Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love my PT— Gerard!!!! Not only is he very skillful, knowledgeable, and professional, but he is comedic. He keeps my sessions light and enjoyable even when the sessions are painful. I also enjoyed my 2 sessions with Matt, who rotated here while Gerard was off. He was informative and gentle. I have a ways to go, but my experience and healing have been amazing. Thanks so much, and God bless you all.

Experiencia fantástica: I was having problems with balance control issues. Tyler worked with me and my condition greatly improved after 12 sessions! Initially,, I I also complained of intermittent lower back pain. Tyler taught me how to do early morning stretching & again, the condition improved! The facility was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. I certainly enjoyed working with Tyler! He is very knowledgeable, a good educator, patient, very personable and yet certainly professional! I will certainly return to Athletico for any further physical therapy treatment needs. Thank you! I

Experiencia fantástica: I came to Central West End for recovery from ACL reconstruction. My favorite thing about Dr. Gerry is his patience and willingness to explain everything. I leave with a full understanding of my program and the reason for the exercises. I highly recommend this clinic!

Experiencia fantástica: You will NOT find a physical therapist better than Dr. Catapang. I have been to several PT’s throughout my life and no one is like Gerry. From your consultation to the very last appointment, Gerry focuses on YOUR personal body, wherever it is in your healing. At other PT offices, (and unfortunately I’ve been to many), I only ever felt like I was just a body that had a particular issue and the PT just gave me exercises to do. Not Gerry. He examines every square inch to get to the root of the problem. He will manipulate your body in ways you’ve not experienced before in order to gain results. I have felt at a loss with my back issues, which have forced me to have atrophy, which have given me new issues. Gerry has fixed almost every one. He is extremely knowledgeable and explains things in a manner that anyone can understand. Along with throwing a joke or two in. ;). From my scoliosis I’ve had all my life, I’ve went to different PTs and told them I feel like one leg is shorter than the other. Gerry is the ONLY one that actually FIXED that! I’ve had 3 back surgeries and my fait was looking bad for ever being able to ski again… with seeing Gerry for a few months before ski season, I was able to ski again!!! And if that all is not enough, ontop of all his knowledge, and the outstanding outcomes I’ve had, he’s personable, so funny, and remembers details about ALL of his patients. I would send my kid, my family, everyone I love, to Gerry. You WILL not be disappointed. He’s well worth the drive if you don’t live close. Guaranteed.

Experiencia fantástica: This Athletico facility is wonderful! The staff, is very friendly while being professional and Dr Gerry Catapang is the best physical therapist I have ever been to! I first met Gerry when I had a fall and hurt my lower back. In 2 weeks I was ready to go on a trip to Morrocco! Since then I’ve had shoulder surgery and more recently ankle surgery! I am already walking and continuing to work on shoulder therapy with Gerry! I would recommend this facility anytime!

Other therapists I've visited don't compare in terms of knowledge and skills. Prior to becoming Gerry's patient, I had a therapist for vertigo and another for sciatica & upper back. Gerry addressed both situations. Great in his craft; would be a heck of an instructor at a medical school.

They are professional, listen well, and provide a variety of options in improving my issues. I am SO VERY PLEASED with their expertise and suggestions. Experiencia fantástica: I broke all six major bones in both legs in a bad car accident over 25 years ago and have had multiple surgeries and many rounds of PT. In all that time, Dr. Gerry Catapang (Ph.D) is the first PT who treats me as a whole person who needs to walk with less pain, not just ONE joint that an ortho wants to operate on. He **listens to me** and adjusts therapy based on what I need. Gerry helped me qualify for at-home PT after surgery, which I didn’t even know was possible. It was so helpful for both me and my sister who was stressed about getting me in and out of the car in the ice and snow, and of course all the driving. He is also a huge cheerleader, both for clients and his junior staff. He’s always encouraging them to grow, improve and get more education and certs. It’s just a positive environment all around.
