Experiencia fantástica: In 2012 I was suffering from debilitating back and shoulder pain. I could not sit in a chair for a few minutes without deep aching in my shoulders. It got so bad I spent half my work days (I am a writer by trade) on the floor with a computer on my chest. By June I was desperate. I went to Lincoln Road Spine & Wellness for treatment because it was on South Beach a few blocks from my apartment. To be honest, I didn't expect much. I'd been to many chiropractors and most did not seek the root of my pain but instead offered quick adjustments and pushed me out the door. Dr. Hudson was different. He seemed genuinely concerned and eager to resolve my problem. He listened closely, asked leading questions. I got the impression that he truly cared. Through him I came to recognize how bad posture was the heart of my problem and he offered a comprehensive regime of stretches, exercises, and adjustments to resolve it. Within the first week my back pain had improved. Within a month I had modified my posture and improved the muscle tone in my back and was able to sit comfortably in a chair again. Though I no longer live in South Florida, I look fondly back at my experience at Lincoln Road Spine & Wellness as a key moment in improving my quality of life. Very highly recommended.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Hudson and all of his staff are amazing. Not only are they friendly and knowledgeable, but they are intuitive and caring in their practice. They fixed me up when my upper back was in worse shape than it has ever been. I can't stress their abilities enough - I am not a person that's been happy with most of the chiropractic work I've received, and I literarily could not think of something they could have done better. The whole staff and especially Dr. Hudson go above and beyond what I would expect.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is wonderful- everything and everyone- scheduling, reminders, customer service, and practitioners. I had physical therapy for tendinitis in my wrist. After 8 sessions, my issue was resolved and I learned techniques to use for maintenance. I would absolutely come back if anything comes up again.

I was so amazed by how much better it was than any place I’ve been before. The staff was so kind and welcoming and the chiropractor was extremely knowledgeable. I was dealing with an irritated Tregeminal nerve and needed a chiropractor to continue my treatments while away. In one session, Dr. Hudson reduced my pain level from a 4/10 to no pain at all. Experiencia fantástica: I had several wonderful experiences at Lincoln Road wellness with Dr Hudson taking care of my left hip when it's out of place and Monica and Jonathan that took care of my Frozen Shoulder It was so bad that I could even reach for a glass in my kitchen Cabinet but after several months of therapy I was able to ski without any restrictions what so ever and have 100% of my left shoulder back. thank you guys for getting me back in shape. I would recommend the Lincoln Road Wellness team to anybody looking for a great chiropractor or PT experience.

They will welcome you like family, they will take care of you and your body in every aspect of body health as one can only imagine. I was healed, educated on how to reprogram my muscle memory, learned the types of exercises I need to do in order to never come back to a chiropractor again. They really work with you the heal your pain and get rid of the reason that brought you there, not to make you come back again and again for a temporary relief. The combination of chiropractic, physical therapy and massage services all in one office have allowed me to get back to my daily activities and to working out in a faster time. In addition, Monica, the physical therapist, is one of the best therapists I ever encountered in my life. She is so knowledgeable, personable, and caring with a great positive attitude. Dr Hudson’s gentle approach and attention to detail granted me the gift of truly enjoying the journey of pregnancy as with each treatment I felt significantly diminished pain and increased range of motion. Equipped with tables and a specialized pillow to accommodate my ever growing belly- I have been able to receive adjustments and stretching throughout the duration of my pregnancy. After the second, I was completely back to normal. While this success story may not be the case for most people, I certainly think it serves as testament to Dr. Hudson's skill and expertise. He is gentle and precise in his treatment and will take the time to explain exactly what is going on, how he would like to proceed, the details of treatment and why it will help. Highly recommended for anyone experiencing lower-back pain.

Experiencia fantástica: My experiences over several months were all very positive. The office environment is outstanding: soothing, aesthetically pleasant (art, music books), relaxing and enjoyable. It appears as if a lot of attention was put into creating a pleasant place to come for healing and rehabilitation. The music is different every day and contributes much more than the usual elevator music in many offices. The entire staff has excellent eye contact, conversations are quietly spoken, and everyone takes the time to listen. Dr. Hudson explains in easily understandable, non didactic manner. He offers as much detail in either lay mans terms or medical terminology depending on your knowledge and needs. I felt a great benefit from the variety of treatments including traction, massage, & Pilates. Assessments are frequent and treatment is often changed due to your needs on the day of your appointment. I am happy to give this office and staff a great recommendation.
