Experiencia fantástica: I had severe pain in both forearms for 11 months and visited three different doctors to find out what was wrong. I was tested for every disease and ailment there is. No one could give me any answeres or relief. I was preparing to go to The Mayo Clinic when I decided To give physical therapy another try. I visited Jeremy Kruger with Choice PT. What a great decision. He correctly diagnosed me with chronic lateral and medial Epicondylitis in both arms. His treatment and program got my life back. So thankful to Jeremy and the staff at Choice PT.

Jeremy takes no short cuts and doesn’t expect you to do all of the work- he is hands on and makes it clear from the start that he can help you and he did just that! Experiencia fantástica: Tiffany is a wonderful therapist. When doctors didn't think my daughter would ever walk again, Tiffany was willing to put in the full effort needed to help my daughter walk. It took a lot of hard work on both of their parts, but my daughter CAN walk again! A few years later, when my daughter needed further therapy, we knew Tiffany was the only therapist for us. The hour drive to see her is WORTH it! There are many physical therapists to choose from, but there is only one Choice for us! Choice Physical Therapy is the BEST!

Experiencia fantástica: After getting a prescription for physical therapy, I chose Choice PT primarily because their office was opened after 5 PM, which best fit with my work schedule (my biggest concern), accepted my insurance and because they had good reviews. I am so thrilled that I made the decision to seek treatment there. Grace Miller, PT, DPT, has been my therapist and she's been phenomenal! I was initially injured in 2016, and the two doctors I had seen regarding my back pain did not give me a firm diagnosis and didn't really examine me past looking at x-rays and didn't really ask me about all of my symptoms. Grace was the first professional I've seen for my back pain issue to really listen to me and to do a thorough exam and gave me a definitive diagnosis and treatment plan. It was such a relief to have someone really take my pain seriously and give me a real diagnosis and treatment plan. She's been great to work with in the past couple of weeks into my treatment, and is very kind, courteous and knowledgeable. I completely trust her and have improved greatly under her care. What I also like about Choice PT is that you see your same therapist every session, so you get personal care and attention, and someone who is an expert not only in their profession. but someone who learns and knows your case history. Their office staff are very cheerful and accommodating, and the office itself is a cheerful place to be in. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs physical therapy.

Experiencia fantástica: Jeremy & Tiffany have helped me tremendously after my car accident. They were both very knowledgable about my problems and how to fix them. A very hands on facility, I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: We were first referred to Choice PT by my daughter's pediatrician. Tiffany and her husband, Jeremy are the therapists and owners and they helped my daughter very much! She had one shoulder much higher than the other and we had even seen a chiropractor and he just said some people are just built that way. Thankfully I mentioned this to her pediatrician and she sent me to PT Choice right away. I have had PT before for a lower back issue and sciatica pain and was NOT impressed , but that was at a large company where I never saw the same therapist each visit. I mentioned the issues I was STILL having after many visits and a fortune at the other place to Tiffany. I was hesitant to try again, but she made me feel like she could really help and she has!! I am already better than I was after only a couple of weeks! I am VERY hopeful that she will be able to get me running again! It's refreshing to work with one person and have consistent, real help! I highly recommend them!!!
