Experiencia fantástica: This is an exceptionally clean and very nice facility. Staff is very friendly and informative. While the rehab is not complete yet for my mother, I have every confidence it will be successful. She has told me the staff is very nice to her and treats her with respect and is helpful at all times. So far I have found nothing that is not first class. I'm not too keen on the mandatory mask requirement when visiting, but what can you do? I guess they feel it protects the patients somehow. Other than that, I would not hesitate in any way to recommend tos facility.

Experiencia fantástica: I just want to thank all the staff for the amazing work that was done as my grandma was here. This was our second time having to go to a rehabilitation center and the first one I won’t even name. Horizon staff from therapy to housekeeping activities and the CNAs were so amazing and they made this difficult process bearable. Thank you to everyone at this facility forgetting our grandma to come home strong and safer than ever.

This is one of the most difficult situations we’ve ever been through and the staff made a bad situation into a good experience and as a family we fee she’s leaving stronger than she was before her accident. Experiencia fantástica: Things at Horizon Ridge Skilled Nursing Facility started off a little rough. Fortunately we met with some really exceptional people though and things got turned around. Customer Relations started off and he really put things into perspective and made us feel at ease. PT Christopher, was so amazing and even called us at home and was great worlomg worh my mother. Heather, LPN took enough time to make sure everything we got was enough as we discharge so not to feel pressure with all that's sure to come.

Experiencia fantástica: My wife came to Horizon Ridge after having a stroke. This was such an unexpected traumatic experience we ever encountered. Our family is so grateful for the for the team that took care of my husband. This includes case management, customer relations, therapy, social services, nursing housekeeping, kitchen staff, and the lits could go on for days. It was clean, smelled good, we had answers when needed, and the discharge process was so very easy. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR YOUR LOVED ONES! Thank you, Horizon Ridge.

Experiencia fantástica: My experience was wonderful I made a lot of great friends with staff and patients. Everyone is caring loving and get along very well. Such a pleasant place to be I highly reccomnend to anyone needing a facility. Really this place is top notch. There is a lot of love going on around here. Patricia customer service always helpful and kind. Tammy Anita and Ashley were fun. Nurse Debbie and entire nursing staff CNA's were so helpful. Everyone in housekeeping is kind and checks in. Laura in woundcare was fabulous. Most of the staff is top notch and I highly recommend people to send their loved ones here all the employees in whole spectrum go the extra mile for you.

All the way from the top employee we felt empathy compassion and we knew our grandfather was at the right place. The journey to health was not easy physically or mentally but the reward having him home was worth it all. Words can’t express or true feelings for what they did for our family. Thanks a million times over !

Experiencia fantástica: I feel so lucky & blessed to receive rehab therapy at Horizon Ridge Nursing facility. I was bedridden and unable to walk after abdominal surgery. I was I'm bed for a total of 4 months in 4 different facilities, but this one made the difference. The staff here is phenominal! All the physical therapist make you want to get better. I wasn't sure I was going to walk again. But sure enough. Thanks to the marvelous staff of doctors, nurses , and therapists. I am discharged and walking out! Even the food was good; no kidding! Normally hospital food is barely edible! Lol Seriously, I cannot say enough about Horizon Ridge. They literally helped me get my life back. My husband and I are in our 70's and if we have any more surgeries which need rehab there is no question where we're going.

Therapy was great and Dr. Johnstone was informative and direct. He always acknowledged my needs. Graveyard shift response improved and day shift was great.

Experiencia fantástica: Having my mother be injured and having to leave the hospital was terrifying but coming to Horizon Ridge was a relief. From the start we got the attention we needed and we’re able to get the information pertaining to the facility. Thank you for the clean building, good food, empathetic staff, nursing, social services, and therapy department.

Experiencia fantástica: I enjoyed myself while there and was treated well. Nursing department is professional and sympathetic when I was there. I especially want to thank the LPN’s Loet and Justin for the great care I received . The CNA’s are awesome and exceptionally nice and generous with their time.

Experiencia fantástica: This is the nicest rehab I have ever been. Everyone worked well with me. The therapy department thinks about the person not just the job. Scott, Genna, and Dorris were extremely great. Bingo has been so much fun thamk you to Tammy, Anita and Ashley for making bingo exciting. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a rehab facility if I ever need again this is the first place on my list. Local rehabs should take lessons from Coranado for improvement really and truly should. Thank you again to the kind helpful staff for providing things to do with a smile and friendly demeanor.. I never thought I would ever enjoy a rehab but I have enjoyed myself here.

They reassured me that they were taking great care of my Mom around the clock. The Facility is also kept very clean. Experiencia fantástica: Over all experience was excellent it is very clean here. The staff overall are very sweet and nice Everyone here is so helpful. The online pictures of the food are way better now. Patricia, Tammy, Anita, all therapists in physical and occupational were all fantastic. In house doctors were very good.Everyone seems to be very skilled in their own ways. The RNs and LPNs were very knowledgeable. I would recommend this place to anybody.

I didn't get out as soon as I wanted because they were concerned about a fall living on my own. The therapists were all nice encouraging me to go the extra mile even though at times i didnt want to.The CNAs were attentive answering at a decent time when I needed anything. Experiencia fantástica: Treated like the queen I truly am. Everyone was very helpful and treated me so good. It was great having so many nice people here to help when you need it. A lot of the staff went above and beyond. Most people had the mindsets are helping those in need. All CNA s very wonderful treating their job like a calling. My husband said the service is so good he almost checked in himself. Maria,Tiffany Scott in therapy were great. Elijah and Cheyenne were helpful as well.

There is one person though that stands out for being so energetic, happy and actually enjoys taking care of her patients. It makes for a better day whenever Lovely is on the shift. Lovely is the perfect name for her and with her attitude she is destined for a successful career and is a valuable asset for Coronado Ridge.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is very clean. The nursing staff have been totally awesome with my sister, especially Lovely i appreciate her for being so attentive and accommodating. Thanks to the therapy staff as well my sister received a great therapy to recover from her knee replacement. So in closing I would definitely recommend Coronado Ridge if you're looking for a nursing facility for a loved one.

Ridge nursing and rehab center she was there for about a month I have to say this place was very nice the nurses and assistants were very nice to her and everyone visiting they showed alot of caring and compassion the job they do isn't easy and I couldn't do it for a day They are very special to do a tough job like they do every day they treated my mom sylvia very good and mom liked the food there it always seems fresh and good quality which was nice Lovely and her other co-workers couldn't be better and even the rehab people were very nice just wanted everyone to know about horizon I'm sure most people only use reviews to complain but these caregivers are very good my mom and I both miss alot if the nurses and caregivers Thankyou all again for treating my mom Sylvia so good Lowell katz

The facility was so new and clean the staff extremely friendly and our questions were answered concerning grandmas stay. The staff followed up and came through in a big way. One person in particular named Nate treated us so good he is now alert of this family. You can’t trust everyone with your loved ones but this is one place you can count on

Experiencia fantástica: I love this place. I was there for 2 months. Recovering from a fractured ankle. I had to learn to walk on one leg. PT And OT. Help me with tools that I can use even at home. They also had my back when it came to not being discharged before the right time. I Love how they interact with each other. Always a good time. Now for the incredible nurses. Always have a smile on their faces. Regardless of how their day may have been. I never had to wait a long period for my meds. I also want to say Thank you to the laundry person and the maintenance people. They were always making sure my clothes were cleaned and back to me on time. Maintenance made sure my room was clean. Patrica, you always have a smile on your face. And engaging with the patients. If I miss anyone I'm sorry. I miss you all. I will come and visit soon.❤️ I have pictures but I can not upload them. P.s. I purposely did not mention the food. It’s horrible. That needs to be fixed. No favors!! Needs to be fresh.

Experiencia fantástica: Coming to this facility was one of the best decisions we made as a family. We had many options of places to go and Horizon Ridge was our choice. The staff was very friendly and one step ahead of my grandfathers care. I want to thank everyone involved for their help and I highly recommend Horizon Ridge as THE place to take there loved ones after surgery.

Experiencia fantástica: I want to give my thanks and gratitude to Horizon Ridge and all the staff that work there. I read some of the reviews and wanted to write the review my grandmother experienced. Seeing that we were coming from the hospital, I was worried for her. But soon, my fears went away as the staff at Horizon Ridge quickly took charge and made the transition seamless even though the hospital didn't send everything they were supposed to. It was after visiting hours, but they allowed myself and my family to stay later since she just got there and made sure she was settled in. We had many visitors the next day from wound care to therapy, the doctor diatary nurses' activities, and the service department. She was given a care plan, and slowly, but surely, she got better. The staff was fantastic, the food was great, and soon enough, she was able to go home with therapy. The case team helped so much with the discharge, and we couldn't be more grateful that she went there. Without this facility and the staff, our family knows she wouldn't be where she is today. She's home and back to normal daily living. Thanks so much to Horizon Ridge.

Experiencia fantástica: I'm so grateful my loved one was able to have Horizon Ridge Skilled Nursing as her rehabilitation facility. Horizon was our 1st choice. The gentleman from Customer Service explained the entire process. I loved knowing what to expect and also being able to reach him at any time. Overall, the nurses were kind and empathetic. Therapy was amazing. From top down, therapy was able to get her to do things we never thought she could. Because of this, my grandma left stronger than before. I hope she doesn't have to, but God forbid if we ever do need Rehab again, Horizon Ridge Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation. Center. Is our #1 choice.

Experiencia fantástica: I stayed here for a little over three weeks. The staff here is beyond wonderful. Everyone is friendly, no matter what part they play in the aid of the patient and it takes so many to take care of us. I appreciate all of the love and excellent care from everyone here. Everyone knocks on the door before entering, even if the doors open or they announce themselves before they walk in. Housekeeping is always done by very friendly people. My clothes were always clean by an excellent group of people in the laundry I always had food on my table to eat, when it was meal time, and I always received an answer when I press the call button for a CNA to respond. And nursing staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and caring as well. The physical therapy department is beyond wonderful. They make the hard work fun as we joke and work hard to accomplish our goal. I can’t thank my CNA ‘s enough for everything they did to me and for taking care of my every need. I appreciate everyone of you and you all have made a placement in my heart. I have two CNA‘s that really made an an everlasting place in my heart and that is Lovely for my morning and Coleen for my night CNA. I will never forget you ladies and because of you both I know I can make it through this surgery before I come back for my next day at this hospital/hotel my many thanks and love go out to all of you. Experiencia fantástica: This is my second time my mother has come to this care rehab facility I chose this facility based on my experience the last time my mother stayed here. Overall the staff was caring and concerned for my family. From the start Nathan from customer relations was extremely helpful and professional. He assisted me with numerous concerns I had with my mothers first stay all the way until her discharge. He added a person touch and took the time to help me. Alexis the director of therapy helped me understand the progress my mother needed to make while she was here. Ted the physical therapist devised a personal planned exercise program for my mother and worked to improve her special needs and spent the time to explain her needs and progress with me.This is why I decided to bring my mother back for a second time to Horizon Ridge Skilled Nursing.

The staff was absolutely amazing and selfless, the building was clean and the communication was fantastic. Kenny told me that he would have done anything for his wife to have been there back when she needed help and the places she went to were horrific. Kenny was so grateful he was able to go to Horizon Ridge and I'm happy there are still places who care for patients as if they were their own family.

They have helped me heal. Some names and departments i'd like to mention are Laura and Paula in wound care, My legs are doing so good they are getting them healed. Experiencia fantástica: Im very grateful that my family member was able to come to horizon ridge and do his rehabilitation, although the process was difficult because of the surgery and the pain the staff made sure my grandfather was comfortable, out of pain, and and rehab was done perfect. Experiencia fantástica: A group of us had a chance to come and visit with Mrs. Lin. The facility was clean and modern and looked to be maintained well. She was in good spirits and said she is treated well. Nathan was the employee who set the visit up, he was very kind and pleasant. He was very knowledgeable and grateful for his help. I'm pleased to know there are places like this that exist when people need help with getting through an accident or surgery.

Experiencia fantástica: I don't typically write reviews, but I felt compelled to write one after my experience with Horizon Ridge Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. I had a family member who had surgery and then went to this facility for their recovery period. Our family was nervous as we had never had to deal with something like this before, but we were put at ease from the very beginning by the professionalism and kindness of the staff. Everyone from admissions, case management, therapy, nursing, even the dining staff and everyone in between made the experience comfortable and we never felt left in the dark. I was concerned about how things would go when my grandpa went home but they walked us through everything and made the discharge process a breeze. If anyone out there is considering a rehab facility for a loved one, I would absolutely recommend Horizon Ridge Skilled Nursing and Rehab Center.

Experiencia fantástica: Since I came to Horizon Ridge I didn’t know what to expect. I’ve never been in a Rehabilitation center before. The staff has treated me very well. Nurses, Housekeeping, Administration, Therapy, Social Workers and Kitchen Staff were so nice to me. If someone was looking for a rehabilitation center I’d recommend Horizon Ridge. I think the nursing staff does so good they deserve even more pay then they already get. I’m very grateful a place like this exists. If I were a long term patient I’d request to come back here.
