Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Kai Morigawara is amazing. I've been dealing with pain for about 12 years now. It escalated last year to the point I was dreading getting up in the morning. I'm talking about neck pain, mid back, lower back, foot and pelvic pain. I was also pregnant when I became his patient and that brought on more difficulties for myself. Dr. Kai is intuitive and helped me listen to my body. He follows his intuition all while listening to you and giving beautiful instruction. If I didn't understand somthing he found away to help me understand. He took his time making me feel important, heard and helped. He also helped me listing to my baby as she grew. He gave me good instruction on how to exercise safety and took great care to ensure I and she were comfortable and safe. I truly believe with out his help and instruction I wouldn't have had an easy delivery with my 8lb 12oz baby. His exercises really helped my pelvic floor and helped heal the trauma from my 6 previous deliveries. I've had 2 other physical therapist help with my pelvic floor and honestly he offered the most help while being kind and discreet all while getting the best results. The exercises he's given me to do and grow with will keep me going for years. They're fun and kind of exciting as he gave me instruction for the future to level them up. I'm so thankful to be pain free most days now. I'm able to run around with my toddler and hold my baby in bliss and not pain. Side notes. My cats adore him along with my toddler.

He listened to my concerns and helped me regain stability in my core. He empowered me to focus on form and function, correcting harmful approaches I had maintained for years. Not only did my abs come together in record time but my overall stability and movement has improved to levels exceeding my expectations. I highly recommend Dr Kai and have shared his services with friends.

I have had his help with several injuries years ago and still use a couple of his exercises on occasion when needed after heavy athletic training. His gentle kind demeanor is exactly what I respond well to during my healing process. I highly recommend him!
