Experiencia positiva: All are very attentive to my Mom. Her room ocassionaly may have a latex glove on the floor but is usually clean. The front rehab section is nicer than the back long term care part.

Experiencia fantástica: Having spent 3 to 5 hours a day visiting my 84 year mom/hip surgery while she is in rehab there- 4 days in a row just now, OVERALL what stands out is genuine caring personal contacts throughout the day from the staff.

Experiencia positiva: I stayed there for rehab when I came from Plano hospital and I had 3 hours of pt everyday and that's what I need and I need to go there again!

Experiencia fantástica: My grandpa was in this facility for about 2 weeks and it was super nice! Good nursing staff, therapy was wonderful, and food was surprisingly decent. It was stressful to have to go through this process with my grandparents but the staff helped explain everything and they even called us weekly to give updates on how he was doing. Hopefully nothing else happens and we don’t have to have him go back to rehab but if we do I know we will be coming back to the wonderful staff at Prestonwood!

Experiencia fantástica: My Father-in-law fell and broke his shoulder 12/29/20 on top of having the Corona Virus and was admitted to Prestonwood Rehabilitation. The care was excellent and the Rehab was perfect. They were able to get him over the virus and rehabbed for his shoulder so that he could return home and back to his prior lifestyle. He couldn't quit bragging about how he was taken care of and that he knew he wouldn't have it this great when he returned home. He was especially found of the food although mainly the Oatmeal he was able to have every morning. He still talks about it today and how he just cant find anyone that can make it that good. Highly recommend Prestonwood Rehabilitation 5 star all the way

Experiencia fantástica: My mom spent the last 3 months here after leaving the hospital, she just passed last week. The staff and nurses treated my mom so well and communicated with me the whole way. My grandmother had been in several facilities before she passed about five years ago. None of them compared to Prestonwood. Angela and her staff were the best, and my mom was not an easy customer to please. I would highly recommended Prestonwood to anyone needing care for a loved one.

Experiencia fantástica: While still at Baylor in Cartollton last week, realizing I needed to go a rehab facility rather than home, when I found out it was to be Prestonwood in Plano, I reluctantly went online to look at the reviews wondering what I would find. Sure enough they were mixed. Having been and around other facilities before, I wondered what I was getting into. How would I be treated? Would I be seen as a person of worth or just one of those "come and go patients?" Ho! Hum? Would my possessions come up missing? Would it be a "grin and bear it" situation? I was anxious. Thankfully, I noted the few negative ones appeared to be quite old. I can't speak for the past, but I can assure you this place and its people in the present are great. The best! They care about me a whole lot. They care about me to do all they can to get me well enough so I can go home and back to family and my four legged "little girl" (my terrier). From the time I was transferred here a few days ago, all I have seen and witnessed and experienced has been nothing short of a delightful experience (and no I am not doped or insame), nor encougad to add my thoughts and observations. I am blessed with the care I am receiving here, from my doctors, the entire nursing staff who are "Johnny on the spot" when I call for help; the to administrative personnel, to activity, to all of the therapy staff, kitchen, maintenance, laundry, you name it; I have been treated with kindness, dignity, respect, and compassion. When it comes to the facility, including my patient room, all of this is super first class; it is eye catching. I am privileged to have both a bedroom area and a separate sitting area, both with first rate furniture; including an overstuffed recliner which I have been making good use; and in both areas large screen TVs. Just outside my window is a putting green that I would like to try out before I go home. About laundry: a fear often expressed; things getting lost or missing. How these wonderful people keep up with every ones clothes plus doing house laundry amazes me. They came and took my clothes yesterday, clean and dirty, labeled every item, washed and dried them and brought every item back, with whites neatly folded and pants and shirts on hangers. What's more every item was either hung up in the closet and the rest put in a drawer for me. Cool! When I tell my wife about Prestonwood she reminds me, "you do have a home to come home to." Having to be away for a couple of weeks, I am truly blessed by all who are making my stay here at Prestonwood a place of joy, place of peace, a place of love. They really do care. Rev. Experiencia fantástica: I so enjoy working here and I love the staff we have here. So many awesome people to work with and for. The residents are so great too we always have fun doing activities with them. We may not be perfect but we strive to be the best.

Experiencia fantástica: My father is at Prestonwood Rehab and we have found the staff to be the most caring, kind, and hard working group of individuals. From the nurses, physical therapists, the aids, to the lady that cleans his room are better than other facilities he has been in the past. We checked out several in the Carrollton area. Dano did an amazing job and is thoughtful. All of the staff try hard to assist my dad in a professional and respectful manner even when my dad is not kind or respectful. I wish I could name all the staff by name here.
