Experiencia fantástica: I love Alison Presley's community yoga class. Alison is so knowledgeable and her joyful spirit is contagious. The class size is small enough that Alison is able to customize the exercises for those "practicing for two" and other yogis that have to be mindful of certain health conditions.

Experiencia fantástica: I met with Dr. Kampen around 3 mo postpartum and within a week of our session already had huge symptom relief. After 6 more sessions, I met all my goals and my quality of life truly improved. Not only was Pelvic Floor PT highly effective, but Dr. Kampen is a true gem. She is compassionate, validating, highly knowledgeable, and skilled. She listened to every concern and discomfort, and was easy to talk to about personal matters. I cannot thank her enough! Every birthing person should see a Pelvic Floor Specialist postpartum - better yet if it's Dr. Kampen!

I saw Cole after the birth of my firstborn for general postpartum recovery and then prenatally during my second pregnancy to prepare for labor and delivery. I have no doubt that the work I did during my second pregnancy led to a smoother delivery and recovery. Cole is everything you’d want in a provider - knowledgeable, kind, understanding, and passionate about what she does. Not only did I benefit greatly from the physical therapy, I also learned so much about pelvic floor health from just speaking to her. In addition to being a wonderful practitioner, she has created such a wonderful community space at the new Triad Pelvic health location that is such a resource for the greater Triad region!

I have been having my PT sessions with Alison and she has been so helpful, kind and gentle so far. My journey with Endometriosis has been extremely rough and Alison has helped me address my chronic pelvic pain with multiple approaches/tools including massage, dilator use, stretches, breathing exercises, and more. Experiencia fantástica: Cole Cole Cole... I attended a pelvic floor seminar last night and Cole lead it. I can't express how amazing it was! I went in knowing nothing about my pelvic floor, it's importance or even how to strengthen it. I left with a wealth of knowledge! Cole is so sweet. She always asked if we had any questions and she was very excited to share all that information at many levels of understanding. I loved how she really could focus on each person there and help them with their individual needs. The biggest thing to me was based on everyone's situation, whether it be insurance or VA support, she wanted to make sure that you went to a place best for you. She recommended these other places. She wasn't pushing anyone to come to her practice and be her patient. She's very humble. Thank you, Cole for coming out. We appreciated it so so much!

Experiencia fantástica: I've seen Cole and Debra multiple times to recover from an intense fetal surgery and c-section with my youngest child and they have been the most compassionate and helpful providers I have seen in what has been a very long and difficult medical journey after these traumatic surgeries. They are both so skilled with manual therapy and taught me more about my anatomy than any OBGYN ever has! So highly, highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Starting pelvic floor therapy has been a life saver! I've had the chance to work with both Dr.cole and Ms.Deborah and they both are amazing. If there is anything you are not sure on they will explain it so you can understand how everything works and comes together. Starting out I couldn't go out for to long due to leakage when I coughed and sneezed and If I did have to be out for long I had to wear pads or adsorbable underwear. I have been coming here for about 3 months and I no longer need to worry about putting one on or keeping a change of clothes with me!! They design a workout plan that suits your needs and it is really simple to follow on the app. plus the prices are affordable, everyone is friendly and you will feel more confident after your sessions!! I would recommend to anyone wanting to starting their journey!!

Experiencia fantástica: Pelvic floor therapy has literally changed my life. After my first daughter was born I thought my new normal was just going to be me wetting myself (literally peeing myself whenever I sneezed or did any kind of exercise) and having pain when sitting for long periods of time. After visiting Cole and putting in the work she recommended, she helped me not only recover from my first natural delivery but prep to deliver my second! If you’re on the fence, just do it. My biggest regret was not going to her sooner.

In fact, in all my years receiving physical therapy, I've never found someone as curious and interested in the workings of my unique body as Alison is! Not only did she help my diastasis recti, but she also helped me gain back the necessary strength in my arms and shoulders to keep lifting my growing babies pain-free! Due to the sudden weight loss after pregnancy, I had a lot of lower back pain that she also helped me resolved through stretching, posture improvement, and massage techniques. I had assumed that this pain was just a “new normal.” I feel like a new woman after working with her and I would highly recommend to postpartum women, even if they feel “fine.” Cole can turn “feeling fine” into “feeling fabulous!”

Experiencia fantástica: Fantastic! I had an odd issue that led to a loss of sensation (sometimes a little, most times a lot). It was not fun to have, it was not fun to talk about, and honestly not super fun to review right now… But, I appreciate the awesome work of Triad Pelvic Health PT enough to do so. I put off my issue for a year, thinking it would eventually clear up since I have a relatively healthy lifestyle; I stretch, exercise, eat a balanced breakfast, and all that recommended stuff you’re supposed to do to not run into these type of curveballs but, bummers happen. Anyway, I wish I would’ve gone here sooner. Dr. Cole is great! Using targeted stretches, slight changes to posture, awareness of stress placement, dry needling, and thoughtful assessment my situation has significantly improved. It didn’t take too long, the cost was very reasonable, and the amount of relief I felt after just my first appointment cannot be understated. Hopefully someone in a similar situation will see this review and save themselves some time and frustration and just start here. Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Cole recently helped me so much with low back pain due to endometriosis. She dry needled it, used a TENS machine with it and then she cupped it. Wonderful. My back released for a while and I felt very cared for. Her clinic is beautiful as well.

Experiencia fantástica: I recently was in Greensboro traveling from California for the USATF Masters Outdoor Championships. I tore my medium rectus femoris quad during my 100m race. Not knowing anyone in the area & it also it being a Saturday I couldn’t find any PT or sports specialist to help me. Not until I got a callback from Dr, Cole Kampen. I drove over to the clinic. & thought I was at the wrong address. I didn’t see how a pelvic health clinic could help me. I was wrong. Dr Cole used dry needling, TENS, & hypervolt to take a lot of the swelling down. She used KT tape to give my leg support & I left there invigorated at 3p for my 4x100 relay team race at 6:30p. We ran. We came in 1st! We shattered the W70 Club record! And when I picked up my Gold medal, I sent her a text to thank her!!

Experiencia fantástica: I've been working with Alison and I can't rate her highly enough. She takes her time with me and truly ACTIVELY listens. She takes feedback well and adjusts her plan according to what I have time for or what seems to be helping the most. I would say she's the perfect blend of scientific thinking and alternative options (like the value of deep breathing, using your diaphragm properly, and HOW to do that). As someone who has taken plenty of yoga classes, no one has ever really explained some these fundamental things in the way she did! She explained a lot about the birthing process, positions, and techniques that would be helpful when giving birth. As a first time mom I was very interested in learning more and was so excited to hear that I was the winner for a pelvic health PT with Dr. Cole. At my PT session Dr. Cole provided a lot of positive information for my upcoming birth and different stretches to help get things moving.
