Experiencia fantástica: I have been at SJVR for the past week & a half. I have a week more to go. I have never been treated so well by so many kind & professional people. No place is perfect, but this is as close as you can get. They teach you to work with what you have. This is by no means a convalescent hospital, which was my fear when looking for a place to rehab. I had surgery at UCSF in San Francisco and my doctors 1st plan was to have me stay in SF for rehab. That didn't work out. When this came up and I saw the video, I agreed to go there. It couldn't have gone better. As soon as I figure out how to individually praise the staff, you'll hear from me again. They are fantastic!!!! The best ever!!!!

The entire organization is outcomes oriented to met objectives of patient improvement.They are dedicated professionals who are an asset to the healthcare industry. My physical condition has improved every time I have been treated by the SJVRH staff.

Experiencia fantástica: I was seen on time for all of my appointments. The physical therapist that work with me always listened to what I had to say. Make sure she understood and then adjusted the exercises or treatments that she performed on me accordingly. They were able to address my issues, and I am now virtually healed.

Experiencia fantástica: My experience with SJV rehab was great. The therapists were professional and friendly. The worked with you to achieve the goals but did not push to the point on a lot of pain. They explained the different exercises and what they did to help the healing process. I would highly recommend San Joaquin Valley Rehab to everyone. Ivar has been great with assisting my husband on his road to recovery. The staff is very friendly and professional. Experiencia fantástica: They are amazing here. My son had PT, OT and speech here for a TBI and went here for well over a year several days a week. We really loved working with Sarah who is a speech therapist, she really made things fun and engaging for him so that he enjoyed going and recovering. Benel and Russel (PR) are both amazing as well, they really cared about their patients and take pride in the care they give!!! I would highly recommend anyone recovering from and injury to go here. They are amazing !!!

Experiencia fantástica: I was very impressed with San Joaquin Valley Rehab. From the beginning to the end I was given a pleasant greeting from the staff at every appointment. The staff was very understanding to my issue with a treatment that was manageable for recovery. They were also considerate of my age and ability to do the exercises that were necessary for my recovery. I have been continuing the exercises at home since my last finale appointment and am very happy with my progress. I would recommend San Joaquin Valley Rehab to anyone at any age.

Experiencia fantástica: I can't thank this staff of wonderful people enough: Friendly, caring, dedicated to our recovery, Travis and the entire staff here are absolutely phenomenal! The physical therapy that I received here after a total hip replacement has me walking perfectly. Issues with my shoulders and neck are taken care of and pain is alleviated. I absolutely recommend the Clovis location for any physical therapy you may need. Thanks again to you all!

Experiencia fantástica: I just came home from a 2 week stay at the hospital due to a stroke. I will start with the good things. The best thing about San Joaquin Rehab are the people who work there. They are truly caring and nice people, this includes Melinda in dietary, to Arleen in house keeping and Debi in PT and too many to name. I was not just taken care of I was cared about. Things that could be better. Have enough staff to do PT OT and Speech Therapy 2 times a day. There were a couple of days that I had none of them. Second, is sleep. I know they were just doing their jobs, but my sleep was constantly interrupted for vital sign checks, and 5am morning meds. Getting good sleep is important in rehab. Third the food was passable, avoid the beef dishes as the meet was over cooked and tough and servings to small. Another thing that needs improvement is the bed linen and towels. The bed sheet are scratchy and itchy as is the blankets.The towels are sand paper rough. Despite theses things. Another issue is sharing a room. My first 2 night my room mate was loud and disruptive and I had to ask for a room change. I was fortunate to get a good room mate. It would be better to have privet rooms to promote better sleep. Over all this is a good rehab hospital. I very much liked my nurses and all the people I encountered were wonderful. I am gratefull for the care I received. I also very much liked my doctor Dr. Singh. A very nice caring man.

Experiencia fantástica: I began rehab at San Joaquin Valley with moderate to severe back pain and I was very surprised to receive some relief after the first session. My therapist , Iver was very professional and easy to communicate with. Overall I would rank this rehab unit as excellent and I as a thankful patient they deserve a well done.

Experiencia fantástica: My mother is staying there right now and she’s been there for almost 2 weeks. Both the nursing staff and the physical therapy staff have all been very friendly and very helpful and the overall experience there appears to be an excellent one. It’s a nice facility and she said the food was even pretty good which is always a plus when you’re a patient at one of those hospitals. Thank you to all the wonderful staff there at San Joaquin Valley Rehabilitation Hospital for providing such great care.

Experiencia fantástica: Nursing staff here are wonderful, professional, and very dedicated to patients. Therapy staff are very knowledgable amd skilled. I was able to surpass beyond my goals and reached goals I didn't think I could. I would definitely recomend this location for anyone of any age who is in need of physical and occupational therapy.

Experiencia fantástica: I would like to personally thank PT-Jen, OT-Billy, RT-Ofelia, Dr. Cha and the nurses who worked alongside my husband. Their diligence and compassion allowed for my husband to get back on his feet and be able to walk again. The receptionists in the front lobby were all very professional and offered an amazing customer service every time I trained at the hospital or had questions regarding my husbands care. I give this facility a 5 star rating because of the quality of care they have for their patients, the cleanliness of their facility, the food choices they offer, the respond time I received from the Social Worker Hanna, to Danell D., Karen H. and the level of customer service is exemplary!!! Thank you once again for making this experience that much comfortable and for the care and compassion you offered our family. We are forever grateful. You guys are all truly amazing. Keep up the great work!!!

Experiencia fantástica: In my opinion San Joaquin rehabilitation hospital is #1 in Northern California. My mother is almost 75 and became gravely ill from an unexpected illness and within 3 weeks of her leaving ICU she was able to go home. The staff helped her regain the abilities she had before falling ill. But also the confidence they helped give her daily had her home and better than before. I will be ever grateful to everyone involved in her care. Thank you.

Every person we met - (the doctor (Dr. O), the Nursing Staff, the PT team, the OT team, the RT team and all others - were just outstanding. They showed my father compassion and superb care. This place is a model facility and knows the real meaning of patient care. I wish all medical facilities were like this. They care and it shows. Thank you very much SJVR. Experiencia fantástica: I can not say enough WONDERFUL things about San Joaquin Rehab in Fresno! My dad was transferred here from Modesto Memorial after suffering a stroke in December and the staff, the PT team, the OT team, all the nurses, doctors....EVERYONE were AMAZING!!! Erin, Deb, and Jennifer were absolute angels! I was so sad when my dad had to leave there. They honestly made him so much stronger, and lit up the room when the walked in. This place is beyond amazing and I would recommend this place to everyone! Super clean, the staff is so friendly, the rooms are nice and it was a wonderful experience for such a traumatic time in our lives. I loved it and so did my dad! They made my dad better & stronger and I'm forever grateful for the team here!!
