Experiencia fantástica: I pretty much LOVE my new doctor. I was thrilled when I found out this was a spine and injury place but ALSO a general practice doctor, so they do it all for me. I have been suffering from back pain for years and after just having my first child my back has never hurt worse. I am happy to say that after just two sessions I am starting to feel better and they really care, understand and take time to listen and address my problems. The staff is extremely friendly, the clinic is always clean, and I have never waited longer than 5 minutes and I HATE waiting. They get me back and if I need to switch rooms it happens super quick. I would recommend this office to anyone. Thanks you guys!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I would highly recommend STI Physical Therapy on Dobson and Guadalupe Rd. You're coming to a caring dedicated professional group of therapist and front desk staff, that from the moment you walk in, you feel the positive energy all around it. They make coming to Therapy very stress free, working with your schedule and setting a weekly schedule plan that works best for you. If you happen to be a little late for your appt., they are super understandable and go the extra miles to ensure you are squeeze in. Janet at the front desk receives you with a friendly and enthusiastic smile, always going the extra miles to have all your paperwork in order and follow-ups ready for you from the start. She is an amazing person inside and out. Then afterwards, you are received by very down to earth, extrodinarry group of therapist that are ready to tackle your pain. They start by doing an evaluation then setting up a PT plan and the journey starts right then. You are recieved by the main Therapist; Ryan and Christina, then follow by their strong group of super heroes; their assistance; which includes John and Lawrence just to name a few. My therapists was Ryan but mostly saw his assistant John. What I loved about John is that he doesn't sugar codes nothing, super caring, dedicated and very professional man. He is like a coach, ready to help you, and get you on the right track. He works with you hard and teaches you the tools needed to continue the exercises even after your done with PT. When I got to STI, I was very skeptical, didn't know if PT was going to help with my extremly painful plantar Fasitis. And Boy! let me tell you, I was in for a surprise! I went for 15 sessions and what I took with me; the proper exercise they taught me, I continue doing when needed at home. My respect to the whole team and staff of STI Physical Therapy. I give them without no doubt a 5 star rating. I highly recommend them to adults and kiddos. In matter of fact my 13year old daughter just started PT with knee pain and feet problems but that's a story for her to tell when she's done with PT

Experiencia fantástica: I am so glad I did physical therapy with this great group of people! I had an issue with my elbow/hand from years of bad posture and bad habits, but I never felt judged or shamed for this. Everyone working here was so genuine and kind, and the focus was always on meeting me where I was at and finding ways to improve. Christina was my main therapist, and I felt so heard and understood throughout the process. She always seemed to know when I was ready to move up to the next level of weights, tools, etc. All along the way, I got handouts and suggestions for things I could do at home using what I already had, so I didn't feel like I was going to lose my progress when my time at STI was over. Overall, I would say everyone working here was wonderful, from the front desk to even the physical therapists I didn't work with much. I would recommend this place for anyone needing physical therapy and wanting a supportive environment to heal and improve.

Experiencia fantástica: I was recently a patient at STI for an injured shoulder... The facility was clean and well laid out. The staff was welcoming, friendly and professional. Christina was my main therapist and was great! She listened and answered my questions, explained what I needed to do to recover and why she had me do certain stretches / exercises and kept my goals in mind as I progressed. The entire staff was encouraging and helpful! After a few months of therapy at STI, I am happy to say that I was able to avoid surgery and have full use of my injured shoulder. I am certain that with a bit more strengthening on my own I will soon be able to return to my favorite sports. A big THANK YOU to everyone at STI in Mesa, AZ!

Experiencia positiva: Great staff. Jannette at the front always helpful and friendly, reminders for appointments and flexible with rescheduling. Denise did great work with me and got me stronger and made my care more personal with recovery and ice treatment. I do wish I had more opportunity to do scrapping, cupping and release of tension and alleviate the discomfort vs majority strength training as I went on and can build on those on my own. Appreciate the care and detail would recommend. Not sure the Dr. Or Denise that I worked with are there any more.

Experiencia fantástica: Went too Sti years ago after trying another therapist i sas not happy with...They ended up being great..this was for my ACL..A year later went back For my Calcaneus...had the same staff..loved them friendly and remembered me. Loved talking sports...I know need therapy again for my other foot..Just hope same staff is there...they did great...Name i cant remem..was a short Asian guy...upon others..Great staff

Experiencia fantástica: My husband suffered with 4 aorta dissection aneurysms with a <2% survival rate and spent 26 days in ICU. Because of his lack of mobility he had an extreme case of atrophy and was unable to walk when entering this rehab program. Chris, his trainer, worked with him transitioning from a walker to a cane for assistance within a month. Chris is not only compassionate but very knowledgeable and worked him through his deficiencies with restrictive care. We are so blessed to have found Chris to get us through this. We continue our journey to get my very active husband back to full restoration. I highly recommend Chris for all your rehabilitation and recovery!!

Experiencia fantástica: I had went to another PT and wasn't getting as good of results as I wanted, then I started at STI and I'm getting great results and I'm on my way to a wonderful recovery. Everyone is so nice and helpful, Jeanette at the front desk, Chris is an awesome PT and tries very hard to get you where you need to be. Denise, Kevin and John are terrific as well. Experiencia fantástica: Can't put into words how much I appreciate this place. The staff is great! I been putting them to work and every time they have exceeded my expectations with getting me where I need to be. Currently in for ankle sprain which no one could find or diagnose till I came into STI. Chris found it in less then 5 minutes and now I'm getting the treatment that I need.

Experiencia fantástica: This has been the best PT experience I have had in years and I have been to several PT ‘s over the years. I started with Chris and also had Denise and John which was good to get a little variety but they all coordinated care. The most advantageous part of therapy to me was when they worked on my neck muscles and back muscles, using deep massage , trying to soften or breakdown these tight tissues and muscle groups. I don’t feel like just going to therapy and doing the same exercises there that I do at home is very advantageous unless they add to them. The therapists were always great about answering questions and showing how different muscle groups worked and how to strengthen these. It has been a great help coming to this STI group. Even different locations of STI vary! This was the best!

Experiencia fantástica: STI Therapy is the go-to place for all your therapy needs. I had been having back and legs pain for over a year and no relief in sight. Then in June, I came to STI Therapy and met Chris and his magical hands. Within a week I started to feel relief. I could finally walk more than a few steps without knife stabbing pain up and down my legs. After some intensive months of therapy with Chris's help every step of the way, making sure my recovery was always on point. I can not thank Chris and STI for all that it has done for me. It gave me my legs and life back. Finally, I am free from the pain. Also, Stephanie is amazing with greeting you every day. And Denise and Corbin for all the added help and support. 5 Stars and more.

Experiencia fantástica: Today was my final physical therapy session after arthroscopic surgery on my knee 4 weeks ago. All of the P.T. staff were very attentive and helped me to establish a great series of stretches and exercises to regain range of motion and flexibility . I highly recommend the Mesa STI Physical Therapy & Rehab group to anyone needing P.T.!! Kudos to Denise, John, Chris and all the other wonderful assistants, even though I don't know your names. Special thanks to John for sending me out the door with a detailed home and fitness club plan to continue my P.T. progress on my own!!

Experiencia fantástica: Above all and most importantly I learned the correct exercise techniques to rebuild leg muscles after hip replacement. The staff is highly professional and knowledgeable providing thorough explanation and rationale to promote muscle development. It’s been a long journey. Denise, Jen, Lexy, Alex and the rest of the staff were awesome.

Experiencia fantástica: Today was my final "regular" physical therapy session after a total hip replacement. I will be coming back for follow ups in the future. Denise is very attentive and challenges me which only makes me stronger. I was blessed to find a location close to home and to find people who truly care about me. I am also thankful for Lexi. As a brand new tech, she works hard and is always available to help.

Experiencia fantástica: This is my fourth time coming here for physical therapy treatment. I was first seen here in 2012 for plantar fasciitis in both feet and again in 2013 for shoulder pain and a post-op meniscus repair. Every visit, the therapists greeted me with a smile, monitored and assessed my progress, and played a huge part in my successful road to recovery. I could have gone to any physical therapy place that I wanted to but, after my first experience with STI Physical Therapy, I knew I'd get the best and most professional treatment with this great group of therapists.
