Experiencia fantástica: The day we walked in we were a little nervous, yes it's an older place, but on the second day, our view changed! The staff is wonderful! They took very good care of my Dad! He was only there for rehab for 30 days, but we would recommend Heartland!

Experiencia fantástica: My Mom was in rehab there and everyone was as so nice and helpful. She said the food was really good. It was a great experience for both of us! Thank you to everyone who helped my Mom, Katie P!! We have been to other rehabs and this one was so much better!!

Experiencia fantástica: My Mother is a resident at Heartland Rehab Center, they now have a NEW ADMINISTRATION Her name is VERONICA WAGNER she has only been there a little over TWO Months and she has already turned that Place around in a GOOD way. Before she arrived at Heartland I was ready to find my Mother somewhere else to go because it was TERRIBLE. Veronica leads by example very professional, open door Policy, She is Customer Service. She always on the Halls with the residents. She always have a smile on her face and she speaks to everyone, she is Amazing. She has rises the BAR and I can tell the difference. I can sleep at night knowing that my Mother is being taken care. If you are looking for long term care for your love one I recommend Heartland Rehab. I hope VERONICA STAYS at Heartland because she is a DIAMOND in the rough.

Experiencia fantástica: While visiting Heartland today, I was offered a lunch meal and I'm so glad I accepted! The shrimp was delicious! Better than most seafood restaurants I have eaten at. Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: Therapy, physical and occupational has been killer. I love them all. They have worked w me everyday. I planted plants and they have sprouts. I have made sure I can do stairs. Nursing is wonderful also. The courtyards are beautiful.The rooms are nice and spacious,clean too. If I ever have to do rehab again, Heartland would be,my first choice.

Experiencia fantástica: I love the staff, nursing, theraphy, and dietary are great. They get to know me and my wants. I have made several friends. This is my second time and if i need rehab again, i would not besitate to come back.

Experiencia fantástica: I have worked here at Heartland Living & Rehab for years and I have to tell you, some of the reviews on here are bold face lies. We love our patients and pride ourselves on being caring and compassionate. I have gotten attached to a lot of our patients. Clearly the negative comments on here are from people who have nothing better to do than be bitter.

Experiencia fantástica: This Facility is a fantastic and caring environment for your loved one. Whether it's short term or long term care that is needed. The staff exhibits excellent customer service revolving around the family, residents, vendors, and one another. The staff is highly educated and compassionate to all that enter the doors. They work hard to make the residents feel as if they were at home with their own family, The facility is a secure place that takes every effort to make sure that the residents remain safe within the walls of the facility. The Care Plan Team take the time to get to know the residents and their families so that they can make a comprehensive care plan. This allows for a smooth transition for both the residents and their family because they realize that this is a hard transition on both parties. The staff is readily available to answer any questions that one might have about the resident's care needs. The facility has been renovated and is esthetically pleasing with various artwork that encompasses floral artwork. There are dayrooms on each hall with sitting areas for residents and families to visit outside of the room. This facility has an outstanding rehab department and many residents are discharged back to their communities. These are just a few things that make this facility a cut above the others.
