I recommend this place to everyone these days. ------------------------ I've been going to Arleigh now fairly regularly for almost 5 years. He is amazing! He managed to 'cure' my sciatica when PT & epidural steroid injections couldn't help. Front of office is terrific too - she is on top of scheduling and allows for flexibility. While the new location is beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable, don't be fooled by the name - this is not a 'spa' massage, it's therapeutic massage that will (over time) relieve pains due to injury or 'intense' exercise (think, cross-fit), and he will use different techniques depending on your needs (Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release Therapy, Cupping, etc). Parking is easy and free, right behind Liliha Bakery.

Experiencia fantástica: Hidden Gem run by a small business owner who knows his craft well and is very passionate about what he does and appreciative of everyone that supports his business. I was having a nagging shoulder injury over the years and I never really had anything professionally done about it. I found Arleigh and HI Med Therapeutic Massage online and he had nothing but great reviews so I decided to go with him, I had to wait a while to get my first appointment scheduled which is understandable since he does a good job and has a multitude of clients to work on but it was well worth the wait. Location was convenient and office was very clean and welcoming, Arleigh greeted me personally and went about locating the issue and attacking it, along they way he explained everything he was doing and showing me on his phone the muscle breakdown of the body and how he was addressing the problem and how to treat it moving forward along with showing me some exercises to do at home to help out as well. I truly feel he does not charge enough for the work he put into a session based on my experience and I would have no issue paying more if needed, the value of his service greatly outweighs the cost. I hope he's around for a long time cause he's got another long time client added to the list. Mahalo Arleigh!

Experiencia fantástica: Arleigh is awesome! I’ve been to a ton of bodywork in the past and he is spot on. He uses an excellent knowledge base together with great technique and strength to bring the focused pain and absolutely destroy matted, gnarly muscle tissue and restore good biomechanics and movement. Very reasonable prices to boot!

Experiencia fantástica: I have had specific massages before and always request deep tissue. However what Arleigh provides is way beyond that. I walked in with pain level 7 and I walked out at a 2. It's been a week and my level is still at a 2. My plan is to come once a month. I can not recommend him enough. Go see him!
