Experiencia fantástica: I came here to get an evaluation of my back, and as soon as I came in I was greeted with kindness, the staff and the doctor were all friendly and professional, the doctor explained in detail what he can do to help me, the facility is very clean it's like a huge gym with a health clinic with doctors and nurses and they treat all kinds of medical insurance, including workers Comp. I noticed a lot of professional athletes came here, especially football players, you can see autograph helmets on the wall

Experiencia fantástica: I recently underwent an acute injury of my right shoulder complex when lifting 25 pounds overhead. This made it difficult to breathe and hurt with almost all upper body movements. Rachel was able to locate the source of the problem I was having, treat the source of my issues within three sessions! Afterwards, I was back to lift in 25 pounds overhead almost pain-free.

Experiencia fantástica: Let’s talk about Tremendous Tribendis… So for ten years I have been in pain. After giving birth to my little one I suffered from a pelvic separation that required 8 months of physical therapy. Following that I was just generally never the same and always in pain. I read this would last at least 6 years. Ok, I accepted that. After that 6 year mark I still hurt so, I decided to see if I could do something about it. I had served my time, right? I went to general practitioners, orthopedic specialist, chiropractors, new physical therapist, acupuncturist, massage therapist, had x-rays, MRI’s, and even a colonoscopy to try to figure out what might be the problem and fix it. No success. They all shrugged and said they couldn’t help. Ok, I thought, well perhaps this is just my life now and I needed to just deal with it. Sometimes things happen that change our lives forever and there was no gain in obsessing over it any longer. So I stiffly made it through my days in pain and awoke through the nights in pain. I would try to get comfortable, take another ibuprofen and attempt a descent nights rest. This was just life as I knew it now. So fast forward to last week, when I awoke in horrible pain, as though someone had taken a sledge hammer to my hip. It was the right one, though, not the left that is typically a problem. I didn’t know what to do. Pain shot down through my leg, I then began to have a charley horse in the hip and through the leg, then throbbing, the pain was was horrid and out of no where. I began a series of PT I knew from the pelvic separation I had done years ago, took some ibuprofen, and begged to the sky for it to stop. It wouldn’t. I found some things online to do and finally after about two hours (at 3 am) I received just enough relief for me to get a little sleep. I get up the next morning and I still hurt, very badly. Got the little one off to school and went into work, hobbling. As I was talking to a co-working, and obviously cringing, he suggested I go see someone he uses to stay in over all good musculoskeletal health. I couldn’t get into my regular doc, and at this point, I would have gone full on witch doctor for some relief. So I made an appointment and went in to see Ron Tribendis. We went over the new hip issues and he then asked if I had anything else. Well, I said, I haven’t been able to straighten my left arm for about a year without pain (just assumed I’d need a specialist for a rotator cuff issue), and then there’s the pain I’ve had for ten years but, I don’t really expect you to fix that. We started talking about my journey through past ten years of failed care and he said, let’s see what we can do. Just 30 minutes later, after some physical therapy, deep muscles work, releasing things and some chiropractic shifts (and magic?) I stood up and for the first time in TEN YEARS I did not hurt. Tears welled up, I didn’t know this was possible. The number of doctors and specialist I had seen over the years that brushed me off, I thought this WASN’T possible! I assumed, as one suggested, that perhaps I was suffering from arthritis due to my injuries. I wasn’t… and the feeling of joy, relief and a little anger at previous practitioners washed over me. I went home, got out of the car WITHOUT PAIN, unloaded the dish washer WITHOUT PAIN, and walked like a normal middle aged person WITHOUT PAIN and not like I was 80 years old. All that to say, if you’re suffering, keep looking!!! Don’t accept a life of misery. And if in the DFW area and suffering with pain, go visit Ron #TremendousTribendis (I’m going to make this a thing). He works with everyone, not just athletes, and he might just give your life back to you. Oh, he also released my shoulder, no specialist needed and definitely no surgery. I could not be more thankful!

Experiencia fantástica: In reviewing my experience with Performance, I would have to give them a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10 Emily and her team were Laser focused on my goals of riding my road bike and hiking in the hills and mountains.. Emily was always enthusiastic and encouraging despite the fact that I am a 77 year old overweight guy When we completed the therapy; we had accomplished all of our measurable goals. I was also given the tools to continue my journey of physical fitness

After going to other chiropractors and physical therapist that weren’t really listening when I tried to explain my issues with my back, but instead continued to apply their own methods that didn’t work, he was the opposite. As a cancer survivor with multiple surgeries, my previous team of health care providers did not follow through to see that i had full range of motion in my arms before they discharged me. Experiencia fantástica: I’m so fortunate to have been referred to this treatment center after trying 2 other providers in the area that didn’t help much. I’m new to the DFW area and needed some help with a couple different ongoing injuries. Dr. Tribendis is wonderful. After patiently listening to my 10 year saga of injuries and attempts at therapy he performed a thorough evaluation and confirmed my issues, he thoroughly explained his approach and what he was going to recommend. Dry needling and some adjustments gave me immediate relief in my low back and hips that have lasted. And tools/drills to do at home. I decided to trust him to do a neck adjustment. I’ve been hesitant to let anyone adjust my neck for fear of worsening my chronic condition. He was respectful of my trepidation and didn’t pressure me. I’m so glad I listened to my instinct to trust him. He unlocked my neck and provided me relief I’ve been seeking for 9 years. I hope it lasts and I’m really looking forward to the PT and Conditioning that this clinic also offers. I don’t like chiropractors that adjust you and scoot you out the door with no long term solutions for returning to activities you love. Highly recommend!

He is very quick to accurately assess the situation, is very articulate and clear with his explanations and he hires the best PT professionals. Mohammed with PT is awesome! Have been dealing with hip issues and I took a chance at coming here because they are also athletes and can relate to my training. The PTs have been wonderful, professional and they always have a great attitude. Dr. Kipp was very proactive at creating a plan to getting to the bottom of my pain. Dr. Ron knew exactly what I needed and it took his magic work with dry needling to calm very angry tendons near the hip and groin area. And I’m not a fan of needles! But I trusted him and I was ready to do whatever to get relief. Thank you! Highly recommend them. Whether you’re an athlete or someone that’s dealing with chronic pain, this is the place to come. Experiencia fantástica: I visited PMST on the recommendation of a friend. Dr. Ron Tribendis is a amazing practitioner. He spent time getting to my me and my history, and recommended Dry Needling to improve my shoulder mobility. The results after the first treatment were amazing. I've been dealing with shoulder issues for 30 years, and the Dry Needling relaxed the muscles around my shoulder and have allowed shoulder mobility I haven't had in decades.

Mo was an awesome PT who listened and took the initiative to do research on the issues I was having. He worked with me to find the right stretches and exercises that worked with and for my body. His workouts were research and science based. 10/10 recommend! Everyone is always smiling and so polite in the facility. Definitely a great place for rehab!

Experiencia fantástica: Highly recommend this place and Mo for anyone that is going through an injury needing PT that plays sports. My daughter is a competitive cheerleader who tore her ACL and miniscus, we originally started off at a regular PT place but she was not progressing enough. She needed to gain muscle so she could continue her sport and not reinjure herself. She trained with Mo who was very knowledgeable and got her where she needed to be within a month and a half and 2x a week. I liked the tests that were used prior to her starting and to see how far she has came. He was amazing. He worked with our schedule too and would definitely come back just to have her work with him. He is super knowledgeable and I go see him for almost every injury I run in to for his opinion. I also started seeing Julli about a year ago, she is awesome as well.
