Experiencia fantástica: City Park PT is superb. All the staff, from the front desk to the PTs and the techs, made me feel at home and very welcome. I’ve been to other PT offices that can feel cold and impersonal, but that is the opposite of what I received here. Laura and Dylan were incredibly helpful and fun to be around (not to mention they are supremely knowledgeable). They saw me all the way from complete shoulder immobility to swinging a golf club at full strength. 10 stars. 2 thumbs up. While I’m not hoping for another injury, I know exactly who I am going to call if it happens.

Absolutely everyone there is so welcoming, helpful, and kind; from Cindy and Sarah at the front desk to all of therapists. Laura C and Dylan are absolutely incredible and both gave so much time energy and care at every appointment, so I truly enjoyed my time with them as well as what they’ve been able to help me accomplish with my elbow! My mobility has DRASTICALLY improved (starting aerial silks as soon as the surgeon gives the ok) and I can definitely say this is the place to go in New Orleans for a wide range of services and great environment. As a patient you are an active participant rather than a passive recipient and therefore you feel like you have control over what is happening to your body. Experiencia fantástica: I was terrified before rotator cuff surgery, and worried that pt would be terrible. Randy and the entire team not only put me at ease but listened to all my concerns. The result of their care is that I am close to full use after 2.5 months. Frankly, I am glad my doctor’s choice wasn’t in my network. I can’t imagine going through recovery without City Park Physical Therapy. I’ve still got a ways to go, but they gave me plenty of tools to continue my work at home.

Experiencia fantástica: Jean and Denise built an excellent plan of excersises for strengthening my wrists with mid carpal instability. By the end of the month my wrists were stronger with a lot less pain. Highly recommend them for OT!!!

Special shout out to Lara and Dylan who were my main therapists. Another shout out to Anunya and Sophie, the techs who helped me most often! I recommend the dry needling; he does a great job with it and it is worth it. Everyone is professional, polite and caring. I can not recommend his therapy services enough. She’s a gentle soul and made every visit feel like I was the queen that deserves all her attention. Savannah is a therapist that everyone needs. She is also very compassionate. I could go on and on but not enough space to do so. The front staff was friendly as well and the environment is clean and I always felt safe.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a wonderful experience at city Park physical therapy. I had a really bad fracture on a finger which I had to have seven screws and a plate put in. I was told by the doctor that I might not regain for functioning motion of the finger. With the help of Jean and Savannah, I was able to regain complete range of motion. They challenged me every single session and found new and interesting ways for me to workout my hand. They were very easy to get in contact with. If I needed anything I could text them and they would text me back within 10 minutes. If you have hand issues I would not hesitate to recommend them. I have nothing but great things to say about them. They motivated me to push myself further & further. The ending result is my hand works just like it did before the surgery. The entire staff is super knowledgeable & so friendly. To me it was a safe space where they provided the tools I needed to regain motion. I would 100% recommended “Jean Thomas, LOTR/CHT” as well as “Savannah Landry, LOTR. Because of these 2 special lady’s I was able to get my normal life back.

My last resort was getting PT and I found City Park PT during my search. I went in without a prescription from a doctor and found that everyone was so friendly and helpful. I was referred there secondary to bi-lateral shoulder spurs, which limited my range of arm motion and resulted in severe shoulder pain. After several weeks of physical therapy my range of motion is greatly improved and I am now able to perform all ADLs pain-free. Laura Maher, DPT was my assigned physical therapist. Laura was friendly, patient, knowledgeable and very professional. She was attentive to my issues and adapted my sessions to aide and strengthen my weakened muscles. Laura’s support staff included Megan and Blake, PT Technicians who were also friendly, helpful and professional. The office staff was always willing to assist with any issue. Experiencia fantástica: Crescent City PT is excellent! I came in for a groin injury on my left and hip injury on my right. I am athletic and know my body’s limits however simply walking at times was painful for me. After a 2 weeks of treatment including dry needling from Randy, exercises, and stretches, my movement and pain level improved significantly. Within 5 weeks of treatment I was able to go hiking which involved slowly walking on inclines with weight in my backpack. I’ve received PT treatment from other providers including Tulane. While Tulane was good, Crescent City PT is FANTASTIC. The staff are friendly and professional. The scheduling was always easy. Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: CPPT is the best in town. I’ve been here for multiple ailments and have come out healed, whole, and happy each time. I have worked with both Charles and Randy. Charles healed my absolutely torn up ankle. I am as balanced as ever in yoga and can run with no problems. My most recent experience at the clinic was with Randy. I went in for a misdiagnosed ailment and he immediately knew what was going on and gave me a timeline of how long it would take to heal. We hit that timeline. My injury was spine related, so his immediate and detailed reassurance that I would heal was such a relief. While their services are cutting edge, I was never left wondering what a certain therapy was or why it was being used on me. Along with their professionalism, their customer service is amazing. I always feel like I’m hanging out with a friend or dare I say it, family, when I’m at the clinic. I recommend this facility to anyone in need of effective physical therapy in a kind environment.
