Experiencia fantástica: Having had 2 prior knee replacements, I am very familiar with Physical Therapy and how important it is to recovery from injury or surgery. A friend told me about Pro Tailored and how they were different. I somehow injured both shoulders' rotator cuffs and had already been through physical therapy for my left shoulder a year earlier and thought surely I would need surgery for left shoulder. I gave Protailored a call and started working with Dr. Katlin Couchman, and I was in really bad shape. With only 30 minute appointments, because of my insurance, she was able to get my pain under control in just a few weeks. Then, due to an early baby, I switch to Dr Rachael Rothgeb and worked with her the majority of the time. I finally got 1 hour appointments in November, change of Insurance, and really made progress then. Dr Rachael made up exercises I liked, that targeted my muscles that needed to strengthen and worked with me on cupping and scaping to minimize pain. I told her, I bet she got most creative in her class at school with some of the exercises, but I didn't want to be board doing them and I wanted them to push me. I never thought I would throw a ball for my dog again, but I can. Thank you Dr. Rachael Rothgeb, for helping me, without surgery, regain the use of my shoulders again. Pro Tailored is the only Physical Therapy for me, and I understand why they are Ranked #1 in Fort Wayne, and in Indiana!

Experiencia fantástica: If you are in physical therapy in the greater Fort Wayne area and you aren’t at ProTailored you have to ask yourself, “Why??” I’ve been in physical therapy for a chronic condition since 2015. I was a ProTailored patient in 2016 and I only left because I moved from the area. From that time until 2022 Pro-Tailored CEO Dr. Evans was the best physical therapist I had ever had. Now he has outdone himself, because Dr. Amanda Cupp at the ProTailored West Jefferson Clinic is hands down the best physical therapist I have had in 8 years of therapy, and Dr. Evans, you cannot even be mad because you hired her (and you’re a great leader)! Shout out to Libby, too for being so kind and professional.

Experiencia fantástica: I was really impressed with them. I like the private one on one experience. I have been to two other places but this place is by far the best. My therapist, Rachel, was so friendly and we bonded right away. She played music and explained what she was doing and why. Had alot of laughs and shared alot of stories. Will miss her.

I’ve seen both Rachel and Amanda for various issues and both are amazing! They listen to all of my concerns and do their best to solve them. I highly recommend this location!

Experiencia fantástica: I love my experience with them so far. They got me in quick and I had to bounce around between different PT people for maybe a month while they worked on keeping me with one person. The whole staff has been great and knowledgeable. Amanda specifically has been awesome as my main PT because she has answered anyyyyy questions I had and was not afraid to use proper force for things like scrapping and dry needling. I had a huge surgery on my femur neck and while that was healing, Amanda noticed ways in which my progress wasn't continuing and we started to investigate if I had a labrum tear.. she was right. Another surgery later to fix that issue and I continued to see Amanda and am close to feeling like I will graduate PT within a few more visits. She helped me with any nerve pain from muscle atrophy, gave printed out and digital work out plans, and was willing to duke my insurance when they started restricting my visits at one point. Very communicative, kind, and gives a damn.

Experiencia fantástica: Rachel has been such great help with my torn meniscus recovery and knee pain. I especially recommend the needling. It helps to loosen up the tight muscles which help relieve the pain.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Amanda was seriously the best! She was able to explain the recovery process and help me get back to normal. An injury like the Achilles rupture is never fun but she made the recovery process a bright spot! 10/10 recommend her!

Went to a couple different therapy places first for over a year and made minimal progress. Once I switched to Pro Tailored Physical Therapy, I started making progress right away. Experiencia fantástica: One on one in private room. Quiet, nice place. Libby is good receptionist. No waiting and if so is brief. Very kind. Had electric like shock going down arm - pinched nerve in neck from holding head down to read alot. 5 wks, twice a wk it is gone - been over a month since last pt. Now pulled muscles in lumbar. Coming once a wk. Going well with 1 visit for past few weeks. These folks work miracles. Dr. Kaitlyn is VERY knowledgeable and a miracle worker!!

I just hiked the Pacific Northwest for a week. I would never have been able to do that without her help. She gave me the knowledge and confidence to make myself stronger with her help in office and at home exercises. I will definitely come back to her with any future concerns or issues. And I must say, the office staff and other therapists are great too..at the Illinois and Jefferson locations. You walk into the door and you are treated like family and welcomed.
