely knowledgeable in their area of expertise whether it be shoulder or ankle, etc. Plus the personalities are very pleasant and even the music is great.

In addition to their Outgoing personalities, I was offered dry needling and used the Tens unit with heat application to help ease my pain. A special thank you to Sarah, Emily, and Liz for helping me gain not only strength, but also knowledge to be able to maintain/improve outside of physical therapy.
