Experiencia fantástica: Foothills Sports Medicine at Brown and Lindsay in Mesa, is an extraordinarily good physical therapy provider. I have been there for two separate menus of PT in the last three years. Every one of the staff and therapists I’ve encountered have been knowledgeable, kind, attentive, patient-focused, and highly skilled. In both of my experiences, noticeable improvement occurred, and increased with each session. The facility is clean, well-lit, well-equipped and has a very comfortable vibe, making it a pleasant place to be. I give this facility my very highest recommendation. If you find yourself needing physical therapy, you can do no better than Foothills Sports Medicine.

From the moment you come in, to the support staff to the therapists, I have nothing but praise and thank you. Clients are greeted by name with consistent friendliness.But more importantly, they excel in the field. Most therapists work on you, they partner with you by asking questions and quickly changing routines so you get maximum results! Even my surgeon is impressed!! Would give a 10 if I could. Experiencia fantástica: I would like to thank Dr Lindsey Fonacier and her staff for the excellent treatment I recently received at the Foothills Sports Medicine Physical Therapy in North Mesa. I came there to address some issues that developed after a recent outpatient surgery. Dr Fonacier was very thorough in her evaluation by asking probing questions to identify an appropriate treatment plan and adjusting it as we went along based on her ongoing assessment of my progress. As a result of this evolving treatment plan she developed, the issues I was having have been pretty much resolved. During the treatment process she demonstrated outstanding professionalism, knowledge and interpersonal skills in providing my care. I will definitely be returning to see Dr. Fonacier and her team if I need any physical therapy services in the future.

Experiencia fantástica: I had never been to any physical therapy before, so I was kind of apprehensive at first, but it was a great experience. My issue was lower back pain that was hanging on for the last two years. Andy was my physical therapist and came up with a plan to make my back stronger. He was awesome and he really cared. He listened to my concerns and tailored the treatment to my issues. We also set some goals for what I wanted to accomplish. It took about three months and I can now do my everyday activities again with no pain. Cooking, doing laundry and putting away groceries are no problem anymore. I’m also back to walking on my treadmill every day, playing my guitar, and going goofy golfing with my family. Also, the staff there is incredible, professional, and genuine. A really great group of people. I miss seeing them every week. Shout out to Keaton and John for helping me out with my exercises and keeping me on track. Thank you so much Andy, Keaton, and John for everything! If I ever have an issue with any pain again, I will definitely come back!

The front office ladies are always friendly and go out of their way to arrange preferred schedules and make the paperwork easy. The PT assistants are all encouraging, kind and inspiring. Shoutouts to David, John and Jillian who always made me feel welcome and supported. Jordan was a big help the very first day by teaching me how to get in and out of my car without pain. And I cannot say enough about Jake who has done so much to strengthen my everyday movement. I am able to pickup my grandchildren without pain! I can get up off the floor without help! His personal attention to the specific needs of each patient is what makes you want to keep coming back as you set new goals. Thank you Desert Foothills!

Experiencia fantástica: After 18 therapy sessions my knee and hips have greatly improved. The entire staff is welcoming and professional. Thanks Diane for scheduling my 18 sessions at once, so planning my week was easy. My therapist Lindsey was the best, the massages hurt many times, she always found the painful spots and worked on them, and it felt so much better afterwards. Jillian kept me on task, and pointed out when my posture and exercises needed corrections. I will continue my exercise regime at home and hopefully will be fully functioning soon. Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to Foothills Therapy on Brown Rd for about 3 1/2 months. While all Therapist are good, Jordon Brocker has been working with me for the last 2 months. Jordan is an excellent Phyical Therapist and Patient Advocate. He has helped me navigate though the exercises and focused on where I hurt the worst. He shows a lot of concern for the patients and truly wants to help them get well. The facility is very clean and all staff friendly and helpful. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for Therapy.

Experiencia fantástica: I cannot say enough good things about Foothills Physical Therapy in North Mesa and my physical therapist Jordan. I had shoulder rotator cuff surgery and the recovery takes many months of physical therapy. I used to think physical therapy was not all that necessary, but I am a firm believer in physical therapy now after working with Jordan and seeing the results ! I am so happy I found Foothills and my therapist Jordan. Very nice big facility that had all the right equipment. Jordan was extremely knowledgable and professional and knew exactly what I needed. He is also just a really nice guy and was a pleasure to work with. Jordan was never rushed and he always spent plenty of time working on me at every appointment. He also had great exercise plans for me to do for the remainder of my visit and also gave me great information for exercises at home. I also want to highly recomend John who was the tech I worked with during my exercises after Jordan worked on stretching me at each visit. John was always on top of what was going on and would be there to demonstrate how to do an exercise and what I had to do next. He was very, very helpful in my recovery. Thanks to Foothills, Jordan and the crew I am pain free and able to move and lift weights with this shoulder again !!

Experiencia fantástica: I had vertigo and had dizzy spells pretty bad. I had 3 different people recommend Jake Kelso. I called the facility where he had worked. They said he no longer was employed there and does not do physical therapy anymore. I made my appointment at that facility and went one time for vertigo therapy. It was ok but did not help. I was persistent to find Jake Kelso because he came so highly recommended by 3 different people. He is honest and does not drag out unnecessary appointments like some places do. I did a google search For Jake Kelso and found him! He works at Foothills in the Gilbert/ Mesa office! His past company lost a great person! That's probably why they said he does not do physical therapy any more. I'm so glad I found him. He is GREAT! He is patient, listens, very knowledgeable, gives exceptional care I can't commend him enough. I had physical therapy for 2 days in a row with Jake Kelso. My therapy went great and I don't have vertigo anymore. I am no longer dizzy and worrying about falling, driving etc. He is the best. I feel great since Jake helped me with my vertigo. SEE Jake Kelso he is the best. Definitely worth the drive and time to see him!

Experiencia fantástica: I went to foothills to rehab my foot. After struggling for months and being misdiagnosed I got a second opinion and got the issue corrected. After being casted and then booted I needed therapy. Andy was super patient with me and my PTSD from the previous experience. He took the time to listen to me and my pain. He channeled my enthusiasm to get back to my normal activity and provided me with exercises that would build my strength back so I could return safely. I was back on my bike and hitting the hiking trails this weekend after several months and it felt so good. Thanks Andy!

The two physical therapists I work with, Lindsay and Jordan, are both great! They both have different approaches which gives you different ways to work your muscles back into shape and helps in the recovery process. Foothills North Mesa has a truly great team that will help with your recovery as well as leave every visit with a smile knowing you have also made some friends.

Experiencia fantástica: Over the past 10 years I have had chronic back pain and have seen various healthcare providers with some level of relief. I started seeing Lindsey 5 years ago and she has tailored programs for each of my episodes. She really is in tune to my specific medical needs and talks me through the mental part of chronic pain. I am always amazed how smart she is and knows what to zero in on to help me improve with each visit. Lindsey has a very attentive team supporting her who are knowledgeable and a joy to work with. They take time with each of my visits to assess my pain level and adjust my workout accordingly. There is a very positive atmosphere at this center which helps with ones recovery. I would highly recommend Lindsey and her team for your physical therapy needs, but please don't take my time slot.

Experiencia fantástica: Sciatica pains sucks. I saw Jake Kelso for about 2 months. He didn't just immediately help reduce, and eventually resolve, my Sciatica pain, he fully listened to me and cared about my worries and concerns. Each time I saw him he asked me specifically how bad my pain was, where was it hurting, what activity was making it worse or better. I didn't just want to be healed, I wanted to know everything about my injury. I asked him a bazillion questions and he patiently and fully answered them all, and clearly enjoyed talking about his profession. He is an experienced professional and knows exactly what he is doing. I am virtually pain free now and he provided me with the knowledge and tools (exercises) to get me fully healed, in time. It appeared that all the therapists there are just as kind, caring and qualified as Jake. They all focused carefully on each of their patients like doting parents. The rest of staff there were wonderful as well (especially Keaton). They are all friendly, kind, caring and full of smiles. They genuinely love what they do, and it showed every time I went. I especially liked the way the entire team there works together. They have great choreography and chemistry, and make each visit there as comfortable and relaxing as they can. Bottom line, I cannot recommend this place enough. They resolved my pain and did it quickly and professionally. You can trust this place.

As I age I expect to have more surgeries as I am very active and will always be. As I need treatment I will always, always, always, go back to see Lindsey and her staff. Experiencia fantástica: I've dealt with lower back injuries the last few years and the last time I injured my lower back I was recommended by my doctor to do Physical Therapy, but I neglected to do so. I was a skeptic of Physical Therapy like many people are, but after this most recent lower back injury I took my doctor's advice and was referred to Foothills Sports Medicine. I will honestly say this was one of the best decisions i've made regarding my lower back. Everyone at Foothills Sports Medicine is very professional and loves to help their clients feel better. The atmosphere at Foothills is very relaxed and the physical therapists are very "down-to-earth" and understand all your needs. Lindsey Fonacier was the PT I worked with the majority of the month I was going to Foothills. She initially sat down with me to figure out my trouble spots and assessed my pain level. She then came up with a game exercise plan that worked towards strengthening my lower and increasing my mobility. All of the goals that were set when I first sat down with Lindsey were achieved and then some. I want to personally thank Lindsey, and everyone at Foothills Sports Medicine for their hard work! She always knows what to do to relieve my aches and pains. She is very clear and concise about explaining the different exercises and stretches. She is also very nice and fun to be around. I went in limping due to an embarrassing hip injury (to give you prospective... I’m 30) and by the end of my treatments, I have been running every other day. Experiencia fantástica: I went to Foothills with ear, neck and shoulder pain. I left 6 weeks later with NO ear, neck or shoulder pain. My therapist was Lindsey and she did a terrific job. During the 6 weeks of therapy, I had many conversations with her and can tell why she’s so good at what she does. Lindsey truly cares about each individual patient and strives to make a difference in their life. Her team of technicians take her lead and are always watching to assure exercises are done properly. When my wife and I have a need for physical therapy, we go to Foothills and we go to Foothills because of Lindsey and her team.

I went to see my doctor who referred me to Foothills Sports Medicine and Physical Therapy. Lindsey was my physical therapist. I worked with her and the staff twice a week for six weeks and now am virtually pain free and have full range of motion in my shoulder again. I'm very grateful to Lindsey and especially Ray and Gillian who helped me through this. I recommend Foothills without any reservation if you should require physical therapy.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent therapy by excellent staff. Foothills Therapy was suggested by a good friend who had excellent results. My recovery time was expected to run around four months. The Foothills staff evaluated my injuries consisting of six broken ribs and broken right scapula, and devised a series of exercises to provide strength and mobility. After only six weeks of concentrated effort and wonderful care I have obtained full arm mobility, and with the exception of my bones healing completely, I no longer have any pain associated with my injuries. I highly recommend Foothills Rehab in North Mesa. Not only did I get great results, but the entire staff made it fun to workout.

My treating PT was Lindsey. Every visit I found her to be knowledgeable and professional. My visits with her were very instrumental in my recovery. Because of Lindsay and Sally's expertise, my recovery progressed faster than excepted and my range of motion quickly restored. Experiencia fantástica: I was looking for a pelvic floor specialist and I am so thankful that I found Lindsey! She is extremely knowledgeable and always made me feel comfortable. It is very difficult to find a PT who specializes in pelvic floor, and if you are looking for someone who can help, I highly recommend Lindsey! I had been in PT for almost a year until I found Lindsey, and with her help, I felt so much better after 2 months (going only 1x per week) then I had in a year of regular PT.
