Experiencia fantástica: My assistant’s aunt lives in Riverside. For being nearly 80 she gets around really well. When she fell, she was afraid she’d have to go into a home. My assistant was also beside herself. Having had to rehab lots of sports injuries, I knew the phrases to ask. I called to several facilities in the area. Plymouth Tower was the only one that talked about the therapy after she left facility. That was what I needed to hear. Her aunt was out three days early and is on her way to see her grandkids. Plymouth Tower is the reason.

Experiencia fantástica: To say my aunt is stubborn is an understatement. At 79 she insists on living in “her home” despite the families objections. Last week our worst nightmare occurred; she fell in the kitchen while home alone. Thankfully her injuries were not too serious but it was obvious she would need round the clock care while she recuperated. After much searching we found Plymouth Tower and though Aunt Harriet was less than cooperative at first she is quite happy now. Her caregivers are patient, friendly, and we see a marked improvement! Thank you so much.

Experiencia fantástica: After a nasty fall my grandmother was having some trouble walking so we took her here. Right away we knew it was the right place as the staff was beyond friendly. My grandmother lives with us so we didn't like leaving her here for a long period of time but we knew she was in good hands. We visited her every single day and much to our surprise she was having a blast. She really enjoyed hanging out with the staff and she was making major progress as far as walking goes. She loved it and we are all very happy with the results.

Experiencia fantástica: I was a patient at the Grove since the 28 of August till 9 /15/23 I would tell you I not only experience the care that the RN , CNA, PT TEAM & RECREATION TEAN AS THE LVN'S .showed such kindness and at PT. Caring for our recovery . I would recommend The Grove to any person that needs it. Personal hello to Rhodelia, Mirah, oh the custodian Laura , Ben, Liz , Johnathan, my recreation beautiful friend so much kindness and care. Good Leadership, makes for an excellent team. Especially Kelly Delgado who invited me to choose the Grove . I do not regret choosing the Grove . I would choose it again if I needed too. Experiencia fantástica: I came to The Grove in the fall. I stayed on the 2nd floor, the SNF level. I was impressed with the amount of privacy I was afforded because that is very important to me. Being able to be behind a closed door has made me feel more comfortable. The physical therapists, Carrie and Elena, and the Occupational Therapists Dr. Tiffany and Sonia have been patient with my chatty nerves as they kindly guided my recovery. Carrie is a brilliant therapist with a great deal of intuition. Erica was a therapist who understood how important my religion was to my recovery and she respected it. I was very surprised to find such a wonderful array of cable stations available to me. The nurses like Maryann, Rhodelia, and Delphine were kind and the C.N.A.'s always made me comfortable and helped me maintain my hygiene. Marie, the activities director is the most caring, kind-hearted person and very well suited for her job. Elmer is in charge of maintenance and is quick to attend to any complaint. It can be frightening being in that position But the staff there made it much easier. UPDATE: 7-3-23 A few weeks ago, some caring employees of the Grove were driving down the road and noticed an older woman walking her dog. As they watched her, she had fallen in the street and was incapacitated.The staff at the Grove are very special and ever vigilant - this was one of their residents! The two of them jumped into action; Maria calling for emergency services and securing the client's pup, while Nurse Neddie attended to her medical needs. They were their kind, warm, wonderful selves, doing something they consider unremarkable in a very remarkable way. They stayed with her until she was escorted to the hospital and took care of her pooch too seeing to it that he had care in his owner's absence. That's the kind of care you can expect at The Grove Care and Wellness. What more could anyone want?

Experiencia positiva: I'm currently staying at Grove Care Wellness for rehab from a broken ankle. The facility is clean quiet and the staff is friendly and helpful. This morning I was craving bacon so I placed a Doordash order for Double smoked bacon and hot chocolate my order was delivered but somehow misplaced! I was really disappointed and 3 staff members Neddie Ben and Naya tried to locate it almost an hour later I gave up hope. Then Naya Activities Director came to check on me she was apologetic and stated she would personally replace my order on Monday. I told her not to but she was adamant she also took one more look around and found it behind the desk I was so happy and very surprised that during the busy breakfast rush the staff cared so much about one resident Naya is a Rock Star and I highly recommend Grove to anyone needing skilled nursing care or short-term rehab! Naya warmed my breakfast up and I was one happy camper. Thank you Grove staff you all ROCK????

Experiencia fantástica: As a resident here at The Grove Care and Wellness I have nothing but positive great things to say from nursing staff, maintenance, and activties lady coming to sing to me on my birthday with my nurse. I highly recommed this place with wonderful staff and customer service.

Experiencia fantástica: I recently came to this facility to visit a family member, I really didn’t feel comfortable with COVID still going around but this facility made me feel safe. The staff I spoke to were really nice his nurse Ben and Nerda very kind! Thank you to Maria for being professional and helpful, I definitely recommend this place to all families if needed.

Experiencia fantástica: I am currently a patient here at the Grove the nurses here are great. One nurse in particular is my wound nurse Netty she stood out the most to me. All cnas are great but one that I would choose would be Jennifer she’s always going on and beyond. Also thank you to LVN John for always explaining the meds he gives me every single time. Everything here has just been perfect!

Experiencia fantástica: The staff are amazing, if you need something they come as soon as they can and are very polite. The food is amazing, the best I've had at a SNF and meals are well balanced. The facility as a whole smells very clean and the environment is inviting, makes you want to be there. Even Nicholai (sorry for the misspelling, if I did), who I dubbed the "Behind the scenes guy" was passing out meds and was really nice... I love how everyone came together to get s*** done regardless of if it was part of their job description or not. Kudos guys, I wish there were more facilities like this.

It's located in a large iconic 7-story building in beautiful Riverside, California neighborhood with views of the historic Mission Inn. The care is outstanding, approaching the mythical 6-star rating. First class care far ahead of it's competition. The food and facilities are like staying at a hotel instead of a nursing facility or hospital. If you are ever lucky enough to get an opportunity to get some recovery care here, by the time you're healed you won't want to leave.

I felt confident that my family member was getting the care and support she needed. As a team member, most of the staff have been here for years, and we have all quickly become like family.

Experiencia fantástica: The rehab team at The Grove is outstanding and consistently provides both in-patient and out-patient care for physical and occupational therapy and speech. The rehab team truly cares for their patients and goes above and beyond to make sure they stay current on the needs of their patients and provide current techniques for care.

Experiencia fantástica: After getting surgery in my Achilles and ligament repair on my right ankle I was sent to “The Grove” for physical therapy. I staff at “The Gove” were very knowledgeable and patient with me when I was conducting painful rehabilitation exercises. They were very honest with me regarding my progress and demand the best when I was doing my exercises. After my 12th physical therapy session, I was able to regain most of my range, flexibility and some strength to my right ankle. Over the years, I had several on the job injuries which need surgery and physical therapy. “The Grove” physical therapy has been the best place I have been so far. I would recommend “The Grove” for physical therapy to family, friends and anyone looking for a good place recover from surgery.

I spoke to rodhelia on the phone and she answered all my questions and made me comfortable about my mom staying there. My mom was very happy about her stay there. Experiencia fantástica: I’ve worked at several other skilled nursing facilities in my 9yrs of being a physical therapist assistant, and each time I’m at those other facilities it is clear that The Grove is a superior facility on many levels. I can honestly say that each member of The Grove’s rehab team deeply cares about each patient and their progress to return to prior level of function.

Noticeable nurses are Rosie Delphene CNA Jasmine Michelle therapist Jun they are very kind great workers and I would definitely use them again next time

Experiencia fantástica: I haven’t been here long but one this I know I can say is that. The grove care and wellness SNF is such a such a hardworking team. Everyone has great communication skills. Everyone here is easy to talk to without any difficulty. The staff from all departments are very accommodating. If I ever need help I know I can turn to anyone here at the SNF and for sure will get the help. Everyone loves to work as a team here.

Experiencia fantástica: My grandpa stayed here for a few weeks and he wouldn't stop saying how much he loved the staff! When I went to visit, I got to experience first-hand just how wonderful the staff was! The staff were very accommodating even though they were busy. The rooms and hallways were also pretty tidy and clean from what I saw. I highly recommend this rehab facility if your loved one is in need of one!

Covid made it much more difficult to visit him, however, the nurses were kind enough hold their phones up so I could talk to him through facetime. I cannot stress enough how helpful this place was during such a hard time for my family.

One of the main reasons I have stayed working here is our amazing and knowledgeable staff. We love and care about each other and that translates into the love and care for our patients. In fact, several members of our rehab team have had family members come and rehabilitate on the second floor nursing unit. We strive to provide the highest rehab care and work closely with our nursing partners in order to do that. We are committed to each patient reaching their highest potential!

I cannot day enough about the therapy team who worked so diligently with me to get me to the point of my returning home. They are special people. The nurses and CNAs are dedicated to each and every one of their patients, regardless of how they are met each day. And just as important to me is the knowledge that that respect and civility are shared with each other. I must also thank the cooks for continuing to surprise me with the quality and taste of the food service.

It smells good and everyone is always smiling. I reccomend everyone go here for rehabilitation. 5 stars!!!

I had an amazing experience working with the Activities Department they really work together and take the time with each and every patient. Second floor has an awesome therapy department. Great place for your love ones.

Experiencia fantástica: The Grove cared for our Mother for over 2 months - they were extremely caring, nice, welcoming and worked with when Mom declined and couldn’t do rehab. The place is older but immaculate. We have been to other newer, more expensive facilities and they do not compare. The Grove is best. They truly treat you like family. I would highly recommend this facility. The closest thing to keeping your live ones at home.

She is always willing to go out of her way for them, she always has a smile in her face. This facility I would recomend because they have such a clean facility, fresh linen everyday! Great tasting meals! And everyone from the housekeepers to kitchen staff, to administration they are all courteous and kind!

Experiencia fantástica: My mom has been in this facility for 5 months on Hospice. She has Alzheimer's, final stage. I took care of her in my home for nearly 4 years. It was very hard to let go of her care but with my age creeping up I just didn't have it in me anymore. I am so happy with the staff at this facility. They are so caring and good to my mom. I highly recommend the skilled nursing floor. People that come for physical therapy are very well cared for and seem to make progress quickly. In the time my mom has been there she has had 11 different room mates and all have been rehabbed and all seem very happy with their care. Thanks so much to the whole staff!

Experiencia fantástica: My Mother has been in the Skilled Nursing unit twice. The staff have taken great care in her treatment. My Stepfather stayed with her as much as possible and was very welcomed. My Mother's condition warranted more assistance than my stepfather could handle at home and they now have moved into the assisted living unit and are very happy they said the food was outstanding and everyone is so helpful and kind. I have been very pleased with the care they are receiving. Thank you
