Experiencia fantástica: For the first time in 6 years, I've begun to feel optimistic based on the help I've received at Trinity Wellness. I present as an unusually tricky case, and I've worked with lots of great physical therapists. Luke Buffum, however, is exceptional. He quickly identified the key issues and has begun to develop a feasible strategy for stabilizing my body. I had heard that Trinity Wellness is the best, and I believe it. (The administrative staff is also stellar-- very friendly and efficient.)

Experiencia fantástica: My husband, Rick, had ankle fusion surgery and was referred to Rob Volstad to help with subsequent balance issues. Rob was very knowledgeable in this area and worked very diligently with Rick to overcome these issues. Recently, Rick had surgery for a torn meniscus and has been working with Ildi Gaal on rehabilitating his knee. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional and personable and very patient. Everyone at Trinity Wellness Center has been great to work with from the front desk to the therapists. We would highly recommend Trinity Wellness Center.

I'm currently working with Jennifer and Ildy. Both are wonderful. I've worked with Jennifer in the past for several different issues. She is great to work with. Knowledgeable and very helpful. Her counsel and care plans are right on and her care for you is comforting and affirming. This practice is your go to place for rehabilitation. Office staff is great too. On a scale from 1 to 10 I give them an 11.

Experiencia fantástica: Physical therapists Rob and Caitlin both worked well with my cognitively and visually impaired son, getting him to perform the exercises and making his sessions positive experiences. My physical therapist, Ildi, gives me her sole attention during my appointments and is always competent, professional, and punctual as she helps me recover from arthroscopic knee surgery.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to trinity wellness since i had surgery on my back. Theres not enough words that i can express to even come remotely close to understanding how wonderful this place is. But i will try. Coming in there for the very first time you are welcomed by front office staff who are simply amazing! They know your name and greet you when you come in and say goodbyes when you leave. Right there you already feel important, wanted, cared about. I can speak on all the therapists there on an outsider viewpoint. They are all amazing! They are very friendly and always have a smile. When im working out they always say hello. Its always great interactions. You can tell this place is a great working environment on how the therapist interact with eachother. This is important to me because they all share the common goal of rehabilitating their clients. My therapist is ildi. And let me first off by saying she is the best thing that happened to me. Now let me express why. She pushes me every visit but she also listens to me when i am struggling. She adapts my routines and exercises. She allows me to also have input in my exercises and always thinking outside the box. I have a very demanding job as a firefighter and my body needs to rehibilitate and strengthen. I have been with ildi for months now and we still have more time with eachother. I leave our sessions exhausted and accomplished. She has opened my eyes to all these exercises that i never thought of doing or stayed away from with 20+ yrs in the gym. Im getting stronger and less fearful. She not only talks to me as a client but we talk about family and our days. This makes you feel more comfortable because i know she cares about me. I look forward to seeing her everytime i go! I can go on and on about how amazing she is, theres one thing that is guaranteed, if your searching for a physical therapy center then look no further. Give these guys a try and i bet you will be satisfied that you did. You can take my word for it, or you can book a session and never look back.

She is caring, kind, professional and has helped me so much and taught me a lot too. Experiencia fantástica: “I had Megan as a therapist, and she was great. While I have chronic back problems, I had a bout of sciatica and she helped me quite a bit. She tailored my treatment and exercises to what I needed to do given my outdoor work, walking and gym exercises. When I got an updated MRI, she added some things I could do for my spinal stenosis. She was attentive to my concerns about my balance and added balance exercises. I definitely improved over the months she treated me and would recommend her and the practice to others.”

Experiencia fantástica: I have seen multiple Trinity PTs over the years and have been pleased with every experience. Their entire staff listens and works hard to do what's in your best interest. Most recently, I worked with Chris Ball to rehab after shoulder surgery. He got me back to 100% ROM and function. If you're looking for excellent care Trinity is the place to go.

Very knowledgeable and did easy exercises that took the back pain away and personable and fun to talk and work with at each appointment. Experiencia fantástica: I had Andrew as a physical therapist for the almost three years. I always recommend him to my friends. Having had many injuries over the years, I know that good physical therapy can make the difference between chronic pain and getting back to the sports and activities you love. Because of that, I drive 30 minutes one way for each therapy session with Andrew. After each session, I leave with exercises & stretches that suite my current level and an understanding of what issues I am facing, how they affect me, and how those exercises I am recommended would help me. When I first came to him 3 years ago, I had knee pain and couldn't run a mile without my knee pain stopping me. I have gone to run a half marathon recently with no knee pain. I also saw him for shoulder pain when bench pressing which he helped me get rid off.

Chris is knowledgeable and worked with me on achievable goals. He helped focus my recovery on my sport and gave me exercises to reflect things I would be doing if I wasn't injured. It made the road to recovery a little less jarring. I will come back to Trinity if (I hope not) I ever get injured again and will continue to recommend it to others.

Experiencia fantástica: I showed up 6 months ago as a patient needing to recover from shoulder surgery, but I feel like I was discharged today as a friend. The office staff sees me coming and welcomes me by name, and the therapy appointments are personal and enjoyable, while being extremely fruitful and effective. I am certainly glad to be back to regular use of my arm, and to not need weekly therapy, but no more regular appointments mean no more easy opportunities to catch up with my new friends.

He quickly designed a plan of exercises and explained what I should be working toward. Improvement was slow but noticeable. I will continue using these exercises. The facility is clean and comfortable, and everyone is very professional and helpful.

Experiencia fantástica: Both of my kids worked with Caitlin when they were under a year old to avoid needing helmets since they both favored sleeping while looking to the left and started getting flat spots. The doctors didn't seem concerned because helmets exist (but I wanted to avoid that experience if possible) so I am so thankful I found her! She was able to work with them and help them avoid the dreaded helmets. She is amazing, very sweet, patient, understanding, my kids love her and I couldn't recommend her more! The front desk is always friendly and helpful. Great customer service all around.

I have been a long time patient and any time I am in need of physical therapy, Trinity Wellness is first on my list. They are patient centered and attentive to the needs of their patients. You certainly know you are valued as a patient when you receive services. I have had excellent outcomes following all of the treatment services I have received over the years. Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to Trinity Wellness for all my physical therapy needs for the last 19 years. They are the best group around. The whole staff is nice and friendly. They make you feel comfortable and confident in their knowledge and expertise. I've seen multiple therapists at Trinity, but I've been working with Matt on my two most recent injuries (a torn calf muscle, and a torn rotator cuff.) Both times, he's helped me get back on the court playing and coaching without needing surgery. There wasn't a cookie cutter plan, everything was custom tailored for my abilities and needs. Matt oversaw every rep of every exercise to make sure my form was correct, and tweaked things when necessary. After each and every session, I received a breakdown of what we'd done, and detailed instructions for my homework. Trinity truly is the best, and I highly recommend them.

Chris has been my therapist over the last 5 years for six osteoarthritis surgeries: hips, shoulders, and knees. Chris's professionalism has served me and Trinity very well. In all cases he has employed his knowledge of multiple PT philosophies, therapies and techniques to design treatment programs that have produced exceptional results. In all but one of my rehab regimens I realized exceptional results in both the required length of the therapies and the rates of improvement. In the one case where my recovery progress was not up to expectations, Chris worked exceptionally hard to test and pinpoint techniques and treatments that produced improved results. Experiencia fantástica: Following surgery, I went to Trinity Wellness Center on the advice of my in-home physical therapist, and because it's much closer to my home than the surgery center's PT center. It turned out to be a great decision. I could not have been more pleased with the therapist I was matched up with. Megan is terrific! She always made me feel like I was her only patient during our sessions. She's friendly, knowledgeable, a good teacher, generous with praise for a good effort--while understanding of whatever difficulties I had--and ready to experiment, to find what worked best for me. But she was firm in her encouragement that I must do the stretches, do the exercises--there and at home--in order to reap the rewards. She was right, of course, and with her help I learned a lot about how to help myself, and made excellent progress. Everyone I encountered at Trinity was friendly and helpful. The facility is kept very clean. I constantly saw equipment being sanitized before each user, as it should be. I would recommend Trinity Wellness Center, unreservedly, to anyone in need of physical therapy.
