Experiencia fantástica: Jarrod Todorowski. I have experienced his help twice- in 2020-21and in 2023.For the rehab in 2021 following rotator cuff surgery, I was miserable and in much pain. Jarrod was sensitive to my pain in providing hands on therapy. In addition, I found Jarrod to be excellent with providing an education guidance with exercises to enhance the rehab of my body. Last, Jarrod, as the office manager, leads in creating a friendly welcoming atmosphere where all his staff can shine.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff is incredible - the PT and the front desk staff. The friendliness and warmth enhanced the quality of care. I couldn’t be more pleased with the rehab services that I received from my primary therapists, Jared and Ruth. They were incredibly knowledgeable, tough taskmasters, and appreciated cheerleaders! I am so pleased that after I was discharged, Jared remained available to respond to my questions and provided valuable input.

Experiencia fantástica: Jared Todorowski is a phenomenal physical therapist. I went to him for strength training exercises for a specific area. He always made sure I had a variety of practical and sometimes challenging strength training activities that actually gave me a full body workout. He was always energetic, encouraging, patient and kind. By working with Jared, I regained strength but I also regained self-confidence and determination. I would recommend Jared and Pivot PT to anyone who needs therapy.

I have been in and out of PT since high school and I love the energy Jared give and he is great as explaining why an excerise is good for me. Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend Pivot Physical therapy. I have been a patient at this facility on numerous occasions. You will receive quality care, a great workout and a knowledgeable staff. Jared was my main therapist, but I also had the pleasure of working with Ruth and several others at this center. The therapists are never too busy to address any concerns that you have and they explain thoroughly each exercise and making sure that you do it correctly. They have exceeded my expectations. If you want great care and visible results this is a place to go. Whenever I need therapy there is no other place I would go other than Pivot Physical therapy.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff here are just phenomenal! From the physical therapists, techs, and reception. I have had physical therapy a few times in then past, but have never felt so overly welcome and cared for. Jared (my main man) is very knowledgeable. He takes the time to talk to you and explain why you are doing the exercises you are. He is kind, caring, upbeat and funny. His boyish smile can.make a bad pt day into a good one. I also had the pleasure of working with Ben and Sarah. I would recommend both of them! Ben is a no fuss, no muss kind of guy and gets you in and out without too much pain. (Lol) He does an excellent ankle band swoop and is a super nice guy. Sarah has "magic fingers" and is a great addition to the team when needed. Wherever she lands they will be lucky to have her. Ruth will kick your butt and smile while doing it. She really loves her job and the time she takes with you to make sure you are doing exercises right and that you feel good about what you are doing is appreciated. ARSEN!!!!!! An absolute joy in your office. Checking in patients, answering phones, helping with PT, this girl is an asset to your facility and I can't wait until she finishes school and gets stared on her career. I would absolutely return to this office for future PT sessions. Thank you all so much!

Experiencia fantástica: All of the staff at the Edgewood location are very professional, friendly, and encouraging. I have been especially impressed with Jared, Kelly, Ruth, and Arson. I learned a lot about pain science from Jared. Kelly helped me to move forward after 13 abdominal surgeries. Ruth is firm but kind in keeping me on track. And Arson keeps everyone organized. They all seem like a strong team and always make me feel like my health will improve. That is worth a lot!

Experiencia fantástica: Every member of the staff is so kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and encouraging. Jared was my main PT and he is the absolute best, extremely smart and was happy to answer any questions I had about my pain. I also had the pleasure of working with Ruth, Arsen, Sarah, and many other student PTs. They all always checked in on me, were encouraging as I was doing my exercises, and always offered breaks and water. I spent several weeks for strength rehab to address chronic pain in my hips, knees, and ankles, and with each session I could feel my posture getting better, my muscles getting stronger, and my pain fading. I appreciated when any of the PTs answered my questions about form and positioning as that helps me really understand why I'm doing the exercises I'm doing. I was genuinely sad when I did my last assessment with Jared and we both agreed that I was no longer in need of regular appointments - I absolutely loved coming here! I moved to a farther neighborhood but if I were to ever need PT again, I would come back to the Edgewood location in a heartbeat. I also deeply appreciate how queer friendly the office is.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been around the block several times with several PT groups and Pivot PT (Edgewood.) far surpassed any. I love the staff from receptionist to treatment with Jared and Ruth. Jared, amazed me with his observations. He pointed things out I was not aware of, how I walked, balance, weak areas and...!Then the work started. Jared developed a regimen that pushed me, hard!!! I whined, snivelled and groveled and I improved, thanks to Jared and Ruth and all. Love you all! With each new joint I will return to Pivot (Edgewood.)

Experiencia fantástica: At only 17 years old my daughter suffered a severe knee dislocation that tore all 4 of her ligaments, required multiple surgeries and what was supposed to be over a year of phyiscal therapy. An injury so severe can be life changing but thanks to her therapist Jared and the rest of the amazing staff at Pivot she was released from therapy 1 month shy of a year since her injury with full range of motion. To see my daughter happy and doing activities even her surgeon thought she might never do again is the best feeling. I can't thank the staff here enough and I will forever recommend and rave about your services. You know the team is great when you're sad to be released from therapy. Experiencia fantástica: I just had my last visit today for rehabbing my shoulder after surgery and it was bittersweet! I have absolutely loved all the staff at Pivot, especially my physical therapist, Ben, and Ruth whom I had the pleasure of working with a couple times! Ben was very attentive and tailored my exercises to my specific activity goals. The whole staff is very personable — you will never feel rushed or ignored like I’ve experienced at other clinics. Experiencia fantástica: Went to Pivot PT two weeks after having knee replacement surgery. Jared's initial assessment was very thorough and explained their PT program and series of exercises required to obtain the best results. I am happy to report that through this program at their facility and consistent workouts at home , I have achieved the knee strength and flexion to resume biking and hiking again. I will be recommending Jared and this friendly PT staff to family and friends the are looking for best in class PT treatment.

My therapist works me to achieve by goals, he's had a special love for his work. I'm having some co- pay issues because I'm going to fix income., But pivot physical therapy building department is understanding and working with me so I can continue getting better. Experiencia fantástica: I am an avid skier and mountain biker. This past February, I fell on the slopes skiing and had my first ski patrol sled ride down the mountain. MRI and Ortho diagnosed me with a both ACL and MCL sprains. I had difficulty finding an appointment where I have gone before, so I decided to try Pivot PT. I was able get an appointment the next week. I was impressed with the knowledgeable and professional staff. I started PT at the end of March and by Memorial Day I was mountain biking again. Jared both encouraged and challenged me throughout the process. He knew my goals and helped me to achieve them, knowing it wasn’t just good enough to walk without limping, but wanted my knee to be “bulletproof.” Thank you Jared!

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent PT clinic. Loved working with Alice and Ruth. I started with Alice and ended up switching to Ruth’s schedule because I wasn’t able to match up my schedule with Alice’s. Both are amazing clinicians! Ruth takes time to listen to your goals and will tailer the PT session to directly apply. I’m fairly athletic and Ruth made sure she challenged me so I return to a high level of function and can still participate in all the sports I love! We spent an hour + each session and I left with a great workout. Highly recommend seeing her if you’re an athlete looking to return to sport or an active adult. My goals were triathlons and rock climbing and she made sure I could do everything I need to do! She’ll watch your form and make sure you’re building a great base including strength and cardio. Everyone there is kind and fun to be around. I’m currently a PT student and Ruth covered everything I hoped she would cover during my treatment.

Experiencia fantástica: I went to the Edgewood office, and met with Jared due to persistent vertigo issues related to (apparently) crystals in my inner ear misbehaving. He was AMAZING! He was kind, and engaging, and very reassuring through the whole appointment and the treatment, and he fixed the problem on the first try like a BOSS. I don't usually do recommendations, but he is my current favorite human being on the planet, and, as such, I highly recommend Pivot (because everyone else is very kind as well) for all your positional vertigo needs.

Experiencia fantástica: I am so glad that a friend pointed me to the PT team at Pivot's Edgewood location to help with my rehab after foot surgery for many reasons: 1) All the employees - PTs and staff - are skilled professionals, wonderfully helpful, and endlessly friendly. 2) The PTs that worked with me, without exception, were focused on my recovery. They pushed (literally) as hard as they needed to get and keep me on track. They interceded with my surgeon to advocate for a follow-up intervention that was necessary and productive to increase my mobility. 3) Their experience with and knowledge of physical therapy and human health had me learning more from them than from my surgeon or anyone in his office. 4) The location was so convenient to my home and their hours allowed to miss as little time as possible from work. Experiencia fantástica: I have to stay this is the best Physical Therapy place i have ever been to you. They. treat you like family and they Complement you on your progress. Qhen you get there and sign in you never have to wait. Yardley is asking how you feel and very kind. Iman sets you up and frequrnrly. Katie is great.. I have a bad shoulder and am probably will require a rotater cuff surgery. I would never go to any other PT service. You get a lot of attent. The ENTIRE staff is so very helpful.. Good People.

Experiencia fantástica: This is a great place, and great for the neighborhood in its convenient location. Expert therapy with prescription, and a free gym to Silver Sneakers folks. I have been treated several times, and always by the friendliest and gentlest of people. When I can’t make it to the gym, I have printouts of moces to do in front of my TV. But I prefer the gym, and treasure it as a resource.

My therapist Ben Gulliani was very patient with me during my therapy he didn't make me feel like I was just another patient. The office staff Iman and Yardley are true assetts to that office also. They know who you are by name as soon as you hit the front door. I had a few issues with my access and my coverage Yardley got right on top of it. I really appreciate the time that she took to solve the problems that were ocurring. I have refered several people to that office. I will be returning there soon to do more therapy. Experiencia fantástica: In 2007 I had my first appointment with Allegheny Chesapeake (Now PIVOT PHYSICAL THERAPY) for a shoulder injury. After finishing my excellent therapy and regaining strength in the shoulder, I continued to exercise 3 days a week in the back gym which is attached to the front office and therapy area. In 2013 the staff designed exercises before I had my hip replacement and then after the surgery, with excellent results. I still continue my exercise 3 days a week. One of the real benefits of using the gym after one completes the prescribed physical therapy is the ability to use the equipment in the back gym. If you have a question about a certain exercise, the staff is there to answer your question. Excellent, well-trained therapist and a responsive staff who care about their patients. I have recommended them to my friends who are in need of physical therapy.

Experiencia fantástica: I have had 3 pt recovery Incedences related to knee replacements at the edgewood pivot! And now attend "dr steve gym" for about 1 year. This place is great. The facility and equipment is well cared for And always organized. My primary pt was the best, and her associetes were always friendly and very capable. The concern for my individual recovery was clearly the #1 goal for the whole facility. With 3 occurances needing pt, I am well aware of the different methods employed with my pt. No boiler plate processing for me. Now, recovered, being able to use the gym equipment in the mornings before work is quick , convenient, and effective. finally, the support staff, particularly the front desk sets the tone in friendly, curtious, and effecient service. Coming in to work out really makes my day. I strongly recommend this location to anyone needing quality pt services.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve gone to Pivot physical therapy twice. Once for my elbow and once for my ACL recovery. The hours make it really convenient to go in the morning or later at night. The staff is really knowledgeable and does a great job of being involved that shows they care about your progress. There is enough equipment to do a variety of workouts and excersises. I even got a stim/tens unit that I used on my own time at home. If I ever have any physical problems I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Terrific practitioners and great people. I began therapy in March 2018 for a chronic neck problem that had progressed to numbness and tingling in my hands. Although the underlying problem couldn't be addressed through PT (a diving accident in the early 80s resulting in radiculopathy as I aged), Ben Guilano worked wonders with helping me to cope with the neck pain and improving my range of motion. On the heels of the neck issues, reaching for a glass from my kitchen cabinet resulted in shoulder pain that felt very much as I've heard rotator cuff tears described. Ben worked with me from May through August in an attempt to build strength while giving the shoulder time to heal. In the end, I rotator cuff repair was needed and, again, Ben was my PT to rehab my shoulder. I couldn't be happier with my progress - especially after all of the horror stories I'd heard prior to my surgery. Everyone at the Edgewood location have been terrific - Ben, Darcy, Yardley, Iman, and Meghan. Wonderful people delivering excellent care. I actually look forward to my therapy sessions.

Experiencia fantástica: Darcy Levine At Pivot guided me in preparing for my bilateral knee replacements mid-August. She designed a program for me that I could adapt to frequent out of town trips in June and July. I was able to go directly to outpatient PT following hospitalization, without home PT. It's been just two months since the surgery, but will "graduate" this week. She's been helping me to adapt my program for days that I go to the gym, for those when I don't, and for when I'm on the road. I think she's spectacular - knowledgeable, responsive, encouraging.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been here from 2 separate injuries from work since the end of March. These people from the receptionist to the physical therapists have ALWAYS treated me well. I'm like part of their family. They have encouraged me to push myself at times I didn't think I could do it. Always have positive attitudes and very caring people. I live over an hour away but work in Edgewood office right know doing light duty until released to go back full duty and I honestly would consider driving that far again just because I think their attitudes and encouragement to all their patients is awesome. Although I hope not to need physical therapy again for awhile if ever. It's been a long, emotional 8 months for me, but they help make it easier to deal with it.
