Experiencia fantástica: I came here for pre employment work up. Before hand I saw the reviews and they weren’t good. People were complaining about the staff being rude and wait times being excessive. However, I had a great experience. The staff were very nice and appropriate. When I got to the back the guy that helped me was very nice and efficient at his job. I was in and out in an hour. I had to do mask Fit text, vision, vitals, urine test, blood work and see the doctor. So an hour isn’t bad for all of that.

Experiencia fantástica: I had to go and take a drug test for a new job I got and the 1st day I went to a location in my area and was in the line for 10 mins and still hadn't got called to even check in so I left and went to a different location the next day. I was in and out in 45 mins. So while my first attempt was not a good experience my second attempt was a great one. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the wait time was not bad at all. If I ever have to use concentra again I will go straight to the 2nd location any day.

Experiencia fantástica: Went in for a Drug Screening. I was greeted with smiles by Lily, Oralys and Juanita at the front desk. All were in great moods and they made me feel comfortable right away. I was given some paperwork to fill out. Once I turned it in, I was asked to have a seat. Very comfortable lobby seats by the way. I figured I’d be there for an hour or so. To my surprise, I was called back within 10 minutes and was finished with my drug screening quickly and easily. I’ve never had a more pleasant experience when visiting any other facility for this type of screening. You can tell that the staff here really cares about their customers time and comfort. I would definitely recommend this Concentra facility to anyone that needs their vast array of services. The staff definitely made my day better. This is how healthcare should be. Thank you all.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff were very nice and didn’t make me feel like out of place. I was there for a dot exam and It was the best visit by far, throughout my career. I have been to other medical clinics that also deal with my place of work and they have never been close to the service I received this time around. I went back to work telling the rest of my crew members how good this experience was. The whole building was spotless and very clean. Besides the restroom needed paper towels to dry your hands. I commend you guys and Thank you very much and keep up the good work.

Experiencia fantástica: I came is as a walk-in to get a physical and drug screen they advised that it was going to be a few hours as they were busy but they still helped me promptly to where it didn’t feel like it took that long and they also gave me water and snacks for the wait very professional I was treated very well even though I wasn’t a patient of there’s.

The one male staff who conducts the Fit Test for the N95 masks is the bomb....he know what he doin and he gets you in and out no playing around or waiting. Always respectful. Thank you to all staff every time I come making my visit pleasant. Good job team. Oh and not to mention, wen ever it's someone's birthday they decorate the little right front corner so wen and whoever the person is, soon as they arrive to work they see it and I know it makes their day. That's Team Love right there. Keep it up....you guys rock.

Experiencia fantástica: Only thing I have a problem with is I did not get the receptionist name! Due to COVID, I was not able to use there water fountain. The young lady identified I was there for a urine test and immediately offered to walk over to there break room and get me one of there cups and bring me some water. I really appreciated her because it was crowded, some people were getting impatient, and yet, she took the time to identify someone in need to get me out of there and not have to wait on me having to use restroom. Thank you again.

The guy at the front handled some paperwork with me and I went back shortly after that. The girl I was with when I went back was quick and efficient. Overall great experience.

Experiencia fantástica: The physical therapists at this location are amazing! They are so sweet, caring and gentle. I always feel welcomed and comfortable when I arrive for my appointments. If at anytime I'm uncomfortable or hurting, they check in and help me out!

Experiencia fantástica: Wait times can be some what long. I was in to see doctor due to a work injury and I can tell you doctor really cares about your well being. She ordered multiple test and put me on modified work. She was not in a rush to see me and go to next patient, she took her time making sure she got all information and explained everything to me.

Experiencia fantástica: Mind you when they ask you how much it hurts from 1-10 it’s to see how much of the time you will be sitting down lol. I said 9 on a broken fibula to be generous and got a “he may sit 90% of the time with his leg up “ lol but good cute staff. Should of said 10 lol

I was pleased that the facility was very clean, the front and back office was friendly, and the medical assistant and doctor guiding me were very professional and knowledgeable when asked any questions or concerns that I had.
