Their patience with my frustration in finding suitable times was outstanding and so appreciated. The PT, Kara, who is working with my husband is doing an amazing job. She is so compassionate and understanding and gently pushes him forward in meeting his goals. Her infectious smile always starts the sessions off on a great footing. Experiencia fantástica: I was very impressed with the care I received today at my first appt! The front desk was lovely and really took the time to go over paperwork with me. Mark was an excellent and attentive PT. I am a bit of a special case as a professional dancer, and Pilates teacher with a thousand questions about my body mechanics and he took it all in stride. I thoroughly enjoyed my time with him and learned a lot. He was careful with my body and took his time assessing and asking more questions. He went above and beyond, offering to refer me to a colleague of his who has more direct experience working with dancers. He also provided me a plan of exercises to work on, and a much clearer idea of what the issue I’m dealing with looks like. I worked as a tech in a PT office for several years, and I’d confidently recommend Mark based on the lovely experience I had today. Thanks Mark!

Experiencia fantástica: Jenna Fox was very insightful in her evaluation of my back problem and the exercises that would be best to address it. She took the time to answer all of my questions and make sure I was doing the exercises correctly. She even did some measurements to determine that my legs are not quite the same length, which may contribute to my problems. And last but certainly not least, she has a friendly and energetic personality and approach. I was very impressed with her.

Experiencia fantástica: I am very happy with my results of my Physical Therapy from the staff and my PT Mark Smith at the Shrewsbury SSMHealth Physical Therapy center at the Kendrick Plaza. I was greeted with a friendly smile every time I walked into the building. Mark Smith PT, was aware of my injury and waisted no time in starting to make my pain go away. Mark explained every thing he was doing and why. Mark was GREAT!. I will definitely return to this location for PT(if I ever have to have it again) Thank you Mark and staff.

When I met Julie on my first day of PT with SSM Health Physica Therapy I new she "meant business" with both onsite and at home. I also saw that she was very thorough; she explained as well as demonstrated the tasks that I would need to stay in line with the Rx that the doc had sent to Julie. She also explained how each exercise would affect my injury and progress on my wellness journey. She encouraged me to go to a gym to get in the routine of doing these exercises daily. Julie has a very nice sense of humor, while staying on the direction of what has to be done to address the progress of the therapy. I would recommend Julie Davitz, as well as SSM Health Physical Therapy - Shrewsbury to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: Jenna Fox is a fabulous physical therapist. I saw her for rotator cuff tendinitis. Jenna is knowledgeable, thorough and up to date on her therapy skills. She's also very kind and personable and open to questions! She explains the rationale behind the exercises when requested. (I requested because of the nurse in me wanted to understand better!!) Because of Jenna, my tendinitis has improved and I'm doing much better!! Jenna is one of the best! I also saw Natalie for 2 sessions while Jenna was on vacation. Natalie is another excellent physical therapist, and knows therapy rehab well!

Experiencia fantástica: SSM Health Physical Therapy is a great place for physical therapy for a variety of issues. I'm particularly pleased and impressed with the therapist assigned to me, Julie Davitz. It's obvious that she has lots of experience with various therapy techniques, and she utilizes her experience to design a program specifically for the individual patients needs. I enjoy working with her, and I'm already seeing progress even after just a few sessions.

Experiencia fantástica: Tiffany H. is a great hand therapist. This is my second time working with Tiffany after hand surgery. She has an aggressive approach with a lot manipulation to get you back with your strength and flexibility. Hand surgery is tough to recover and can take a long time but she will get you back as quickly as possible.

Experiencia fantástica: Every time I come here for my biweekly therapy sessions, I’m nearly left speechless by the friendliness of the staff. From the front desk to the therapists. (Ms. Maureen I believe is the name of the one who is especially always nice to me) my first impression of them was great because since the beginning and to this day they do not slack about mask wearing. I always feel safe and the environment is always very clean. I would give 10 stars if possible. Since mid March I’ve had the pleasure of having Travis as my PT, and to say he’s incredible is an understatement. I’ve had zero confidence or knowledge about my injury(patella subluxation), but on the first day Travis gave me so much helpful education, and was very patient with me. It’s much more of a congenial experience when you can relate and be comfortable with someone even when you’re in pain haha! Each week I feel stronger and while I have myself to thank for the effort; I have Travis to thank for respecting my limits, acknowledging my resilience, keeping me on track with my goals and doing it all while being a friend. The facility is easy to reach on Watson Road, and there is ample parking right in front of the building. The office staff was also very efficient and friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: I'm three visits into a 6-visit authorized physical therapy session with Mark. If I could, I'd give him 10 stars. Mark listened to me attentively, suggested and demonstrated exercises to maintain flexibility and improve strength in my injured upper arm/shoulder area, and applied e-stim and massage therapy to the sore spot. In just a week's time, I'm feeling incredibly better and while not totally healed, I'm 1000% better than I was on my first visit. Mark is very friendly, easy to speak with, and demonstrates a wide range of knowledge in this field.

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend Travis at SSM Physical Therapy. I've been working with Travis for only a week and am already seeing a significant improvement in my sciatica pain. He's very knowledgeable, but listens and adapts to your individual needs and goals. It feels like a partnership towards improving my pain and strengthening the muscles to prevent a recurrence.

Travis took time to listen to exactly what was bothering me, he had all kinds of useful exercises and stretches for me to do and he explained how everything I was doing benefited my injury. Travis also sent me home and emailed me several exercises I could do at home. Thanks Travis!

The therapists were always on time and gave me good printed directions to use in my exercises at home. All were friendly and personable. My symptoms continued to improve as therapy continued.

She showed me exercises that helped my pain level decrease in a pleasant, supportive atmosphere. My therapist was knowledgeable and able to explain the different injured parts of my body and how the exercises affected them. Experiencia fantástica: I am a multi-times client of SSM at Kenrick. With each illness/condition, they have brought me back to self sufficiency. My present condition is the most severe of any of my prior ailments. I was losing hope of ever returning to the me I used to be. With only a few sessions, I already can see great benefits and strides toward recovering my former abilities. They are professional, sympathetic, and down to earth. It is kind of fun to see them twice each week.

Doing rehab is tricky and I feel very comfortable with the work I have done so far and am sure it will be great when I am done. My therapist, Jenna, keeps me informed and lets me know why I am doing the various movements. I feel with her guidance this will be a success for me !
