My delivery went smoothly, and recovery has been easier for me this time around. My pelvic floor feels so much stronger than it has in previous postpartum seasons and I’m so grateful. Experiencia fantástica: Very clean, professional, kind, & informational environment. All interactions I have had with every staff member has made me feel very comfortable & taken care of. The portal is a dream, especially when it comes to their at-home PT schedule with demo pictures, videos & descriptions. Communicating with this office is very easy as well via phone, portal or even text. Fellow Tricare patient's tune in especially for this part; Michelle with billing has made this the most seamless Tricare referral I have ever had. She did the research for my specific plan (Prime,) let me know what my PCP needed to include in the referral to get it approved, followed up with me as soon as it was approved & said she will continue to monitor my number of visits & let me know when it will be time to request more (no other outside doctors office I have does ANY of this.) I am pregnant for the first time (3rd Trimester) & wish I would have started this journey sooner with Dr Natalie. I've learned so much about my own body from her already. Those aches & pains other professionals brush off during pregnancy really don't have to be so severe & just learning about the mechanics of the body during labor before it actually occurs has taken away a lot of unnecessary fear. HIGHLY recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Honestly, these women are amazing! Would highly recommend for pregnancy, postpartum, or any pelvic floor concern. I had issues postpartum and it took 8 months for me to find Dr Kayla, and she was able to identify and begin treating problems on my first visit.

Experiencia fantástica: I would have never imagined in my lifetime how Pelvic Floor therapy would help me! Both Dr. Hannah and Dr. Kaylaare personable, kind, validate every concern. They providehope for improvements while explaining the whole body connections! The fastest hour of my week! In addition The high level of expertise of EDS shows! After only my second visit I was astonished by the improvements with my diaphragm and the pain was GONE! (Thank you Kayla!) Breathing without pain! Amazing! I know this is just the beginning and look forward to continuing to improve on my Pelvic Health Journey! ❤️

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Jill is amazing! I started getting treatment when I was about 20 weeks pregnant. I can not say enough good things. She helped me with SI joint pain and every other pain that I had leading up to delivery. I am convinced that seeing her is what made my delivery so easy. Dr. Jill has also helped me though all the muscular imbalances that occurred after delivery. I will be going back for my next pregnancy!

Experiencia fantástica: My first time going here and it won't be my last. I am 16 weeks pregnant and had intense lower back pain for weeks, it was debilitating and seriously effecting my mental health and quality of life. I saw Dr. Jill this morning and immediately after leaving, I felt so much relief. My pain is not totally gone but I cannot express how much better I feel. I look forward to going back and continuing my treatment. Very clean facility and very friendly staff. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Experiencia fantástica: My only regret so far is that I didn’t start my pelvic floor journey sooner! I didn’t realize how much my limitations due to my pelvic floor issues were really affecting my everyday mood. Even after just a few sessions, I feel more confident and in control of my body and my future! I’ve learned so much about how my body works and am excited to make more progress. Hannah is amazing and a great friend and confidant, and the atmosphere of the whole place is so calming and cozy. Can’t recommend this place enough!

I feel so safe and comfortable there, the staff are beautifully caring and gentle and make me feel heard and valid and don't force an uncomfortable pace for treatment. I feel like I can voice all my concerns with my body and am listened to and not made to feel like I'm being dramatic for having pain. The environment is so inviting, inclusive and relaxing and I'm always excited to go back because I can tell that I am making progress! Wish I knew about this place years ago. Very healing experience.

Experiencia fantástica: I cannot say enough amazing things about this place. These are some of the kindest women I’ve ever met. They are caring, patient, knowledgeable, and understanding. I worked with Dr. Hannah for a little over 6 months and I really felt that she was an advocate for my health and met me where I was in my journey. All of the doctors and staff here make you feel comfortable physically (bed warmers, letting you know what they’ll be doing and why, assisting in finding comfortable positions, planning at home work that actually works with your life) and comfortable emotionally (asking about stressors, letting you cry, etc). They start to feel like family. I honestly will be sad to not come back for awhile to see them. They all (especially Hannah) have drastically improved my quality of life and I’m so, so incredibly grateful. Would recommend 10000%!

I have always struggled with going to any type of physical therapy because I don’t always feel heard and like my specific needs are being addressed. They have listened to everything I have told them and gone above and beyond to address my needs. This is my first pregnancy and they are making me feel more confident! I can’t recommend them enough!

Experiencia fantástica: Kayla is phenomenal! I’ve been an athlete for over a decade and have multiple injuries and reoccurrences with them. She always finds a safe and especially fast way to help you on the road of recovery. Kayla is very realistic, creative, and logical in her exercises and always keeps you smiling. Very much recommend for athletes and anyone of any age.

She helped advocate for me through the process of a difficult diagnosis and did research to make sure I had the best care possible. Rockstars through and through, you can’t go wrong with these people! Just call already!

Experiencia fantástica: I started seeing Hannah after the birth of my baby. I think I saw her three times before my post partum brain realized I needed to switch to a place that my insurance worked at which is so unfortunate because I absolutely loved my experience there. She went through and addressed any area of my body that would possibly be affected through pregnancy and birth and I felt like if I continued there, I'd be able to get back to my pre-pregnancy self because she looked at my body as a whole. She also did one session of needling (I forget if it was dry needling or the other thing) and an issue with sensitivity on my outer hips that I had due to 10 weeks of injecting myself with PIO went away. I'm currently doing PT at another location and it does not compare to the treatment at pelvic physio. If your insurance is not accepted there, I'd still strongly consider going here.

Experiencia fantástica: Kayla is fantastic! I recently had my second baby, and just like the first, had a lot of trouble in my hip, and pelvic floor. She worked with me through the pregnancy and after, to help my body heal the way it needed. Now I can sneeze and not worry quite so much about leaking! Plus, my hips haven't bothered me in a while, which is so great. Kayla is super personable, and really knows her stuff. I trust her guidance and knowledge 100%.
