Experiencia fantástica: This place is wonderful and attentive to every patient. The staff is amazing and they truly care for this patients. My mother-in-law was a patient there and she was well taken care of and the therapy department is amazing.

Experiencia fantástica: I would highly recommend University Post Acute Rehab. It was my first experience in a Rehab Center and I was quite impressed. The staff was outstanding from the PT, OCCUPATIONAL,Nurses, Kitchen Crew and cleaning crew everyone went out of their way to assist. I felt very well taken care of. All though I am not looking forward to being in a Rehab again if I am able to choose one, University Post Acute Rehab would be at top of my list. Thanks for the experience. Geraint Williams

Experiencia fantástica: I would like to thank Alvin Narayan for calling me even after my mothers discharge date. He noticed some red flags on her labs. I took my mom to the Emergency and they discovered some possible internal bleeding.

Experiencia fantástica: I was a patient as a transfer from UC Davis hosp. When I arrived, I was taken to my rm to get settled. My new roommate, Helen, was wonderful. The staff quickly introduced themselves, from my nurses, Na, kitchen mtg, arts & crafts, bingo.. I was quickly surprised by the fun and laughter as I was healing. Pt and Ot really worked me out every day. I appreciated their time and care to help me be better at moving & strength building. 3 wks later, I was cleared to go home. I was happy and sad. I really loved these folks. Thank you, Darod, Leslie, Nurses, All staff for your amazing parts in my healing journey. Thank you. I also miss my patient friends.❤️ Julie R

Experiencia fantástica: Ana Samora is the best CNA working at this place. She loves her job and take care patients like a family member. Most are good CNA but some of at night duty even don’t empty urine container.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is good. Everyone works hard to ensure that patients needs are met. The food is plenty and nicely varied. The doctor is not usually here but one day a week, but there is a nurse practitioner and many CNAs and physical therapists as well as others. We are happy with the overall place as well as their staff.

Experiencia fantástica: My best friend of 68 years is currently a patient here. Yesterday there was a team conference to plan her care. The staff heard her 2 major health concerns & took immediate action to address them. Today they recognized how exhausted she was from her medical treatment last night in the ER, and did their best to promote rest while still providing PT to improve her function. She is genuinely being seen as an individual & not being treated as just any other patient

Experiencia fantástica: The attention to detail in this facility is amazing. The beautiful Norman Rockwell paintings and the touch of floral wallpaper edging the halls. While visiting a loved one at University Post Acute, I saw the attention given to the patients and the work that goes into helping care for their patients. I would recommend this facility for anyone having to go through rehabilitation.

Experiencia fantástica: If you are looking for the best care and a clean facility this is it! My 93 year old mother spent 6 weeks here, just discharged on 9/30/19. The staff is awesome, the doctor actually calls you back, the physical therapists are top notch! Especially Mark, he is an asset here! The cleaning crew here works around the clock! No smell ever! I would highly recommend! Thanks for all of the wonderful care you provided my mom.

I believe they really cared about, not only my mother's care, but our family's knowledge and understanding of my mother's situation, care plan and recovery. The office staff was always friendly and always took our calls, and answered our questions, providing helpful and thorough answers. I fully recommend this facility, should you ever need services such as these.

We had a private room for our loved one. Therapy team available everyday!!! If you need a post acute facility, LOOK NO FURTHER!

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful facility. Top-notch physical therapists and caring staff. I’ve had three surgeries over the years, and the two rehab facilities I was in previously were nightmares. This place is clean, does not smell, and the staff treat the patients with respect.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is wonderful, a gem tucked away, almost invisible in Sacramento. My mother stayed here for 3 weeks and they rehabilitated her well enough to return home. Everyone I encountered from cleaning people, nurses, kitchen servers, the social worker - Derard, Amy, head nurse, physical therapists, the dietician, all cared and were very competent. I checked several places out before choosing a facility and this was the only one that did not smell like feces and urine. It's a clean, well-maintained, and uplifting place. They even let me bring my mom's dog to visit her everyday. Be careful, because some of the 5 star rated facilities out there are not 5 stars when you take a tour, but this one is. Highly recommend this place. Thank you, UPAR.

Experiencia fantástica: I have visited University Post Acute on a number of occasions. The facility is incredibly well managed and very inviting. It is clean, odor free and the staff are amazingly attentive and welcoming. I highly recommend University for anyone requiring skilled nursing care.

Experiencia fantástica: I'm seriously impressed by this facility. I came to visit a friend who is recovering from hip surgery, and spent a couple of hours with her. The staff was super friendly, the facility clean. The staff even remembered my name, which I found amazing given all the people they have to know by sight. My friend had only good things to say about her stay. I had lunch with her, and the food was excellent. Very impressed with this place!
