Experiencia fantástica: I had a separation in the labrum of my hip. I initially went to a different PT who told me he couldn’t do anything to help me. I felt pretty helpless but my doctor referred me to Shawna and she was great. It’s been about a month since I was discharged from PT and I am almost back to my normal/full range of motion with no pain and no surgery!

She taught me a series of stretches that worked well and that are realistic with my level of commitment. My lower back pain is now in check! I went to see her again after injuring my ankle while kitesurfing. Again she helped me to get over my injury quickly so I can be reckless again

Shawna was very passionate about her work, which inspired me to really engage in my rehab. She kept me motivated and I really enjoyed going to physical therapy each week.

Upon entering the Office. First thing I noticed....The walls are painted a very nice relaxing blue with photos of people engaging in sports and active lifestyles. Additionally The Office Staff friendly and personable. The session begins, The assessment of my injury with detailed explanation. Her hard-work ethic and dedication is apparent! Ultrasound Massage, massage, PT strength building exercises followed with kinesiology taping to brace my shoulder from pulling on my neck. I am still on the mend. So It's comforting knowing I have Shawna's expertise helping and guiding my every move!
