Experiencia fantástica: From before you get here, Jamie at the front desk is so nice getting you set up with an appointment and sending over the new patient forms. When you get here, checking in easy. I wish I knew all the tech’s names, because every one is so nice and eager to help you through your workouts and treatments. Just to name a few, Pete, Matt, Ayah. Dr. Mike and Dr. Jason are so knowledgeable and looking out for your best interest and health. It’s like a family here - you aren’t just treated as a patient, but a friend that’s coming to get healing workouts and treatments for an hour until you see them again. Physical therapy can be hard and difficult, but they make it enjoyable and so you want to do your workouts. I couldn’t recommend Elevation PT enough :)

Experiencia fantástica: Dencil has been taking care of me for 6 weeks here at Elevation PT. He’s a fantastic masseuse with a gift to really tune in to the patient’s injury and trouble areas. I hear the other patients in the waiting room and in the workout areas and they’re so happy with their experience here with PTs and PTAs. When I need physical therapy again, I’ll definitely reach out to Elevation.

He's been able to get a large range of motion back for the injury we are seeing him for. Dencil is always helpful and has great people skills. Tanner, the other therapists and staff are all excellent too. Great atmosphere. The front office ladies are friendly and welcoming. If you need PT this is the place to go. They don't waste time treating you and you'll see results quickly!

When they have you do your exercises, there is always someone around to help you if you need it. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who needs physical therapy.

Experiencia fantástica: My doctor recommended this place post my surgery for rehabilitation and I am very glad I followed his advice. The entire staff here is just amazing, they are very welcoming. I attended close to 10 sessions now and everyday when I walked in, I felt better and can confidently say that I am improving each day. They took a great care of me and also explained me in detail about what to expect each day. Even though they were super busy, they took time to fix my walker brakes as a courtesy even though they did not have to. If you are in the area then I highly highly recommend this place.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone at Elevation is SUPER nice! I wish more medical offices had people who are as awesome as these guys. Mike is super nice and very knowledgeable, he really knows what he is doing. I have heard that the dry needling that he does is awesome, though I didn't try it for myself. The people who help the therapists (sorry I don't know their official titles!), are all very nice and friendly and really helpful. The massages are great, and you can even just get massages here if you want to ( not sure if you have to be a patient or not, you would have to call and find out). The office is very nice and well kept and clean. The schedule is flexible and easy to get something that works for your schedule. When you graduate you get a free T-shirt! All around just super great place! Thank you all for everything!

Experiencia fantástica: I can’t say enough great things about Elevation Physical Therapy. My daughter has been going there for about four weeks now for a knee injury. Everyone there is absolutely amazing! Kind, knowledgable, friendly, and it’s very obvious they love what they do and where they work. The atmosphere is comfortable and despite putting in some very hard work, they keep it light and fun. If you’re in need of physical therapy look no further! This is your place! Experiencia fantástica: Mike, Jason and the whole team including front desk have been amazing- When I first called I was 2 weeks post total hip replacement and had not had any PT except at the hospital due to referral delays etc. there wasn’t an opening until the next week but the front desk told Mike my situation and called me back to say he could squeeze me in the next day between patients. He knew no PT that long after surgery was not good. I was just so appreciative. An evaluation takes time, he did not rush thru it and got me moving right away. I’m back in again for another issue and joke that I may never graduate from PT but it’s a great environment and very effective with all they provide so it’s time very well spent.

Experiencia fantástica: I came in here with a torn ACL with meniscus damage before surgery and received excellent workouts from Mike to do before the surgery; finished the procedure and started rehab with Jason the day after and within 3 weeks I have hit milestones that normally take people a lot more time to do. With their help I know I will be back to normal a lot sooner than I or anyone expected.

Matt PT Technician tells great stories and is always attentive he is going to be a PT soon. Connor is a very nice young man learning the ropes very friendly. Alleen always smiling and put up with my crazy self. Lleimi- Jaime makes me laugh so much. Ines I always have to walk by her office and say hi to her. I get my reminders about my appointments because I always forget. The service is amazing I love this place it is so funny even the clients are friendly the picture is with Jo-Anne she a patient too all the patients are great too. I recommend this place 20 million star. I have going to physical therapy for the past 20 years due to 2 back surgeries and this is the best physical therapy I have ever been to. It’s fun coming here. They make the treadmill and stationary bike fun to use. They crack jokes and make you feel at home. They have to kick me out to leave cause I like it so much. I try to do other exercises cause they look fun. Thank you for the great service!!! I want to come everyday

Experiencia fantástica: Mike the PT has been my guy for years and I feel like I am in such capable caring hands when I walk through those doors. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable and make you feel so welcome. You don’t feel like a regular ol patient, they make you feel like you are the most important person on their schedule. My daughter has started to visit elevation now for her PT needs due to her busy athletic schedule that has left her with a few minor injuries. She never complains about her visits to Mike!! I’m so glad I found Dr. Mike years ago when I needed him to get me back running with minor issues and had him in place when I had major surgeries that required me to see him many times a week over the course of a few years. He never let me lose hope and I’m forever grateful to him and all the elevation staff!

He and his staff have treated spine injuries, knee injuries, knee replacements, and sports injuries for every member of my family, including my children when they were young. Experiencia fantástica: They are THE BEST!!! I began pt with Mike several years ago when it was optimal physical therapy. I hadn't gone for a while and when I returned to optimal pt I was very unhappy with them. It was the end of the first return visit, when I learned Mike no longer owned or operated the practice and had opened up Elevation pt . I was so happy I found him and his staff again. It is about a 30 mile or more round trip to see him and worth every mile. I won't go ANYWHERE ELSE EVER! Thank you to u Mike and all your staff for being the best!

Experiencia fantástica: I am an acrobatic performer performing on the shows on Las Vegas strips, I had a very nasty shoulder injury and a bad diagnosis and surgery to follow, I was losing all hopes! I had to switch physical Therapy 3 times till I found Dr. Mike Russell at Elevation physical Therapy. I have been to many physical therapists over the course of my life ( mostly due to sports injuries) and these guys are really great. Came in for rehab on a broken foot and I really believe going to PT at Elevation really accelerated my healing.

They encourage me to push myself but when I'm having a bad day they're all incredibly empathetic and kind. What blows my mind is how invested they are in my recovery and just in me in general. They remember little details about conversations from session to session. It goes a long way to have healthcare providers who actually care. Dr Mike is also incredibly caring and attentive. I have seen continual improvement in my back pain and I no longer have migraines from the tension after years of pain! But, the employees at Elevation Physical Therapy are so good at what they do, they truly deserve all the business. From the front desk staff, to assistants, to Mike himself, everyone is so friendly the whole office has a wholesome vibe. I’ve seen Mike for a variety of sports related injuries through the years & it’s obvious he’s extremely knowledgeable & passionate about what he does. Mike is always thorough in his assessment, treatment & provides a detailed follow up plan after each appointment. On the few occasions I’ve needed immediate pain relief, the office has been accommodating in getting me in asap. I cannot say enough good things about this place. If you’re in need of physical therapy services, trust me, this is where you want to be.

This is the first physical therapist, Mike, that I’ve been to seems to understand me, really listens and wants the best. Mike’s crew is also the best!! Pete is a great massage therapist. Then you have Matt, Shelby and Chelsea that are great associates. They are great motivators or just there for you when you need something … even if it’s just a towel. They always have my back. The admin staff (Lleimi, Enez, Alleen) is friendly and always willing to help you. From appointments to billing question they got you covered. I feel like family when I come in here. Never a dual moment and it doesn’t feel like exercising!!! I walk out feeling great and at at peace! Definitely the best physical therpy place in the Las Vegas area!!
